Great place to stay, will definitely be back

Beautiful space, large rooms, every staff member we ran into greeted us

My only complaint is there isn’t clear signage where stuff is-ex the pool. We had to ask/get directions

We stayed in town after catching a show at the Coronado theatre. A short, safe walk from the venue.

The best experience with the most helpful staff. I felt like I was living in luxury, and I never wanted to leave. My girlfriend was treated like a queen. Breakfast was wonderful. All the other guests were in a great mood, as well.

A couple of rungs on one of the ladders in the pool seemed loose. I mentioned it to the front desk and they said they would send maintenance. the cabanas could use a chair to facilitate handicapped and elderly customers who have trouble balancing while changing on a wet floor.

It was a warm and dry to get a few hours sleep before we have to continue our travels

Very comfortable

When I booked w booking .com my reservation went through. Was supposed to be $279. The woman told me they didn’t have any of that room type left and put me in another room. I thought it would have been the same price. It was $354! Because we checked in very late I was too tired to argue. The price would have been close to what I was expecting. So not cool.

Super Leistung, aber hoher Preis

Frühstück sehr reichhaltig und frisch. Fitnessraum sehr modern und hohe Qualität. Bar und Restaurant sind ebenfalls empfehlenswert.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sicher nicht die beste. Allerdings ist deutlich zu erkennen, dass die Stadt Rockford derzeit mehrere Modernisierungsprogramme am Laufen hat und sich die Gegend verbessert. Einzig der hohe Preis könnte seitens Hotel optimiert werden.

Great location and pretty nice view of the River

We were there for a concert and it was walking distance. The breakfast was phenomenal and the staff were super friendly and attentive

A lovely Rockford vacation

What a beautiful hotel! We loved our corner suite! The views were amazing, the room was clean and luxurious, the free breakfast was great (and made to order) and the free dinner reception was a nice perk. The restaurant had great food. It was also great that the hotel was so close to the Children's Museum and the Natural History Museum (both of which were amazing!).

Parking is a bit tricky having to use the public pay lots (free on weekends though). The pool was chilly (the pool room was not heated and they didn't stock enough pool towels for everyone), but the hot tub was nice.

We will be back, and enjoyed our 1st experience

The breakfast was good. The waffle was sweet. We loved the food being brought to us.

The outdoor tables weren't all set up so we sat at the benches in the grass with lots of bugs.

Booking.com owes me a refund

What I didn’t like is we never stayed there and you won’t refund my money. Air quality cancelled the outdoor event that brought us to Rockford. No way to cancel with Booking.com so I am very unhappy. No way to call booking . Com. Seems quite unfair.

Great place to stay

Very cool building that the hotel was in . The river is a great feature. Our room was clean fresh and very comfortable. The food and drinks in the hotel were.very good too.

Really I liked everything. The city is in the process of revitalization, so there are some buildings that are abandoned, but I see a lot of good creative plans in the works.

It’s an okay stay

I like the view of our place

The ceiling that we had, had No ceiling lights whatsoever and the walls is kinda undone and the house keeping was terrible because the food tray was kept outside for 6hrs despite telling the worker up front

It's such a unique hotel. Love the industrial architecture that was left. Reception staff was great. Hilton rewards benefits were awesome.
