The breakfast was excellent.
Our car was towed away in the morning after I had asked the staff if it was correctly parked and they confirmed it was. The fine was 120 euro.

Breakfast was ok catered for every one , although sometimes a little cold ,
Staff were brilliant , always happy to help ,
The rooms and everywhere spotless , our house keeper Rosi was very pleasant , room spotless 🤗
Really there was nothing we didn’t like , but maybe the rooms a little dated , clean but dated 😀

Lovely clean hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Good choice of food at breakfast. There is a music bar with lively music every night until about 11pm.Large rooftop swimming pool.

The hotel itself is of an more vintage decoration set up, but fully equipped with all that can be needed for a memorable stay. We booked a room with a living room space as well as a kitchenette and it was perfect for us. We booked a dinner, bed and breakfast package which was lovely. There was plently of choices for all meals and the set up of the food is very inviting to try all options. The night team was very helpful on quickly assisting us with a issue we had with the balcony and I must say they were very helpful and supportive and resolved the matter in a few minutes.
Throughout the stay, the staff were absolutely lovely, very friendly and genuinely helpful. They are an asset to the hotel.
Swimming opening times are a little limited - it would be better if the swimming pool stayed open until later in the day.
We had a packed lunch on one of the days we stayed and it was mediocre (in a very diplomatic way). The option of the 2 sandwiches had just bread and slices of salami which are not suitable for everyone and they were extremely dry.

Super location, luxury looking hotel.

Very noisy from outside - party in some lobby/loung of the hotel (friday and saturday), old building, in the bed only basic sheets for covering.

The view and pool area.
A bit noisy during the night with school children.

People working at the hotel are very kind and helpful. We had a wonderful time. It's in a good location and the buffet is very good.
The last night there was a noisy couple in the next room and we could hear everything. I guess that's because the building is a little bit old.

The rooftop pool was very nice and the room was spacious and clean.
The room was very moist so all my clothes were a little damp. The fridge in the room didn't work. The breakfast could have had some more freshly cut fruit and vegetables.

The room had karakter. Comfort was great. The staff is awesome... You won't be disappointed in this hotel for the price you pay.
The shower sometimes changes temperature. Not much but it happens. Bathroom is great otherwise

The location was great for booking with certain excursions because it picked you up outside of the hotel. It also wasn't too far from the bus stations to get back to the airport. There were a couple of decent restaurants within walking distance from the hotel, so that helped.
The hotel was dated and I had an issue with ants. I didn't get fast relief from that issue and it was quite annoying. The staff was nice, but they couldn't give me a different room, so I was stuck having to shake out my clothes and personal effects to ensure I wasn't bringing any unwanted guests back with me.

Location is good. Staff friendly and helpful
Lack of staff on the bar. The pool was on the top floor which was fine but no bar up there for drinks.
