The decoration of the room is good. Since the room has a balcony, there is a lot of light. Mini fridge inside the room and tv service is ok but nothing more to say. It is an expensive hotel for the comfort that one can have.
I asked for a room without adjoining door since it can be very noisy and after they gave us the room, we realized that it had a adjoining door. I opened the door and I could see the things of the other guest! We had to ask front desk to close with key the door since the other guest could easily come in to our room. We couldn't understand why when we booked the room the hotel wouldn't tell us that all the rooms have adjoining doors. Be careful. Also, the pillows and the quilt were very dirty. So, even there is a hammock in the room, we wouldn't dare to lay in it. Lastly, they ask for id (take a photocopy) and address and due to the Mexican Federal Law of Data Protection they should show why they do that and its purpose. They should have a privacy notice explaining that in a visible way at front desk. After I asked for it, they told me it was in a paper of the hotel rules. Nothing there. Due to that, the man in front desk (not very friendly) allow us not fill in the information needed but we didn't like the fact that the hotel has copy of our id and we can't know the purpose and how they handle our data. I can say that the man in the front desk was a bit rude. Didn't like it.

Quarto enorme e super bem equipado. Adorei a lava e seca no quarto!

Lugar tranquilo e bem decorado

It’s exactly like the photos, big spaces, good WiFi and a friendly staff

Absolument rien. A FUIR !!

Super bonito
El desayuno, se enfría muy rápido

Personale gentile, camera carina e pulita.
Nulla. Tutto secondo le aspettative.

The pool was nice and so was the general look of the property. If it was better kept, it could be a very nice place.
The apartment was not well kept: sheets were stained, towels were stained, tv was not working, washing machine was dirty, some bathroom fixtures loose - all this in a fairly new property. There’s a gym but the machines were dirty and sticky and so were the table tennis rackets in the game room. Breakfast is poor and to get anything refilled you need to first find someone from the staff and then get them off their phones. Staff is completely uninterested and just busy with their phone all the time. You can do much better in Tulum.
4.1
The breakfast was really poor and Insufficient
And you have to take a cab or walk .

I liked the design and comfort

The rooms and hotel are pretty
I had a rather unusual experience at a hotel recently. When I went down to have breakfast, I noticed the entire staff sitting and drinking coffee right next to the guests' dining area. It felt quite unprofessional. On top of that, the breakfast offered at the hotel was disappointingly minimal. Additionally, I discovered that they were using a different, higher exchange rate when paying in cash, which ended up costing us more. Not the most pleasant stay, to say the least! 🏨☕️💸

Facilities was good, just construction next door. Otherwise, it was an amazing place after a great outing.
It is a bit 20 minutes from the ⛱️

Property is nice and well kept. Breakgast spead is good and delicious. Room size is spacious and basic facilities
Description mentions bicycles available at property but unfotunately none of bicycles kept are in working condition with flat tyres missing pedals rusted chains.
4.1
beautiful place and comfortable. I loved that had a washing machine and kitchen. Staff was very helpful.
I loved the plunge pool but water was so cold. I would just skip booking the room with pool.
4.1
Very spacious and clean room, with an hammock next to the bed and a nice big balcony.
The hotel is beautiful, and you can relax by the pool or have coffee and water in the garden.
They have a nice little gym as well!
The location is about a 20 minutes walk to the centre of Tulum, but there are a lot of nice cafes, restaurants, convenience stores and bars around.
4.1
The pool & gym
The walls are very thin and it was quite loud at night. Plus there is a construction site right across the street.
4.1
The flat had a really well equipped kitchen (the blender was amazing). The washing machine worked great, they had a facility to hang clothes to dry.
There are hammocks by the pool with lots of palm trees around which means there is plenty of shade. There's 24/7 water and coffee at the pool - amazing in a place where you can't drink tap water!
Everything together really made for a very comfortable stay.
While Tulum is theoretically walkable, it felt much better to take the car to restaurants and the beach. The facility does offer free bike rental - but biking 20min to the beach at 30°C on a sunny road without a bike path didn't feel very appealing.

Only had coffee during my stay at the hotel, but it was fresh coffee . However the restaurant steps away called the Blue Veleta is Awesome, the food is amazing and their rooftop is a whole vibe!
I think the rooms should have microwaves verse the small oven. And also should supply wash cloths for showering.

The staff are so friendly, the rooms are tasteful and the pool is very relaxing.
The bathroom smelt like damp and I think the pool area was lacking atmosphere
4.1
New, clean, fully equipped apartment. Nice pool.
The surroundings are partially under construction (streets, some buildings), generally it's apartment part of the town, thus a lot of tourists, less locals.
4.1
Clean rooms. Friendly staff
Nothing

I loved the scenery, the room was definitely more than what I expedited for the cost. Quiet, clean and nice cultural ambiance
Room didn’t get as cool as I would prefer, the location was on a dark street with construction but it wasn’t that bad just concerning at first

Modern and stylish hotel built with natural wood and stone materials, with good facilities and free parking. We rented a spacious apartment with a lovely balcony, and kitchen area which was great for making our own breakfast, coffee, and snacks. The pool and lounge area is nicely designed and a great place for chilling out after a day diving in cenotes or touring Sian Kaan. We asked for a late check-out which the helpful manager accommodated without any issues.
Unless you have your own car/transport it's a bit of a trek to the town centre although they do lend you free bicycles.

Nice design
I returned at 10:30pm from Xcaret and grabbed 4 towels from off the front desk - the same place that the front desk manager told me to grab towels from the previous day. The security guard at night saw me and ran up and told me I can't have towels. I told them there are none in my room bc my room hasn't been cleaned in 2 days. He said that's my fault bc I didn't flip the wooden sign on the door that says "clean my room" which no one had told us about. Anyway I said oops, but I still need towels and my father-in-law said we need toilet paper. The security guy said we can't have either. Think about that. A hotel staff member literally told us we can't have toilet paper or towels. He went and showed us how to flip the sign for tomorrow but we are checking out tomorrow so I told him that not flipping the sign makes no difference at this point and we still need the stuff. He LITERALLY told me "thats your problem." I responded with an emphatic "No, thats YOUR problem." He leaned in my face and made a big dramatic motion to his "Securidad" embroidery on his shirt. Anyway I argued with him enough that I got 2 towels from him for the 4 adults and baby in my 2 bedroom room. No toilet paper though. I can't imagine what we'll have to use to wipe with tonight and in the morning.
