Unsafe access the entrance is a metal fire scape. The cupboard has moulds. The toilets are dirty. The hotel is in too if a restaurant with karaoke. The smoke and smell of food goes up to the rooms. The noise from the singing will keep you up til late in the evening.

It’s location. It’s walking distance to almost all the places we visited, and restaurants too.
The staff. Super kind and accommodating.
The amenities.
- The room doesn’t have aircon. There’s an electric fan, though.
- limited electrical source. You should bring an extension cord.
- the toilet doesn’t have a window or exhaust fan.
- the pillow covers and blankets are old (sira ang tahi or zippers)

Location is close to the cbd.
Too noisy in the evening as there are bars downstairs and right next to the accomodation.
No exhaust fan in the toilet it gets moist and steamy there is no way out. Closet with only three small hangers.
Bitten by bed bugs all over my legs on my first night.
No complimentary coffee or tea although kettle and water provided.
Indoor slippers provided are broken and unsanitary.
Got two luggages and had to carry them thru the stairs.
Unresponsive host! Has gotten no replies on Booking.com on queries whether early check in is possible or request to be moved to a different room is possible due to the noise, no receptionist to speak to about concerns.

Location :10-15mins walk to the center street Session Road.(can take taxi 50PHP)Downstairs and closeby are some nice restaurants and bars.
Room:House is a bit old but rooms are neat and bed is comfortable. We appreciated to have our room upgraded (particular the one that I want with a balcony view )
Staff:Friendly and helpful. The reception floor at night is a chill place where u can grab a beer with friends. The atmosphere is good.
Second floor wifi is slow(Phone signal is good ) Shower water temperature is not stable.

The location is near to the session road and to SM Baguio
It is very old and not well maintained.
Few outlets in the room.
Dirty bathtub. Too many mosquitoes in the room and the package that shows meals included are not true.

the ambience and loc is okay and nearby our target areas
the hot shower isn’t working and they didn’t even bother to fix it even though we asked for it. poor customer service, no constant respond through the provided mobile number

we were were very happy with the service, the room, the view and the location!
Only 2 disappointing things:
The wifi in our rooms was faulty on the 2nd day and there was no brewed coffee available.
Otherwise Wifi at the cafe/lobby was good!

i like the ameneties it was good the room its ok but the price is not right for the stay hehe sorry sorry dont get me wrong i was trying to say about the others but yeah we're in a hurry so we cant book anywhere but goods the location is good also
we dont have wifi we cant watch tv we cant watch netflix our 3days stay there we're silent haha because we dont have cable also so we turn off the tv nalang and play a music 😂😅 and why is there bath tub and we can't even use it and also we check in for 2:30-3:00 because there's a problem the bathroom that they need to fixed because of the last customer before us so we dont have a chance we need to wait even if we're tired thats all

location was good, nice view
had to climb two sets of stairs to get to the room, no bed linen on the second bed, no hot water for a shower, no toilet seat. would not recommended to stay there to other travellers. Casa Generosa need to lift their standards. I’d suggest getting hot water sorted out upgrading the beds and generally renovating the rooms to an acceptable standard.

Stayed at Room 103
Pros:
Properly prepared room. Nearby the lobby. Quite near the centre. Comfy beds. With bathtub. Friendly staff. Cheap security deposit at 500 pesos. You can have your food left on the ref in the bar. You can get unli water in the bar. You can leave your things before or after check out to still maximize the time. Cheapest among all during the time of booking.
Cons:
Lobby is kinda noisy from 4pm-12mn due to the bar on it but it's fine if you can easily sleep. Near but will took awhile if you'll walk to the centre. Bathtub not working. No TV, ref or microwave. No bed side table. But my main concern is only one outlet is working and far from the bed, it is below the small rocking table, the other one (of two) is circle so we only used one and other are inside the cr, on the sink and beside shower.

Cheapest among available dates that we need and closest to the city center and major facilities. Also it is convenient that you can go out and in anytime you want even early in the morning, good if you want to go and roam around in the city or in night market.
Hot water for shower.
No fridge and kettle in the room but you can get hot and cold water in the reception.
We saw several baby cockroaches during our stay.
Closer to the bar which is noisy if you are not used to, but i have no problem with it as i was always out in the city.

they are all accommodating and the place was so clean

not what expected, heater cannot function properly, but clean.
No television, door knob and heater is not working properly, free toothpaste and shampoo is not enough for two.
