Really great Shabbat dinner! So many different varieties of food.
Breakfast with plenty variations of eggs, Salads and sweet bakery. We really enjoyed the stay.
the room is functional - everything you need and a little private Terrace.

The meals were delicious, fresh and local. The ethos of the community very much deserves the highest praise. Quiet rural location is perfect for a relaxing but you really need a car in order to explore outside the community. Lovely swimming pool - not open on Tuesday. Everyone we met was really friendly, open and helpful.
Rooms are in need of modernisation and upgrading, and this maybe in progress as we saw some building work. Currently very basic. Difficult to access without a car.

I liked the stuff at the beginning. However, the only person that treated us respectfully was Rivki. The manager Raba has some unpredictable mood changes
The room was dirty. They pilled off the mold from the walls, leaving naked, unpainted walls and without doing any treatment for the mold which could be dangerous for the health. Every day we had to chase after them to receive the fresh towels. No one cleaned the room. The bed was very small, not a standard size, the matresses were not in accordance with any aceptable standard in Israel. On the top of that, this place is full of wasps including the pool area. On the top of that, we arrived to the construction area, that was full of the construction materials. There was a lot of garbidge around wich they even did not think to clean. This place maybe suitable for a one night stay, but if you have a family vacation, this is not a good choice. We did not find any suitable place to go with our daughter in Neve Shalom.

Wonderful surroundings of the village and landscape. Hotel itself also situated in beautiful and green setting with serene atmosphere. Very warm and friendly young receptionist, also the lobby was newly renovated and pleasant. Kitchen staff was very helpful and nice and the food was great.
There was a rat in my room, that literally jumped at me in the bathroom at night. A frightening experience! The young man, who was on night standby came right after I called and was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately the rat didn't run outside, but under the bed, so I had to switch rooms. Because of all of that, I lost quite a bit of sleep. Those things can happen, but I just expected some kind of reimbursement from the informed hotel managment, like a reduced price or a voucher for next time or anything really. If a rat in your room doesn't call for compensation, what will?

The location is beautiful lying close to the Jerusalem mountains. The room has a terrase, and we had a
lovely view from there .
After a nice walk of 5 to 10 minutes through the village you reach the" Spiritaul Center" for all. From there you have a view at Latrun monastry and can hear the bells ringing.
It was a wonderful place to meditate.
I very much enjoyed the breakfast with eggs , fish, salats , humus, cake, fruits and more in a nice dinning room with terrase outside.
The stuff was helpful and friendly.
After being closed for more than a year there are renovation and repare works on the way.
It did not disdurb us.
We enjoyed our stay there and surely will come back.

Decent rooms. Absolutely beautiful view. I came and left by foot and as the restaurant was closed due to off-season and no group visitors in the hotel I almost went without dinner. But the very sweet host organised an improvised small dinner just for me although there is no other restaurant in the village!

The staff kindly prepared the rooms early as we requested. The location is beautiful.
The rooms are quite old and bathrooms need renovation, but if they were at least clean it would be ok. A torn bin bag in front of the room was not cleared for all our stay. One of our three rooms was in a particularly bad state. No heating, no light in bathroom, shower and sink very mouldy, more than the other rooms and with ants. The magnetic card was not working when we arrived back at three in the morning, waited half an hour outside in the cold with a baby for somebody to open.
The breakfast was very basic and not very fresh ingredients, left out in a warm room.
Quite disappointed all round. We requested a refund for one of the rooms, the couple were too disgusted to even shower there.

Neve Shalom Hotel is a special experience. The facilities are very basic, but with a lot of charm. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The surrounding is great for short walks, and the breakfast although a bit pricey is a genuine middle eastern experience.
The wifi didn't work in the room, but the staff allowed me to work late in the lobby after hours and left me the key so I could close the lobby when done.

Very good location- close to the stalactites cave, to Jerusalem and forests around.
Clean and quiet. Friendly staff. The Accomodation is basic but comfortable.
A bit expensive for a basic level accomodation.

The hotel is located not far from Jerusalem in the quiet Neve Shalom.
There is a spiritual center in the village and a nice, basic but very tasty restaurant that serves both meat and vegan dishes.
The Hotel has a really great pool that has a great view and is open 6 days a week.
The room was clean, and the staff was very welcoming.
The room is small with a nice balcony, but we had a tree that prevented us from seeing any view.
The decor of the room is old and needs renovation.
The main beds were OK, while the 3rd bed and sofa bed were not that comfortable.
The bathroom is small and not comfortable to use. There is a tiny place for microwave and fridge.
The AC was good but loud.
Breakfast is very basic and as Vegans we had virtually nothing to eat.
There are 3 kinds of eggs and no other cooked food.
Soy milk appeared only on a single day, and for the rest we had to bring our own food to breakfast and take only bread and vegetables.

The service and cleanliness were excellent.
We looked for a location for a pool-weekend with our three small kids. This hotel came up first when we searched for a hotel with a pool. Most of the photos of the location (including the main photo) have a big pool in them. Guess what? No pool. We came to the hotel and were told that the pool had been closed for months and that this is stated in the fine print. We asked to cancel and were told we cannot. Felt manipulated.

Beautiful pastoral place, very nice balcony, large room, microwave and relatively large fridge (larger than a minibar). They let us have a late checkout with no additional cost.
Bed had two separate mattress (great for religious people but not so convenient for us), and the room could be cleaner.
