Séjour agréable

Hôtel très agréable et très bien placé pour visiter la ville. Le personnel a été très agréable. La très propre et le petit déjeuner bon et varié

I was not so impressed.

The staff is amazing and very helpful.

I didn't like that the gym and pool can only be used if you are in certain rooms, yet when booking it shows that a fitness center and swimming pool are available. I also didn't like that the money I gave as a security fee, which was a different currency, was stamped onto the receipt. When the stamps were removed, the money had some holes, and I was wondering if it would be accepted when I got to use it back in the country where I live.

The best thing about the hotel is it's location

Good location

Confusing communications from the reception staff, some will ask for 100 Ringgit as a deposit for the rooms and another staff asked for 400 Ringgit!!!!. We arrived at the hotel at 11am and our check-in was at 3pm , that was very inconvenient especially we were in our journey to the hotel from 3 am. Despite our request for a consideration of an early check-in , the reception staff didn't seems to be sympathetic.

Feels just like home.

i Stayed with Capitol almost every trip to Kuala Lumpur. The Staffs are like family, and they do make sure that all guest are comfortable with their stay. Breakfast was alright. You get choices from english, to local. This hotel for me is like a second home.

love the stay at this hotel but what I hate is the parking. I was instructed by the guard to park at Lowyat Plaza but di

good location. in the centre of Bukit Bintang. close to malls like LowYat Plaza, Sungei Wang Plaza, Times Square etc. love the view of my room. I got city view of Kuala Lumpur tower.

parking are scarce. parking for guests are limited so you have to park at Lowyat Plaza but the downside is you have to enter by using TouchNgo.

Good location, confortable and clean room. The staff is professional.

The gym was not operational. The air conditioner in the room could not be regulated correctly: Being set to 30°C it was still freezing cold in the room.

love the place, is the room.

love the location, very cute setup, love the idea of culvert, landscape is good

the room - because of this I will not return. 1. has to have a reasonable gap for walking in and do a luggage space. 2. the bed - perhaps a mechanism to lift the bed up, and we will bring it down when in use. 3. more hanging nooks, put shelves at practical area, hanging rod, as not everything goes to the washing machine at the end we make do and made the best of the stay as the place is lovely.

the location is super good which can walking to several malls includes low yat plaza, berjaya times square, lot 10, fahrenheit, pavillion and also starhill.

the sound produced by the lift is super huge which affect sleeping quality at night. The room is lacked of lights
