It was pretty nice

Everything was very clean, bed was very comfortable, and the fitness room was pretty nice.

I was so bummed the pool was closed while I was there. I also got a "river view" room but could see the river. Pretty sure it's only visible from the top floor.

Worth a stay

Quiet, nice staff and rooms. Beds were firm but not too firm. Didn't stay for breakfast, but it looked good. 12' tall ceilings in rooms, you felt dwarfed. Interesting place, would stay again.

It was all good. Parking lot lights should have come on earlier. Was a litte hard to find because of that. It's sort of tucked back in the corner of a big parking lot.

I guess by peeling back the winter comforter on the bed I was able to get a good night of sleep!

I liked the cart to take my things to and from my room. I liked the riverside view from the second-floor room. I liked the comfort of the mattress on the bed.

One light did not have a lightbulb in it, one lamp had a burned-out lightbulb in it. The room hadn't been cleaned in a long time. There were cobwebs in the corners of the room. There were dead bugs in the bathtub. The winter comforter was still on the bed. I had just stayed here the week before and the downstairs room I was in then did not have the winter comforter on the bed.

The breakfast was less than stellar, but the facility and staff were excellent

The breakfast optons weren't great. Th eeggs were too buttery for my taste. the pre-packaged belgian waffles lacked a certain touch.

Breakfast was above expectations. The view of the river was a nice touch. The staff was friendly and the room was very clean.

never staying here again

convenient, as we we’re working the stamp show.

I started coughing as soon as we got there. It escalated to the point of thinking I would not be able to work the show. other vendors we’re having the same problem. one had to contact his doctor before getting home and was unable to work at all. We are wondering if they have a huge mold issue. If I don’t improve, I will be going to the doctor as well.

staff was friendly and helpful

wasn’t impressed with the dog poop in the front parking lot. I mentioned it to the staff and although they said they would look after it, nothing was done. As well there was a garbage can outside that was overflowing.

Absolutely terrible.

We had a checkin time of 3pm. When we got there the receptionist was very rude and told us our rooms weren’t ready. We had dinner plans and had to get ready in the public bathroom as we had driven over 5 hours to get there. We then left for our night plans and I had called 3 times to see if our room was ready and it was not ready until 9:30pm. The only discount “given” was $25 and I still have not been given that money back. I have called multiple times asking for the manager and have not received a call back. Awful experience.

I was not able to check in my room until 9pm that night cause the rooms where not ready I had to wait for forever just to check in my son was sleep in the car cause I was waiting on my room and then it had bm on the carpet and the room had a smell to it😡😡😡😡

A beautiful old hotel on the river. Pretty nicely maintained, There was a very nice pool. Staff were very friendly. Beautiful old world woodworking and stained glass throughout the common areas. Very close to our ultimate destination, which was the old downtown area.

The included breakfast was a bit light. very basic.

Pretty dismal — it appears to be on its last legs.

Dismal location, very dirty, horrible breakfast — there were used food containers still in my room’s wastebasket when I arrived, there were some kind of flying bugs in the room, the room was very noisy and dusty, and there were no cups — this was my 4th and final stay here.

Disappointed

Comfortable bed

We checked in with 2 kids, it was over repeated to us multiple times at the front desk that quiet time was 10pm-6am. There were people in the bar and a private party making noise and keeping us awake until midnight. I ask the front desk to have the manager call me and it has been days and I have not received a call. Not worth the expense for suck a loud and poor nights sleep. Kids were miserable and grumpy all the next day.

Great room, bad pool and breakfast

The hotel room was great - very clean.

The pool was very small, had paint chips in it, couldn't see out of the windows, very dirty. The breakfast was lacking, no fruit, no cream cheese, nothing hot. Out of a lot of stuff at 9:50 when the breakfast goes until 10:30

Did not take photos. Why would I ?

The breakfast was NOT good. No juice, no eggs, etc. Cereal and fruit bars. Out of everyrthing.

Reserved riverview room and did not get it. Disappointing. Did research to find good restaurant on my own. No smiles from staff.

Would stay again but bringing our own food.

The room and staff were terrific.

At check in they only take card. So if you wanna pay cash your out of luck.The breakfast was terrible. Toast, begals, and poptarts. You could have hot food if you want pre-made pancakes you warm up in a microwave.
