nice stay, very relaxing stay. when construction is finished, it will be even better.

Great new luxury apartment. very comfortable, great patio and wonderful view to the beach and water. great for families. quiet overall.

the pool was listed as "heated pool" but it was not - its unnecessary to put "heated" when the pool was just a nice but normal pool. construction on the beach by the seaside was unexpected. I wish the host would have warned us.

Spacious apartment with amazing staff.

The apartment was incredibly spacious and our room with direct access to the pool was perfect for our young family. The apartment was well stocked and modern, and we were very comfortable there. The location was great - a short 5min/€5 taxi into town or a longer walk. There is a small beach nearby too! The staff were amazing - so helpful in answering any of our questions and providing much appreciate advice on places to eat and things to do. We had a great stay.

Everything was great - the only thing that would make it better would be perhaps some milk/small snacks on arrival at weekend as we struggled to find a supermarket open on a Sunday.

Relaxing time with beach view!

It was very nice the Apartment and the service, the pool and the staff.

The location is not so attraktiv. beach is under construction and nearly no small Restaurants apart from the big hotels. The construction at the beach was loud. I guess when they are finished then it will be nice. Since the water is really clean and nice.

Overall, we loved our stay at Eol Appartments for our first time in Croatia! Thank you for having us🥰

Lovely, clean, modern apartments. Amazing sea view and right next to the beach! Owners were super organised and friendly - we are very grateful for all the recommendations they gave and how reliable they were to contact!

The only downside was the lack of restaurants and bars close by. However, the walk to into the centre of Split was around 45 minutes with majority of the walk being sea-view which made it go quickly. Ubers were also very cheap and reliable and took less than 10 minutes to get into Split from the apartments.

Really nice.

Apartments were very clean and comfortable. Kitchen had everything you needed. Easy to contact staff via what’s app. Great advice and recommendations via what’s app when you arrived.

The pool needed to be cleaned as the liner was quite dirty and slimy. There were no umbrellas around the pool. No staff presents. Maybe a little too far from split town.

Very relaxing, very comfortable

Lovely apartment, very well equipped. Everything new and comfortable. We were able to keep cool in the apartment which was great given the outside temperature. Lovely view and balcony. Nice large beds. Very easy access to the beach

The area is under development and so there was some construction going on. A minor issue really

Loved this apartment. Probably the best vacation apartment we stayed at. The apartment and amenities were very very clean. The entire building is very well maintained and smelled fresh. The location is perfectly located overlooking one of the best beaches. Our view was amazing. Parking was easily accessible The host was great, helpful and very responsive Overall, it was a great 5 night stay. Would definitely come back

Clean, comfortable, secure and a great location with local shops, beaches nearby. Bus stop 5 min walk away, ideal for trips to split centre. Highly recommend!

Would stay here again if we come back to split!

Was a great home away from home. Very clean! All amenities were very good. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Sleeping was amazing with blackout shades and very cool AC. Location was ok. Not walkable to very much but always a quick Uber to downtown split and port. Overall the best place we stayed during our two week trip.

They have covered parking which is great, but it was tight and challenging for me to maneuver my car but also, I’m not used to tighter spaces! If you like to walk to places this location is a bit of a haul. Just be prepared!

We had a great stay, the building is a bit outside the city center but easily accessible via Uber, it has a really nice

The apartment had a great view of the sea and you just had to walk done to access the rocky beach. The facilities were nice, as well as the rooms that were spacious, with everything you could need. The balcony was just wonderful. The hostess was incredibly nice, helpful and accessible by phone or text anytime. She went as to book some restaurants for us and provided a very detailed list of things to do to best appreciate Split and the area.

The city center is not accessible walking from the building, but Uber is readily available and quite cheap - 7 to 10€ to go to the old town. The apartment could use a light paint lift to really elevate it to the max

Beautiful Apartment with Nice View

Staff were very helpful in meeting us to hand over keys as well as providing any information and answers to our questions about restaurant recommendations or organising boat tours. Accomodation was very comfortable, clean and modern. Ammenities within the apartment were excellent. Recommend staying here.

These apartments are situated fairly far away from the main part of Split. Taxis/Ubers are about a 15-20 minute drive away from the centre. We walked it one day and it took us at least an hour. There's not a lot of restaurants and shops nearby either so we found ourselves doing the taxi trip backwards and forwards a few times a day. Still the accomodation was a good option and we enjoyed our stay.

Superb

Super nice apartments, beach is only 2 mins walking. Everything is relatively new so in great condition. The place was very clean. Amazing balcony and the kitchen if fully equipped so we had everything we needed. We did contactless check in and that went fine. We even booked a massage at the apartment, so that was a nice touch!

Was surprised we had to pay tourist tax extra as cash, did not get an invoice for that but it’s a very small amount.

We had a wonderful holiday staying at this beautiful property overlooking the Adriatic Sea.

A beautiful brand new apartment overlooking one of the best beach in split. 2 supermarkets within the property our host Iva was super friendly and helpful sending us all the information about split a day in advance . We tried two restaurants she had suggested which were great! It was like having a local guide at our finger tip. If you have a car, the property has free parking!

This was probably one of the best accomodations we had. Beautifull, high quality finishings and appliances, best beds ever, and so peacefull and quiet. The pool is very nice and convenient, we had underground parking, great location, it was perfect!

Perfect stay in Split!

The property is absolutely fantastic. Can’t recommend staying here enough! Iva is a brilliant host sharing lots of recommendations and answering any questions when asked. Apartments are very well equipped and have everything you need. Pool and terrace area are great and so close to the beach as well. Traveling into Split is super easy using Uber, cost between €4-€7. We also used Wolt for food delivery to the apartment. Both supermarkets are within easy walking distance, we would recommend the one up the hill from the apartment as having slightly more choice but both are good.

nice set up each bedroom has a separate bathroom bedrooms are apart from each other Next to a beach, which is quiet off season spacious and clean easy to grab a Uber to get around

- There is a lot of construction nearby - There is very few restaurants within walking distance - the doors are not well designed, expect big noise when open or close - the correspondence was rude to us, quite upsetting

Fantastic and very relaxing with stunning sea view

Taxi arranged by booking.com was waiting at the airport as planned. When we arrived at apartment, Iva was so welcoming and friendly especially as we arrived late due to flight delay. Iva was always available for any help or questions. Apartment was huge, very modern and very well equipped. Sea view from terrace is stunning, sun was available for most of the day and made for a very relaxing stay. Beach is only a couple of hundred yards away and the sea is crystal clear. 10-15 mins taxi ride to Split marina (restaurant strip) for about 8 euros using Bolt taxi app - so easy to use. Will definitely be booking a 7 day trip in 2023:)

Location not for me.Taxis were a rip off.Apartment was excellent and host Eva so helpful.Also Ana her recommended taxi.Split is ok for a short stopover but I would not return except to catch a ferry to Hvar and Dubrovnik/Korcula

Great apartment, small hiccup with access initially

Very modern, clean and great air con. Proximity to bus stop, supermarket and good restaurant. Advice and recommendations from host.

40 minute wait for property access - despite advising prior arrival time. Nobody to meet us/no reception service. Unable to contact anyone for first 30 minutes.
