1人だけの部屋ならいいが、ファミリーむけではないかな

きれいで、アメニティが充実でした！

子供の料金はかからないから仕方ないけど、部屋が狭すぎました。

Affordable, convenient, and comfortable stay

The hotel's location is convenient, which is right across the train station. The rooms may be small, but it was clean and comfortable. They also have a pillow bar where you can get different types of pillows aside from the ones already in your room. The free breakfast was very good too. It was great value for money, especially when the room rate is so cheap. Highly recommend!!

Would be nice to have more TV channel selections, but it doesn't affect how much we enjoyed our stay here.

ホテルでの時間を楽しむほどの滞在時間ではありませんでしたが、快適に過ごすことが出来ました。

無料提供の朝食、朝からおいしく頂けました。駐車場が広く、遅い時間に戻っても駐車スペースがあり、助かりました。駅前の好立地と言う事もあり、ホテル周辺で夕食を食べるところも多く助かりました。

喫煙室しか取れなかったのは残念。（ホテルの責任ではありませんが。）朝食の時間をもう少し早くして頂けると助かります。他のお客様と時間が重なり、混雑していた。隣の部屋のと壁が少々薄い様に感じました。眠れないと言う事は有りませんが、隣の部屋の方のイビキが聞こえてきています。

Nice

Location is good. Breakfast food had great taste. Can even takeout the breakfast. Nice amenities like tea and coffee sachets.

Rooms are quite small even for 2 people.

駅に近くで良かったです夕食に勧めてもらったお店が　意外に家族で楽しめました

朝食は二日間利用しましたが　全く同じ物だったし料理が無くなっていたりで　残念でした

コスパの良いホテル。

立地が駅前で、イロイロ便利でした。部屋は少し狭かったけど、快適でした。朝食も無料と考えると、良かったです。コーヒーと氷が無料サービスで助かりました。

見えない所で、少し掃除が出来てない所が有り、残念でした。シャワーの出が悪く、湯冷めしました。連休の為さ駐車場が満車でコインパーキングに止めました。

Great location, convenient if you are visiting nagashima spaland, good breakfast included and room was clean.

Very small rooms, no space almost but not a big issue if you stay just a few nights.

Strategically located hotel for visiting Nabana No Sato

The hotel is just in front of Kuwana Station. The buffet breakfast is very good.

It was noisy at night as we could hear the train and some Japanese men from outside the hotel talking.

The location was perfect for guests who would go sightseeing without their own vehicle because it is accessible to the t

It was very accessible to the station and bus center. The breakfast was good, however, it would be awesome if they change the food every now and then or add more variety.

The room was not totally neat, there were dust on the humidifier, head board of the bed, and the bathroom was also a bit dirty. In addition m, it took some time for the water to go down the drain while using the shower so it was flooded.

The breakfast buffet was very good! A lot of variety and everything was tasty. The location was great, especially the on-site parking. The employees were so helpful and so nice.

I didn't love my pillow, but I should have traded it out at the pillow bar in the lobby.

It was a good stay and my family was willing to stay there again next time we go to Kuwana.

Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly.

Although the breakfast was good for Japanese tastes, the eggs that day were the sweet tamago yaki. But the rest of the breakfast was good to very good, especially considering it was included in the price. Foreign citizens with permanent resident cards should expect to be asked for their card to be copied for hotel records.
