Wonderful stay in Hereford in this lovely property

Lovely period property in quiet neighbourhood within 10 minutes walk to the town centre. Property had everything we needed. Exceptionally clean. Bed very comfortable. Lia the host was friendly, great with communication and very accommodating. Great value for money! Would stay again.

Electric shower disappointing. Very low pressure. Difficult to regulate the temperature. Otherwise would have scored a 10!

We booked this property to be near our daughter for the weekend or is studying at college. It was a perfect location and

location, spacious, ideal for the dog

The size of gardner was fantastic, a real hidden gem but was very overgrown and due to wet weather we got soaked by the overhanging and overgrown bushes

Very convenient way to experience Hereford with friendly host.

Very accommodating, proactive and friendly host. Conveniently located and clean house with everything needed, including a range of games and books for adults and children. Discerning taste with Hemingway and Joyce on offer, as well as Risk!

Very clean, comfy accommodation. Everything you need for self catering.

Great location. Pub just down the road and a convenience store.

Stairs are quite steep and sharp turn at the top but luckily a handrail.

Gorgeous, spacious and comfortable house in a central, yet quiet location,

loved the house and loved the location - exceptionally central (10 min walk to centre) while being quiet and secure. Gorgeous house with a very long garden - table and chairs outside to enjoy the sun. Host had thought of everything - even little touches like landing lights coming on automatically when sensing movement in the night - helped light the way to the bathroom. Lots of space and both bedrooms were double beds and very comfortable and beautifully appointed. Pin number was sent to access keys from key lock and host provided a parking permit too. Highly recommend.

Fabulous stay.

Beautiful accommodation, great location, spotlessly clean, fabulous shower and bath and very comfortable bed. Everything we needed and host was very accommodating and always responded quickly to questions. Would stay again.

Excellent value, Easy arrrival and leaving. Complete use of cosy comfy traditional but modern house.

The shower was a little temperamental, there is a twist at top of stairs so just be aware if need to use bathroom in night!

Warm comfortable and very clean house.

The property is immaculate and smells really lovely. It was comfortable and warm . It is very minimalist in the bedroom but it has everything one would need. Only one pillow per person which sort of surprised me Kitchen well equipped but did not find the frying pan, did not look well enough as there was one in the bottom of the cooker. Our fault! There are some areas that are a bit below par but know that repair is being done when possible, nothing that detracts from ones stay. Very handy for the city. Long back garden but a bit too wet for us to enjoy!!! Would stay there again.

A couple of little things ie no towel in downstairs toilet, small omission that was simply overlooked. Had a great text response from the owner who apologised for the lack of a towel there and in the kitchen. The kitchen could do with a washing up bowl, tiny omission but owner very amenable to getting one. All small things that really are not that important in the big picture of things.

The top of the stairs by the bathroom as an awkward turn. Owners have made sure it’s safe by lights activated at night be movement.

Great home and location. Extremely comfi bed and very quiet neighbourhood. Lovely and clean with good communication from Lia - who is kindly returning a necklace that had dropped on the bedroom floor.

Lovely, warm, spacious rooms. Very clean and excellent facilities.

There was quite a few wasps in one of the bedrooms. They were dying but still made me a little uncomfortable as I hate Wasps.

The house was absolutely immaculate, very spacious and homely. The host could not have been more welcoming, friendly and helpful, communication was excellent right from the moment of booking.
