Nestled between the Wailea Blue golf course and the Wailea Tennis Club, amenities abound for your stay in Grand Champions Villas in Wailea. Very spacious and meticulously updated, our 1 bedroom, 2 full-bath top floor condo overlooks the resort style "serenity pool" for adults, with garden and peek-a-boo ocean views. The spacious lanai is perfect for your morning cup of coffee in paradise! (PLEASE NOTE: there is one flight of stairs to reach our 2nd floor condo. No elevator available).

Our kitchen provides everything needed for your home away from home! Top tier upgrades include new tile, granite counter tops, bamboo cabinetry, and Bosch 800 appliances (including induction cooktop, microwave/convection oven, dishwasher). The granite and bamboo renovations continue into the bathrooms, with beautifully tiled showers. Two high efficiency AC units in the living room and master bedroom will ensure temperatures remain comfortable during the evenings. The living room does have a sofa bed, creating the possibility for sleeping 4 guests, if desired.

You can access the Wailea Tennis Club and renowned Wailea Blue Golf Course with a short stroll. Both are available for guest use, with the Wailea Blue golf course offering discounted rates for guests of Grand Champions. The tennis club has daily adult and child tennis clinics, hosts periodic tournaments, and personal instruction is also available. They do have Pickleball courts as well.
When it comes to shopping, the Wailea Villages is right around the corner. In addition, the renowned Shops at Wailea offer fabulous upscale shopping and dining options, only a short scenic stroll away!

Ulua and Wailea beaches are the two closest to our condo, both offering the best of Maui's sun, sand, and beautiful waters. While they are within walking distance, using a car may be more comfortable. Ulua has been named one of the Top 10 Most Beautiful Beaches in America and Wailea Beach has been named one of the Top 10 Beaches in Hawaii. Both provide free public parking.

We enjoyed everything about our stay in Wailea. The condo was clean and well stocked, the check in process was streamlined, hosts were friendly and responsive and the location to beach, restaurants, shopping and golf could not have been better!! This condo is located in Waileah/Makena, which is a beautiful area of the island. This is a cheaper option than the hotels near here, probably close to half their price. There are nice restaurants and shops within a short walk (10-12 minutes). Stores are very high end including Tiffany, YSL, Lululemon, and Gucci. The beach beyond the shopping center is beautiful with great sunsets. The communication from the owner was excellent, although I skimmed the email telling me the washer and dryer are in a closet on the deck and missed the information. Too busy for laundry anyway. The pool is smaller than the picture showed, but we didn't have time for that either. The condo is surrounded by tropical trees and is private. The unit is on the second floor with no elevator. Bring your own coffee!

Beautiful pool just outside Lanai that is very well maintained, comfy bed, great location, and close to plenty of restaurants and shopping. Walked down daily to do the coastal path (aka Boardwalk) daily for a nice nearly 4 mile walk. Definitely hit Costco right by the airport if you plan to eat in as local grocery stores are $$$ ($8.99 pints of strawberries and Rao’s pasta sauce was $15 for a jar)! Stayed a couple of days in Kapalua so we really got to see all of the Island. Will stay again next trip!

The bed was dreamy, the kitchen was great, and it was a luxury to have two full bathrooms in a 1-bedroom place. We appreciated the quality beach towels and other supplies.

The condo is very nice, well equipped with beautiful gardens and a very nice pool. The condo is less than a 10 minute walk to The Shops at Waliea. The Gourmet Market at The Shops has everything you could need in the way of food and drink with a fantastic deli. And Tommy Bahamas restaurant is very good and more reasonably priced than many of the other restaurants nearby.

This was our third trip to Wailea, but our first staying at a condo instead of a hotel. It was so much better, especially with younger kids. The condo is a short walk to the shops, grocery store, and beach. The grounds are quiet and clean, and the pool area is equipped with three BBQs. Just show up, stock the fridge, pack a picnic, and head out for the day!

Had a great time. Above 5 star review for communication with property manager spurious as we did not communicate with him/her. Clean condo in good location met our expectations. Able to chill at the pool, cook a few meals and see the sites as we wanted. No central air conditioning but didn’t matter. Very comfortable with window units. Mahalo!

Condo is equipped with everything that you need-beach chairs, beach towels, dishes and glass wear. Location was close to everything and I enjoyed the bidder that was filled with restaurant recommendations. Pool is beautiful! One small thing..I tried to reach the condo owner both by email and phone about a couple of small things and I never got a response.. still haven’t. Maybe she was out of town? Overall, a very nice stay.

We stayed in this unit March 22-29 2024.This is a VERY clean, spacious 1bdrm unit overlooking the “adult” pool. It’ a great jumping off point for day trips, shopping, restaurants and the beaches. The unit is well stocked with beach towels, linens and items that previous guests have left. The lanai is surrounded by palms, so the view is limited, but coffee on the lanai in the mornings was still wonderful. The only drawback we found was that there is no oven in the unit, so even a frozen pizza was not to be. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this unit again

We had a great time stsying here! Our host Melissa and Brian were very attentive and addressed any questions we had in a very timely manner. The unit was spacious and clean. It's location was close to the golf courses, shops, and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a fantastic unit! The unit is clean and well kept. It was the perfect size for my husband And I. The lanai is shaded most of the day (for those of you that like to be outdoors but not in direct sunlight) and it is right next to the quiet pool. The property owners were prompt about responding to questions about the unit too. I wouldn’t hesitate staying here again.

This is a very nice apartment in a great location close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Nicely furnished and well equipped, except there were no wine glasses, the kettle didn't work and several lights weren't working. The joining instructions didn't include the apartment number so it took us some time to find it and that was not ideal after a long journey. Also, the manager hadn't left a parking permit, which we were told would be dropped off with some wine glasses, a kettle and light bulbs but it didn't happen. Several days later, when we were threatened with our car being towed, the parking permit was delivered but nothing else. A bit more attention from the property manager would have made stay perfect.

Property was better stocked w essentials than any home we’ve rented thru vrbo; e.g., even has salt & pepper shakers, laundry detergent and dryer sheets. Even though we didn’t use these items much, we appreciated the consideration shown toward renters. Location was convenient. Only wish was that listing had emphasized that unit was 2d story, as I have problems with stairs.

Maui is our favorite island and Wailea is the best for beaches so this was in the perfect location. Loved all of the amenities, bathrooms/showers, kitchen, you name it. Plenty of towels and the washer/dryer is a huge plus. Thank you!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in Wailea. The beach is close and great for snorkeling. The weather was perfect for our whole stay. Checkin was easy and hosts are very communicative. We especially loved breakfast on the balcony in the mornings.

This was a great condo and location for our family. Wailea golf courses, shopping, and several beaches are minutes away. The place itself is lovely, clean, roomy, and comfortable. Additionally, the kitchen is well-equipped if you want to cook. The ac units work well, but they were loud when they turned on during the night. Otherwise, we highly recommend this place.

We booked the condo at relatively short notice due to having to relocate. Melissa and Brian were great hosts - easy to reach and very helpful. We had a fantastic stay, the appartment is spacious, well appointed and has modern alliances. Our children loved the family swimming pool (which was a nice temperature) and the resort grounds are immaculately kept. We were very sad to leave!

We really enjoyed our stay at Melissa and Brian's property. The hosts were kind, responsive and always helpful. The property itself was lovely. The AC units worked great, the washer and dryer were new and efficient, the unit was well-kept. We loved the location and always enjoy staying in this part of the island. The beach chairs and towels were much appreciated! One small thing to note - we didn't read through very specific details on the property listing - but there is not an oven in the unit. We went to make a frozen pizza one night and only realized then :) Thank you for a beautiful stay - we cannot wait to return!

House had everything we needed. It was spacious and the 2 full bathrooms came in handy. It is fairly quiet. The lanai is large enough with chairs and a table. We are from Honolulu and it was the first time for us in Wailea. This place will be first on the list when we make another visit to Maui. We got lucky and booked in between 2 reservations.

I absolutely loved this place; amazing location in Wailea near all the beaches and resorts. Right near a small boutique shopping complex and a golf course as well. The VRBO was spacious, clean, good kitchen, and had a nice little deck. The complex has a pool and hot tub with grills and a bathroom which we enjoyed. The bed was super comfortable and a real plus. VRBO has 2 A/C units both which worked well. Everything was really nice and definitely worth the price. The couch is big and super comfortable so a +1 could crash on it (plus there is a 2nd full bathroom), as did my friend. Overall, I highly recommend this VRBO and the hosts were very responsive!

Spacious and comfortable. It was very clean and had almost everything we needed for a 7 night stay. 5 min drive down to Wailea Beach parking lot and walking distance to shops at Wailea as well as a couple of restaurants and coffee shop. Sofa bed was fine for our 11 year old but not sure that would be good for an adult. Great showers. Only problem we had is that the AC unit is loud and right next to the bed, so didnt get the best sleep.
