My son is a plebe at USNA, and so my adult children, their spouses, and I stayed at Joie's place for Plebe Parent Weekend recently. I travel a lot, and her place is honestly one of the absoute BEST vacation rentals I have ever booked over the years. First of all, the communication was fantastic. She called me beforehand to go through check-in procedures, introduce herself, and even give some helpful tips and links to nearby attractions. When we arrived I was so relieved so see how beautiful, immaculate, and clean the home was (I am a clean freak!). She clearly has spared no expense in the furnishings and amenities--it has absolutely everything you could possibly need for your stay! I loved that there was a second cozy tv area with a loveseat and fireplace connected to the kitchen area in addition to a spacious living room and dining room on the first floor. I plan to book Joie's home for every future group visit to Annapolis while visiting my son over the next 4 years at the Naval Academy.

This home is clean, nicely decorated and we would definitely stay here again. We loved having 3 bathrooms. With a family that is always nice to have. We really enjoyed the outside patio area. The beds were comfortable too! Communication with the host was great!

Beautiful property, easy to find located near all the conveniences you could need great communication by property manager (thanks Joie!) really close to beaches, parks, trails, etc. (we went to Sandy point beach and visited the historic mansion & slave plantation property)

Beautifully decorated, elegant but chill, very clean and appointed. Great patio for entertaining, close to everything Annapolis has to offer. Host was outstanding, provided useful information, friendly and accessible if there were any issues (there were none). Loved our stay!

We just returned from a fun-filled long weekend with friends in Annapolis. We were lucky to find this comfortable gem that came with tons of amenities!!! The 3 bedroom home was tastefully decorated and felt like home as soon as we walked in. The outdoor patio was just as welcoming too! The host Joie was super to work with and was very accessible. Although we wanted for nothing, she was very happy to respond and make suggestions to enjoy the house as well as the neighborhood. I highly recommend your next Annapolis Vacation Starts Here!!!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this Annapolis property--in fact, it is one of our favorites in Annapolis. It is both very beautiful and very comfortable, with a lot of space to relax. I especially enjoyed the living space which connected to the kitchen--a nice place to just sit and read. I enjoyed the little touches, like lovely decorations, big pillows, soft comforters, and fun family board games. The property is equipped with everything you would need for a stay, including kitchen items, and is located in a quiet neighborhood with parking. It is central to anything you might want to do in the area. My only regret is that we visited during a cold month and did not get to enjoy the cute, fully equipped patio! We would love to stay again!

This property and host were great. We were looking for an inviting and comfortable spot to host a few friends. The location is perfect: easy access to historic Annapolis without having to navigate parking or congestion issues. The property is beautifully kept and has everything you could need. The host went the extra distance to make our holiday party work. Would definitely stay here again!

Hostess with the mostest!!! Joie is AMAZING. I cannot tell you how beautifully this property is decorated and how comfortable it is. It was the perfect place for 4 of us to enjoy Thanksgiving with my son from the Academy. It was easy to get everywhere we needed to go around Annapolis. Joie thought of EVERYTHING including small touches like makeup remover wipes, cozy blankets for the couch, and asking us if we had everything we needed for serving Thanksgiving dinner. She was so attentive and hospitable and wonderful. We would definitely stay here again and highly highly recommend. This is the best VRBO experience I've had hands down.

This is our second stay at this rental. We have stayed in about 15 short-term rentals in the Annapolis area since 2022. We have season tickets to Navy football and enjoy visiting our Midshipmen at the Naval Academy. This rental is at the top of our list and Joie is great to deal with.

This home is exactly as pictured, thoughtfully decorated with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the entire unit is very clean. Joie is a pleasure to work with and very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

This house was great! Joie thought of everything to add to the comfort and ambiance of a stay away from home! The location was perfect for visiting the Annapolis and DC area. The house had everything we needed to make many meals here, as well as enjoy the great restaurants of Annapolis. Bar none, the most comfortable beds we’ve ever had in a rental! This was a great place for us to stay while visiting our son at the USNA. It was in a quiet neighborhood and conveniently located to everything we wanted. The house was one of the cleanest homes we’ve stayed in. It was comfortable the moment we walked in. Joie was very attentive to anything we inquired about. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Joie was wonderful to work with and her property was perfect for our stay. Good location, about 10 min from the Academy. The kitchen had everything we needed to host friends. The outdoor space was private and would have been amazing if it hadn't rained. We were able to sit at the table outside though and with the fan blowing was very nice. The beds were comfortable as well. Overall, a wonderful weekend to spend with friends and our mid!

We loved this house...it was a perfect location for us. The neighborhood was very nice to take walks. Definitely was close enough to drive back and forth into Washington DC. The beds were super comfortable, especially after a long day sightseeing

This was our second year staying here. Both visits were exceptional and met all our needs. The townhouse is quite lovely and the patio area with string lights at night is magical. Joie, the host, is so nice. She responds quickly to any and all questions or concerns. She even alerted us to a potential storm that was moving our way and told us where to find candles, etc. incase there was a power outage. The neighborhood is quiet and well maintained. There is a grocery store just minutes away. The drive to downtown Annapolis takes 15 minutes or less. We are looking forward to returning again next year.

Ms.White is an awesome property owner/host and her property is perfect. This property has all the personal touches that made our weekend in Annapolis a great one. Ms. White was responsive and interested in our visit being stress free and memorable. Everyone in my party wants to come back to this property...it is as nice in person as the photos depict. We will always check to see if this property has open dates that match ours every time we come to Annapolis.

The property is beautiful! The decor inside and outside is so cute! The beds, pillows, towels and blankets- SO comfortable (and that was a big deal to my mom). Joie was very communicative and helpful. Accessing the property was easy. She even left a couple balloons for my mom- since we were there on a trip to celebrate her birthday! Other sweet details- makeup wipes, pre wrapped bars of soap for us to use. The home is about 10 mins from the shops/boats and about that far to a big mall and other shopping too! If we’re ever in Annapolis again, we’ll definitely be back at Joie’s place! Thank you Joie! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was a great spot to unwind and relax after our days exploring Annapolis. Really comfortable space for a group. Well-stocked kitchen including some unexpected snacks. The back patio is lovely. Easy to get into Annapolis and Eastport. We look forward to staying again.

We loved this property! Lovely large living area to gather in, comfy sectional sofa and table on which to eat or play games. Well appointed kitchen with cute seating are adjacent. The back patio is magical with a fountain and lights. Beds are comfortable and everything very clean. Joie is a charming host and very accessible. Some nice touches she left were a basket of chocolates and a S’mores kit that we sadly didn’t end up using! We will be back!

Cute, cozy townhome in Eastport with a great backyard entertaining space! Well stocked kitchen including seasoning, oils and Keurig pods. Host stocked the home with our favorite snacks and even made a gift basket for our graduating midshipman. Conveniently located near a big grocery store and liquor store, making meal and party preparations very easy. Nice quiet neighborhood away from downtown Annapolis energy but still easy to get to waterfront area and USNA during graduation week.
