安価であること。自宅のような雰囲気でゆっくりできること。複数日の滞在にはいいと思う。

いい宿だった！

思ったより広め、そしてキレイな部屋で、リーズナブルに泊まれてよかった。洗濯機(洗剤含め)も洗濯ハンガーもあり、旅行３日目の洗濯をすることが出来てとても良かった(部屋干しで加湿器代わりにもなった笑)バストイレ別なのも良かったし、駐車場も複数台泊められるようになっており、ホテルのすぐ隣なので便利だった。

特にないが、初めての無人(リモート)チェックインだったので少しドキドキした。まわりの道は坂が多い。ただ、小樽周辺は坂が多いのかも。

移動が大変でした

値段

観光スポットの境町通りに近いがかなりの高台にあるため徒歩移動が困難。これは地図では気づかない点。設備はそろってはいるが、浴室にタオルをかける場所がない、浴室の鏡の位置が低すぎる、カードキーではない、玄関が狭い、などいくつかの細かい点が今一つでした。

アクセスが少々難しい点を除けば、観光地も近く、良い宿泊でした。

静かで、清潔感があり、備品が充実していました。

チェックイン時のオペレーターの音声が聞き取りにくいと感じました。電子レンジが使いにくいタイプでした。

Great stay for long term might not be worth the hassle for 1-2 nights, you won’t be able to find a better value place in

Amazing stay and super close to the main shopping street (despite roads being closed due to snow) the trek from the station was a bit much but once you are there you should be good. The heater dries clothes VERY fast and the beds are so comfy.

The stairs up to the stay can be hard to maneuver in the snow and the place is a little far to travel to from the station if it is icy.

部屋が綺麗で温度も快適でした。設備としては料金を考えると大変良かったです。

冬は車で行くにしても立地が悪いです。また、行くまでの道が坂で凍結していたため、運転に慣れていないと事故になりかねません。実際、事故を起こした滞在者がいて大変そうでした。また、冬は雪のせいで駐車スペースが少なく、遅い時間に帰ると停められません。コインパーキングに停めるしかないのですが、料金は自己負担とのことでちょっと大変です。

Comfortable, good sized for a family of 4 as a base for touring

Great flat for a small family. We used it as a base to drive to many ski resorts and local attractions. Loved it.

Steep driveway for parking. In the snow - But we got good at it. Great view!

スペースに余裕があり、家族でゆったりとくつろげました。高台に立地しているので駐車場からの眺望が良い。

チェックイン方法等が直前の案内のため、初めての場合に不安の状態が続きました。お風呂の洗い場に椅子がないので立ったまま洗うことになるのは残念。

Spacious but old.

It is quite spacious. Few min walk from restaurants and convenient shop but it’s quite hard at night. Good to have balcony.

It is much older than in photos. The sofa is damaged in both 2 rooms we rented. It’s very windy. There are 2 car parks, 1 is very small and steep, and the other one is up the slope so both aren’t convenient in moving luggage. Not recommend when it snows. Check in took some time as the iPad was a bit hard to use especially when you have booked more than 2 rooms.

Wonderful accommodation at a very good price!

Fantastic location, Short walk to Otaru Sakaimachi-dori for sightseeing, shopping and food. Situated above the hill and tucked away in a quiet locale, the residence is surrounded by ample natural greenery, fresh air and tranquility. Ample Free parking onsite. Apartment was also well equipped, rooms were sufficiently sized and clean.

The facility is clean. The location is within walking distance to Otaru Canal. The room is a bit small for 5 adults.

The room looked exactly like the photos.

The location is very difficult to get to and it’s not accessible for someone with mobility issues. There are steep hills and bumpy roads as well as many stairs to get to the location. It’s so difficult to find that they send you a video guide and pictures for the directions. Trying to navigate this with a mobility impaired person or any amount of luggage is almost impossible.

Check in process....WWE arrived late at night and the self check on is very tedious as we need to key in our details and take photo of ID etc. Very cumbersome!

Good value, very clean, but not the best sleep I’ve ever had.

Very very clean property. Had all the amenities we needed. Simple place to stay for a night with good value.

We had some trouble connecting to the WiFi and the pillow and mattress left a bit to be desired.

it’s an terrifying experience to bring luggage up to the hill.

There’s a small living area for eating your take-away food .

Not recommend to stay here in winter .The location is not good, it’s so slippery to bring your luggage up to the hill in winter with thick snow . Definitely will spoil your holiday mood 🥲

The lodge is good for spring and winter at long day.

As the name suggests, Otaru living stay is a good place to stay for three days or more rather than just one day. Very clean. The accommodation is equipped with tableware, microwave, washing machine, and refrigerator. There is an Otaru music box store within 8 minutes on foot, and the Otaru Canal within 15 minutes on foot, so you can visit both on foot. You can also enjoy the night view on foot. However, be careful as almost all shops in Otaru close at 6PM. Because a reception is done via video phone, you need to enter your passport number in advance in the address in the e-mail when you received making a reservation, so that you do not have any difficulties when check in. Because the accommodation is located on a slight slope, those who have rented in Hokkaido with a lot of snow and narrow roads should be careful.

Slight slope and narrow road to parking is some hard. Nobody in reception is too some hard.
