Nice small apartment equipped with everything you need for long stay. Close to the Rabin medical center which we needed. Parking is good and free. Shops in short distance.

Cheap for central Israel, quiet, good commute, has all the essentials. Ground floor. A little rough for those expecting western level of design and comfort.

I was very happy with my stay. First, Gelima ( the owner ?) was very helpful, easy to communicate with and when I did have a minor issue, she responded and corrected it immediately.
The apt. itself is a self-contained unit. It has everything one needs to be self-sufficient. It is located in a nice, safe working-class neighborhood, with a convenient grocery and fruit store just around the corner.
If you don't need to stay in Tel Aviv, this is a very good alternative to expensive hotels.
I would recommend this place to anyone!!
The furniture and decor are a bit dated. But it was very neat and clean.

Easy parking, not much traffic issue in that area.
The property's exact location is wrongly shown on the map in Booking.
It's not so bright in the room since the ground floor with plants outside.

Quite, most needed things are there
No soup or hair shampoo, bugs were found in the kitchen drawers

The air condition was working!
All of the above.

Location-for us was good.
Bad smell and dirt in building staircase, permanent alcohol smell in common entrance with other unit . Overall flat level-medium.

It's an apartment, so you just have to make your own breakfast. there is a market store 5 min away from the location and another smaller one on the same street some 400m away. Very near to the Zoo and art museum also to a lot of synagogues.
