For the price I paid, I expected so much more from this unit. Everything about this unit demonstrates that the owner doesn't care about it or the renters. For the same price you can find something much nicer and better maintained.

Overall was a decent property to stay in for the money. Having the private hot tub was nice, but not being able to use it, even quietly, after 10pm on a weekend is a little bizarre.

Nice condo. Plenty of room for our group.

Location was great , Hot tub was great, it needed servicing and the guy came right away and took care of it. New carpet and new bedding would definitely improve the ratting on the vacation home.

Private hot-tub is great, close to slopes, unit showing a bit of wear and tear, considering the high price. But overall worth it! One tricky thing, we had 2 door codes, one emailed and one embedded in the Vacasa instructions through the app. So a little confusing but we figured it out :)

4 couples met up here for a weekend away. The house is nice and large enough to easily accommodate us all. We have stayed here twice now and love it. We will be back.

Utensils are very poor and not cleaned properly

First let me say, this is a GREAT location. Quick easy walk to slopes. Great condo. Plenty of space for 6 adults and 2 teenagers. Private hot tub is a big win! Now, for the negatives. After skiing all day it’s impossible to get a good night sleep because the mattresses are complete garbage. We had 8 people and not one of us slept comfortably. 2 sinks had no cold water. Main TV took 2 days to get maintenance to get it working. Half the outlets in the house won’t even hold a plug, and in todays time we all need to charge things. This place is great location but needs some upgrades in a big way.

Rooms, bathrooms, and kitchens were very well stocked. There were an abundance of towels for both showering and using the hot tub. Every needed small appliance was stocked and ready in the kitchen. Night lights, blow dryers, dish soap etc was available. Great overall experience.

We enjoyed the views and hot tub in the unit. The unit is advertised as sleeps 10, however it only has beds for 8 people. It would be nice if the kitchen was stocked with pans to cook with, there were only pots so we had a hard time using the oven.

Very spacious apartment . Easy to fit 8 people . Can add 2 more if use air mattress . Beautiful view from the balcony and private hot tub was a very nice addition for whole family to enjoy.
We could not park in the garage, since our car is oversized ,but we were able to park near the entrance. Walk to the discovery and mountain house /ski school is about 8 min .
Kitchen is equipped pretty well.
Customer service was easy to get in touch with.

Nice!
This is a very nice place. Seems new to me. What I didn't realize is this is the best unit in the building. The only one that I could tell with a cathedral ceiling, big deck and hot tub. Easy 7 minute walk to the lift via a walking path.

Great spot for a friends trip
View was amazing and having a hot tub on our private deck was clutch. Walk to the lift wasn't bad at all. Proximity to a bar, restaurants and liquor store were nice, even though we weren't staying that close to the main base area. Overall very happy with the place. Our only issue is the hot tub wasn't super hot, but not the end of the world.

Pretty neat place
The property was pretty neat, close to the ski slopes and quite since we visited outside of ski season. However, we were told we could not check out late because of COVID protocol to clean thoroughly. When we moved the couch though to create a bit of space there was a lot of trash under it that we vacuumed up. The listing also states it can hold 10 guest, but there were only beds for 8. Spare blankets are a little outdated and torn.

Tenderfoot Lodge stay in August
Overall, the property is great for the location, view, and having four bedrooms. So, in the end, we enjoyed it.
However, there were some issues. The biggest issue is the freezer. The ice maker does not work and it just slowly drips.
This meant when first opened the freezer, it was just one large chunk. It ended up getting even worse. We ended up turning the water off. In the bedroom nearest the kitchen the bedframe is wobbly. Some of the faucets in the bathrooms are getting stripped. The pillows are very flat so bring your own pillows.
Yes, we enjoyed our stay, but some basic maintenance and upkeep would be welcomed.

Great location nice views, private Hot Tub
Really liked this home. It had plenty of bathrooms for 8 guests (4) and 4 bedrooms too as well as a sleeper couch for more. Hot tub was filthy when we arrived but was drained and cleaned within our stay so we could use it. There were faucets that didnt work and a broken towel rack which were suppose to be fixed but the service guy never returned to do the job. These few items did not hinder our stay, but the maintenance we have found on Vacasa rentals is lacking, that is our only complaint. At least the hot tub WAS fixed because that was one of the main reasons we rented this home. Highly recommend even with the few faults.

few improvements
The property and unit are very nice . A great view and hearing the nearby stream at night are highlights. The things that in our opinion could be improved upon, are the beds , bedding and remotes for the TV.
Mattress in master bed was uncomfortable and the bedding has seen better days. The other thing was multiple remotes for the tv made it confusing to use.

Not a great place to stay.
Unfortunately the place was dirty. Right from the start we had to call maintenance to come fill the hot tub and “clean” the hot tub but it still wasn’t clean. We ended up leaving the place. We woke up to hammering, they didn’t mention that they would be replacing the complexes roof. I looked out my bedroom window to a man looking in at me. They charged me for the one night I stayed there even though I complain about the cleanliness. We couldn’t get in until 4:00 pm or we would have just left that same day. They did refund me for the other two nights I was suppose to stay so I guess that’s something. Wouldn’t recommend this condo. Sorry.

Spacious and perfect for a group
We loved all the bedrooms and bathrooms, it truly is comfortable for a group. The private hot tub is so nice to have too, and the location is great. Would definitely recommend.

Gorgeous View
Loved the view, and private hot tub access. Made for a relaxing weekend. Nice layout for a good size group. Cleanliness wasn’t what I expected, but when I called the management company they made it right.

Lovely Condo, Great Mountain Views
Overall, a great 4 bedroom that'll be comfortable for 8+ people. The on-deck hot tub was a great addition.
Only word of caution is all of the home owner association polices. Seems like the HOA has gone crazy with rules over the years, like:
+ No Hot Tubbing After 10pm - You're not allowed to use the hot tub after 10pm.
+ Parking - Lots of words of caution about parking and parking violations.
We didn't experience any problems or issues, but lots of signs about it.

Great place!
We stayed here for a weekend getaway with friends. There were plenty of pillows, blankets and sheets for the pull out couch. The house was clean and functional with a coffee maker, blender, lots of pots and pans and even some food. Walking distance to the lifts and an incredible view of the mountains! Would definitely stay again.

We stayed in this condo for beerfest and a baptism. Everything was clean and in good working order. We hosted eight adults to sleep and 12-20 people for meals. The condo was both spacious and comfortable.

Reviewer Comments:
The unit was all it was advertised to be except many items were incomplete. No dish soap or dishwasher soap in the unit. No kitchen towels. Missing pillow cases. Hot tub was barely half full leaving the jets spraying all over the deck instead of in what should have been a full tub of water. Main toilet flush knob was broken and had to be flushed by opening up the back and lifting the flush mechanism. We called repeatedly to the management company who promised to send someone out with supplies numerous times and no one ever showed up. The woman at the check in office started happy hour early on our Friday check in and smelled of booze as she yelled at someone on the phone while checking us in. There are many other rentals in the area and I would choose another next trip. Too many negative issues.

Reviewer Comments:
My group and I (coming from all over the US) had a great time meeting up and staying at this condo. The location cannot be beat - was a 3 minute walk to Mountain House base and all the lifts there - and having a private hot tub was absolutely amazing. Beds were all very comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped for everything we might want to cook, and the ski locker right outside our door kept the apartment dry after a day of skiing/boarding with lots of wet equipment! The only issue we ran up against was with such a large group with varying skill levels, and only one key, we always had to track down whoever was holding the key if someone wanted to head back earlier than the rest of the group, which wasn't always easy. Left some housemates out in the cold for a while, waiting for the key holder to get down the run they were on. Having multiple keys (at least 2) would have been very useful.
