We loved the location. The staff were brilliant, it’s a very pleasant place to stay. Would highly recommend it.
The hotel is split across two sides of a road and Breakfast was served in the opposite side to where our room was. If it had been raining this would have been an issue.

Schöne Zimmer in zentraler Lage. Parken in Hotelgarage in der Nähe. Sehr hilfreiche und nette Dame an der Reception.

Good location near cathedral. Upgraded room
Parking was several streets away and had to pick up remote for garage door from hotel and also take back to hotel. V difficult with one way streets. Hotel should
Install a locked Dropbox for key at garage.
Bed mattress needed a topper as could feel the springs!

the location
they did not have enough staff. We felt bad for the poor lady in charge. She was doing everything alone.
7.0 / 10.0
The room was spacious, comfortable, quiet and well equipped.
The car park was several hundred metres away and you have to collect a remote control first to open the garage door. On the evening of arrival there was one receptionist visible and nobody else. We had to fill in a questionnaire on arrival to choose our breakfast. In the morning there was one person on reception and one serving breakfast. It was more like an up-market B&B than a 5 star hotel.

the Staff were amazing and very welcoming.
I can’t fault the experience other than to say the gym wasn’t as well equipped as perhaps I would have liked.

Good location, comfortable, huge beds, spacious bathrooms
The restaurant did not have a very good menu. Very few options to chose from and quite pricey.

The location was good and the staff very helpful. We did the valet parking which worked really well. The spa was outstanding and definitely worth doing. it was state of art and a great way to spend a relaxing couple of hours. Amien was a great place to end our tour of France and a very easy 1.5 hours drive to Calais to get the shuttle back to the UK.

comfortable bed and kind people
we had a extremely hard time finding the hotel: almost all lights were out. We were the only guests. It was too expensive for only a room, everything else was dark and closed. The interior of the room was not at all our taste. it was a big disappointment.

Good service, great location, smart rooms.
6.0 / 10.0
Room lovely but a little noisy if window open due to it being roadside but no problem when window closed. Lovely bath too.
The hotel description mentioned a lovely restaurant and bar (our main reason for booking) but didn’t mention that both were closed on Sunday and Monday.!! This was our only disappointment about our stay.

Position excellent, but if you are exepecting a 5 star hotel you are going to be disappointed. At best this is an excellent aparthotel.

it was very close to the centre of the town.
the spa was excellent
the staff were knowledgeable, helpful and charming
it was split over two sites and whilst the parking was good it was difficult to get to and a short distance away from the hotel

nothing
The property was very difficult to find -
we telephoned 6 times but only a French
answerphone !! The hotel is on 2 sides of
street - but the difficulty was that one side
was closed - and we didn’t realise there
was hotel on other side road . The facilities
for disabled was appalling for hotel rating .
The lift was tiny and I was afraid to go in it
with mobility scooter . The restaurant
was closed .There only seemed to be 1
member of staff .The breakfast was
disgusting - old dried up ham that smelt
like old socks - The omelette ordered was
a joke and can only be described as a
pancake !! . This hotel looks on its last legs
and should be rated 2 star

Owners and staff very helpful and pleasant.
Help with the luggage was great. Provided an iron & ironing board.
Breakfast provided a good selection of choices available.
We stayed in a suite for 4 people which was of a good size and very clean but some things needed maintenance. The shutters and blackout curtains didn't cover totally the window areas - so lots of light came though early morning. There had clearly been a leak from the bathroom above that seemed to have happened many months ago - and needed re-plastering/decorating. Taps over basins were loose and was difficult to draw cold water.
We stayed in hot weather and although the room information advised there was a cooling system - this didn't seem to be as efficient as air conditioning would be.
Breakfast choices were good but this is first time in a 5* hotel that we have been asked to order before 8pm the night before.
The hotel mentions it's 'green' credentials - which is admirable if this can be achieved - but it seems at odds with a suite room that has a large (in fact it was an enormous!!) stone bath and a sauna.
The hotel is good (and we didn't see or use the spa facilities) so it may be that these facilities were excellent and the basis for obtaining a 5* rating for the hotel - but I think 5* is a little overrated for the rooms and other facilities that we used.
