Andy was really welcoming and gave us info about the area and the roads. Our GPS took us the very, very 'scenic' route from the village. Andy gave us directions that were easier on the nerves. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked, which we were invited to take advantage of.
We didn't research properly and the property didn't really suit our elderly parent.

Andy bent over backwards to please us. The place is very quiet. We would definitely come back. Thank you.

The room was a good size and the bed was really comfortable, Andy was very welcoming too. It was great value for an en suite room.
The water and electric cut off on the morning of our departure. However, the water returned shortly after check out.

Shower and bath did not seem to work well (or at all).

Andy is the friendliest host. The location was fantastic with everything we needed. It was a fabulous, low-budget holiday for us and we would definitely return. Nice places to eat out nearby too.

We were very disappointed.
No tea or coffee facilities in room - carpet not clean - very dated throughout though bed comfortable thank goodness. Cleanliness generally questionable. Glad we only stayed one night - Glad to leave - Though host was very friendly. Would not recommend facilities. Sorry Andy.

Nice and quiet. Nice and clean. Allowed to eat cereal and free tea/coffee.
If I have to choose something I'd say thin pillows but easily solved by folding them over!

Nice host, friendly, and interesting stories to tell. Due to shared bathroom, the host provided me access to the camping shower, which did come in handy. The Wi-Fi was good. The host also offered me breakfast provisions.
The room itself had some interesting artefacts in it such as the hosts grandfathers picture on the wall and a mid century barometer.
A television was also provided, I appreciated that.
Black-out curtains would of been helpful. Tea/coffee provisions in the room would also have been helpful/convenient. (Luckily for me, as I always do, I brought my own kettle and tea.) On arrival, as I routinely do, I inspected the bed and found a few blades of grass. But no mind, I brushed it off. Also, the room could have been supplied with at least one more loo roll. However, there was just enough to get by with.
The room I was provided with was really just a guest room in someone's house because the wardrobe had other peoples clothing still in, which isn't normally what one finds in a "bed and breakfast" room.

I liked being able to use the kitchen at any time. Great for making cups of tea. The accommodation is in a great location, near to Bodmin Moor and also the North Coast. We had a very relaxing stay. Thank you.

Andy was a friendly, welcoming host, allowing freedom of the property. Nice touch with free WiFi.
Carpet and furniture were a little the worse for wear. For someone like me, not a problem, other people maybe. Surprised at no formal breakfast, again, not a real issue for me.
