Very nice and quaint Italian rural rooms. The surroundings were quiet and picturesque. There was a very nice kitten that visited every day and was friendly.
There were some bugs and no Wi-Fi, but makes sense as it is in a rural location.

The property is well located not too close to the hustle and bustle of San Teodoro. The rooms are always kept clean and breakfast sets you up nicely for the day. Many thanks to Maria Theresa who made our stay truly memorable, a wonderful and thoughtful host.

The location was beautiful and so relaxing! Lots of beautiful countryside to look at. The rooms were a nice size and very clean. The staff were so lovely and friendly. They were very kind and helpful to us too. The breakfast was very nice every morning, delicious coffee with lots of cake!
It was a remote location in the countryside so you definitely need a car! But the staff were very helpful getting us bikes, which we used everyday. It's a shame there are no taxis in San Teodoro, but that's not the fault of the hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and kind in helping us get around!

Location: 15 minute drive from fantastic la cinta beach. 30 minute drive to Olbia.
View: Stunning hills to the west, view of the ocean to the east.
Free parking and easy check-out.
-Bed: King Size with footboard and spring mattress. I don't want to criticize unfairly. I assume this is a relatively standard Italian hotel bed. Nonetheless, it was anything but comfortable.
-Breakfast: the only meal on offer at the hotel. It is served strictly between 8.00 and 9.30 AM. This is also the only opportunity for coffee or tea. The buffet consisted mostly of store bought cookies and cakes. If this isn't for you, there was some yogurt and uncut fruit laid out. Unfortunately, with exception of the apples, the fruits were never ripe and borderline inedible. I was really surprised they even served them. There was a bit of bread, ham and cheese laid out, but it was rarely restocked and you had to be there early enough to get any. Hard boiled eggs were offered the first day we arrived and then disappeared from the buffet.
-No water cooker in the room: The only way to get coffee or tea was to order it at the breakfast area between 8.00 and 9.30 AM. Guests weren't allowed to use the coffee machine. Without a water cooker in the room, we were far too dependent on the host and her schedule.
-On a personal note, I do have to mention a very uncomfortable encounter with the host. As explained to us upon our arrival, rooms would be tidied up every day, towels and sheets would be changed every third day. We happily agreed to this. Unfortunately, we noticed that our room hadn't been tidied up one day and the trash hadn't been emptied. We didn't want to make a fuss, but decided to mention it to the host at breakfast. She reacted very rudely and insisted that we had been in the room all day, making it impossible for her to clean. This was a blatant lie. However, she insisted that we were the ones lying and did not hide her annoyance with us at the breakfast table.

We really enjoyed our stay at Li Teggi and we would definitely repeat the experience. Amazing views both with the sea and with the mountains, extremely quiet, the rooms are big and very clean, with a nice terrace. The beds are very comfortable, we had a very good sleep there. We also had the traditional dinner at the agriturismo's restaurant one night and it was a delicios experience, that allowed us to taste a lot of homemade sardinian dishes, fixed menu at a good price.
The breakfast was delicious, italian style with homemade sweets, but we would have preferred also some more vegetables or salty options. An iron would be very useful in the room. The private terrace of the room was perfect for enjoying in the evening a glass of prosecco, layering on the sunbeds, but there were also some insects around (something that can be expected when you chose to stay such close to the nature).

Good location near the best beaches of San Teodoro, Cala Brandinchi and La Cinta, about a 10 minutes drive. We had a comfortable, large room with a spacious bathroom. The breakfast is good too. Nice lady managing the property, thank you!

We booked this place for our holiday in San Teodoro and as the reviews suggested the view was simply stunning. The room was spacious and the area is very quite as the agriturismo is in the middle of the mountains.
We had a problem with out bathroom sink and shower, which we notified on the first day but it was not fixed unfortunately.
