With astonishing views of the white sand and the crystal-clear waters of S’Illot beach, the terrace of this fantastic apartment becomes an absolutely dreamlike place. Inside this seventh floor apartment, with elevator, you will find a fantastic kitchen-living-dining room, equipped with a beautiful kitchen with ceramic hob, a dining table and a comfortable sofa where you can relax watching TV or just reading a book next to a spectacular landscape. There are two dormitories with a double bed and wardrobe; one of them has space to accommodate a cot and a high chair. The bathroom of the house has a shower. And, of course, there is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
S’Illot is a quiet coastal village, belonging to the municipality of Manacor, with an incredible sandy beach. The zone is full of shops, bars, restaurants and much more. If you like golf, the closest course is Canyamel Golf, located at only 13.9 km.
