When we were driving to Side the area wasn't very greeny, but hotel's territory is a quite a jungle.
HOSPITALITY 10/10
The staff was welcoming and made our stay comfortable. No silly rules, very accommodating and ready to fulfil your request. As an example we checked out at noon and were allowed to stay and use all the services till our flight time. That was a very nice gesture.
BEACH 6/10
There was a direct road to a private beach. Not sure if we were unlucky with the wind or just this time of the year for this particular part of the beach was such a mess, but sorry to say the water at the beach wasn't clear at all. Sand was everywhere which made it looked dirty. Although there was a pontoon to help with this issue a bit.
ENTERTAINMENT 9/10
There was a nice gym, yoga in the morning and table tennis which we enjoyed much and helped us to stay fit.
To get a booking in a-la-carte restaurant wasn't possible.
KIDS 10/10
For a little ones - ours was 7 y.o. there is a kid club with plenty of activities, nice playground and animators. Separate area in the restaurant with all the meals that kids love to eat.

Excellent customer service in reception, restaurants, spa everywhere. Awesome customer service provided by Isin, Vural, Dursun and 2 people (girl and men sorry I forgot their names ) at coffee shop. These baristas made me the best cortiado! :) Also there was an Excellent food, rooms, and the hotel had like boutique spa feel hotel. I think it’s the best hotel in Side. We stayed there long time.
Internet connection wasn’t the best. Also if it’s off season there is only one pool heated.

Это был чудесный отпуск!Отличный небольшой отель,очень много зелени ,теплый бассейн в феврале,вкусная и качественная еда,большие номера и хорошая уборка.Уборка прям на 5+,очень чисто убирали не только в номере(1226),но и все общественные места блестели и приятно пахли всегда)Заказ и бронирование в номер необходимых вещей для ребенка/банных принадлежностей и т.п можно делать через приложение в телефоне,доставка тут же.Отдыхали с ребенком 5 лет, в отеле работал детский клуб,ребенок посещал с удовольствием.Девушки-аниматоры не очень хорошо владеют русским языком,но не смотря на это любыми способами находили подход к ребенку.(с английским,турецким и немецким языками у них нет проблем).Пляж хороший,хорошие и чистые лежаки на пляже,раздевалки,души…Персонал не навязчивый и приятный.Огромное спасибо за помощь Марго с ресепшен,всегда получали необходимую помощь.Рекомендуем отель,не пожалеете!)

Решили заехать на 2 ночи для перезагрузки и отдыха, ожидания были средние. Однако в первый же день мы поняли, что отдых пройдет лучше предвосхищаемого.
Порадовало качество, продуманность номеров - модно выбрать подушки, приятный декор, хороший минибар, комфортная температура в феврале. Зубной и бритвенный наборы выдавались по запросу, качество геля для душа, лосьона и шампуня хорошее, однако нет кондиционера для волос.
Еда качественная, достаточно разнообразная, есть указания бжу и калорий. Всегда в наличии вкусные сезонные фрукты и овощи. Официанты услужливо и ненавязчиво предлагают выбор напитков.
Персонал приятный, приветливый во всем отеле - от садовников до ресепшена.
Территория небольшая, но ухоженная, много интересных растений, увлекательно прогуливаться. Есть теплица-сад, минигольф, теннисный корт, футбольное поле и стрельба из лука. На пляже играют в бочу, каждый день интересные мастерклассы. Интересная игровая зона с автоматами, больше для детей, но и взрослые весело проведут вечер. Есть по вечерам живая музыка.
На территории тихо, комфортно, нет раздражающей анимации. Идеально для спокойного отдыха. Публика приличная, интеллигентная.
Отдельно хочу отметить качество бесплатного вайфая. Хорошо ловит почти на всей территории. Удалось провести долгие видеозвонки и без проблем посмотреть фильм.
На территории хороший спа с бесплатной зоной хамам, сауной и влажной паровой баней. Массаж за доп плату от 50 до 170€ за разные программы, могут сделать скидку. Массаж был выполнен качественно. Отмечу красивый дизайн всего спа и хорошую комнату отдыха после процедур.
Отдельно хочу отметить подогреваемый бассейн. В конце февраля было комфортно плавать на улице даже при +14. Есть закрытый теплый бассейн.
Можно арендовать велосипед за 30€, что кажется необоснованно дорогим, учитывая позиционирование отеля как байсикл френдли.
Не хватает энергетических напитков, спа закрывается в 19:00, а кофейня до 17:30, что для нас оказалось неудобным.
В номере паркет хочет обновления.

Vor allem das Essen!!! Sensationell gut und lecker!!! Mit viel Wahl!!! Jeden Tag was neues!!! Hotel ist nicht super groß, deswegen man fühlt sich ziemlich entspannt. Viele Kinder aber in Restaurant es gibt Zone für Erwachsene und das ist perfekt!!! Find es tolle Idee!!! A La carte Restaurant Bizet auch andere Gerichte- sehr sehr lecker Fisch Restaurant! Auch caffe Haus und Bars sind super, Alkohol gute Qualität!
Mir hat auch sehr gut SPA gefallen, sehr professionell und sauber, super Massage und Hamam Procedure! Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!!! Alle sprechen englisch und deutsch! Am Abend Musik Programme: auch sehr gute Qualität! Was kann man noch träumen!!!
Wir sicher kommen wieder! Es war super erholsame Zeit!!!
Ein bisschen zu laut am späteren Abend…Gäste schlagen Türen zu und sind sehr laut, besonders Kinder…aber ich weiß nicht wie kann man diese Probleme lösen…vielleicht kann man ein kleines Teil des Hotel als Ruhezone benennen und dann die nach Anfrage geben…das wäre super Lösung💓

Third time visit to Barut Hemera.
Comfortable, green territory. Professional reception and guest relation support. Realiable transfer arrangements to/from Antalya airport. Wonderful food quality at the buffet. Nice thematic restaurants. Clean beach. Tennis court, yoga classes for the guests.
Appreciate enhancements after feedback from visitors:
+ Warmer water in the indoor pool now: some 26C instead of 24C.
+ Priority à la carte restaurant reservation for loyal guests.
Still to be improved:
- Towel stand at the beach still open just till 10:30. Not enough clean towels for all guests during the day. This point can be easily fixed.
- Bugs in the Barut Hotel App. Password reset requires manual intervention. Kindly automatize, or drop password log in altogether: room number, birth date and email address should be sufficient for identification.
- Overall wine quality on the wine lists. Go for Castellani Chianti for the reds and Chenin Blanc from South Africa for the whites.

1. Underwater rocks on the beach are not marked with a buoys or any other floats? There is general warnings sign but nothing more.
2 Too laud life music till аpprox. 22:45. Not sure how babies and toddlers managed to sleep.. It was annoying actually for adults as well.

Мы были в Barut Hemera второй год подряд и отель нас не перестаёт удивлять. Красивая территория, удобное расположение и очень вкусная кухня. Персонал ну очень вежливый и услужлив. Особенно хотелось упомянуть Персонал баров и главного ресторана. Номера очень красивые и комфортные.
К сожалению в этом году не совсем хорошо убирались номера, но это единственное что хотелось бы улучшить.

Возвращаемся сюда второй раз, были в прошлом году.
Несмотря на ранний приезд в 9 утра, нас сразу заселили и бесплатно подняли категорию номера, отдельное спасибо за это администратору Марго на ресепшен.
Отличный отель с большой ухоженной зеленой территорией, фруктовыми деревьями и цветам.
Вкусная, разнообразная еда.
В ресторанах приятные девушки официантки, на второй день запоминают какие напитки тебе приносить на завтрак, ужин.
В номере хорошо убирались и каждый меняли постель.
И на заметку, самые вкусные коктейли были в лобби баре.
Некоторые официанты предпочитают обслуживать европейцев. На твоем столе будут стоять 10 минут пустые тарелки, а с соседнего стола где сидят немцы, тарелки убирают практически из под носа )

nice pools, good access to the beach, good facilities on the beach, overall good and approachable staff
Soundproofing in rooms does not exist at all: I was hearing people talking, walking around their rooms, having s*x, flushing their toilets as if they were in my room, I had to go to bed at 1-2 am and wake up at 8 because of that.
Food is mediocre: greasy, oily, overfried, cooked with cheapest ingredients. On the third day of my stay there I got food poisoning after eating in a la carte restaurant and spend 2 days on a couch.
Even checkin did not go well - my card didn't work for the first hour until the technician replaced the battery in the electronic lock.

- we even got a feee upgrade to a jacuzzi room
- the beach is awesome, you can order stuff from the bar and the drinks are brought to your table
- everyone is nice and warm and helpful
- there were enough sun beds at the beach for everyone
- although the hotel is for families, they have 16+ areas both at the beach and at the restaurant
- they have lots of cats, well fed and really friendly
- the hotel is also pet-friendly, some guests were there with their dogs
- the only thing that is not great but not exactly a problem of the hotel is the fact that the beach is pretty rocky, although the water is clear and clean you can’t see all the rocks at the bottom, you can hurt yourself pretty bad if you’re not careful

Beautiful hotel with a great choice of food and activities. We stayed as our family trip and the little had the best time..
We had the opportunity to book the rooms with the private pool and it was soo convenient.
Big thanks to Murat who finds us those rooms at the last minute with the best rate. Also, thanks to Mahir from the Bakery who made sure we had tasty Vegan options along the whole stay.
The only downside is you have to book 2days in advance to dine in any restaurant which can be unfortunately if you staying only for few days; also the sushi restaurant is at an additional price per person.
Not all pools are child friendly so considering to upgrade to the room with the private pool might be an option.

The property has everything you need to have a beautiful stay, the pools (private pool you have just a few steps from your bed is especially amazing), spacious green areas with wonderful trees and flowers, very nice sand beach and amazing spa you should definitely pay a visit. Service was great, there is no thing that you could possibly need that you can’t get. Food was delicious in every restaurant, great choice of cheese, salads, sweets, you name it. Every recommendation for this hotel, you won’t make s mistake by choosing it, for sure!
Blankets are too heavy and thick, not very suitable for summertime.

After having stayed at one of the Barut hotels last year, I expected the same level of comfort and service but was disappointed:
- pool towels limited (the stuff would look at you in a wierd way if you ask for additional towels, limited working hours of the towel station at the beach)
- the choice of food not as good as expected, poor fruit choice atlunch, no magnum ice-cream
- small kids club (with limited working hours, limited activities and some dangerous places in it)
- very limited working hours for water slides
- difficult to get a lounger at the main pool
- no entrance control from the side of the city

The hotel was perfect for us (family with 1-year old kid). Very nice territory and beach, clean and comfortable room, tasty food and good alcohol. There was everything we needed for our holidays.
You can always find something to complain about, but these are just small issues (nothing you can’t actually fix).

The property is great. Would be great to find a way to remove the big stones from the water or to isolate them to prevent injuries. Also the plastic walking peer is looking bad.

Barut Hemera is a great resort with superb evening entertainment. The buffet restaurant offered a wide variety of vegetarian salads and allowed you to build your own. All items are labelled, and the use of tablets with detailed information on ingredients and allergens was very impressive. We were only there for a few days and didn't use all the facilities but from what we saw the resort has a lot to offer. The spa was a must!
Although there was a vegan/vegetarian corner in the buffet restaurant it was limited. There was a vegetarian curry but no plain rice or naan to eat it with. The Twin room has the option to join two single beds together but due to the bed frame it created a gap between the bed.

Exceptional staff who successfully went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable and worryfree as possible. Starting from the arrival at the airport to our departure, everything was arranged for us. Excellent airport transfers, comfortable check-in with drinks, we even got early dinner access on our day of departure as we were set to be picked up when dinner normally started.
Beds were great, with a selection of pillows in case you want something else than provided. Food and drinks were great with enough variation from day to day. A la carte restaurants provided a very nice experience and menu!
Special recommendation for the spa - we went as a family of 4 and had a superb experience.
All in all we had a superb stay and will definitely come back here.
Wi-fi reception was sometimes a bit sloppy. Outside noises can enter the room at times.

The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was full of warm lights and staff smiles. The place around is space us and well-main. It was a pleasant experience to spend a new year weekend here.
There was a lot of cats moving freely around and it was lovely to see them. But there was something like "a cat house" where some cats were kept in a big closed cage like place. It's only my opinion, but they didn't look very happy.

Spa area / steam bath facilities are no longer in good condition.
Would wish for a longer indoor pool, at least 20-25m, for distance swimming.
Yoga classes available in the morning, but the Night Club room is not adjusted for such activities: cold, smelly, lacking infrastructure.
Info management about yoga and other activities to be improved: which time, on which days, where is the meeting point - Night Club or info desk, etc.
The hotel management is supposedly aware of these issues. There are rumors about the hotel renovation around 2024.
Would wish for the option to reserve à la carte restaurant
for more days in advance than one through the hotel app.
Possibility to reserve tennis courts and other activity participation, taxi/transfers through the app.
