The unit was clean and everything worked well. Our original booking ended up being unavailable due to maintenance issues, so they put us in an equal (or likely better/more updated) unit instead. The check-in time window is very small, but late check-in wasn't a problem for us either. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place for a family holiday
Great place, charming and spacious, everything was really enjoyable, except the noisy snow guns working even during the night this WE.

As described, the condo is spacious and well-equipped. I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the unit. The pictures don't show that the downstairs bath has carpet, which I think is disgusting in a bathroom, especially in a rental unit. There was a rubber mat in the bottom of the tub that I would never touch. Those stick-on decals to help prevent slipping would be much more sanitary. Other than that, the showers, sinks, etc. felt clean. The towel rod in the downstairs bath was broken, as were the barstools in the living room. The appliances, etc. in the kitchen were clean, but I pulled out the cutting board (it pulls out like a drawer), and it was full of crumbs, etc. On the back deck, there was a tin bucket in the corner full of sand and cigarette butts. It had been there so long that the bottom was rusted out, so it was just a gross pile of sand, rusty metal and cigarette butts. Who doesn't clean that up??? The rest of the unit was ok but definitely needed a good dusting. There are a lot of knick knacks around that haven't been dusted in a very long time. Overall the unit served our purpose, but even though it is in DIRE need of updating, it would have felt much more comfortable if it had been cleaner.

The title seems like a negative, but it’s not. Location is perfect, carpets are stained/old, but everything is super clean. Despite a couple of problems (the oven timer went off all. night. long. the first night, the sleeper sofa is kind of broken, the temperature control is all over the place), we absolutely loved staying in this outdated, cozy unit. We definitely want to come back again. Can’t beat the experience.
Note to realty company: please replace the can opener, get the unit a colander, and install some tile or vinyl by the sliding door of the master bedroom and this place would be even better!

This property is very dated and not well maintained. There is old, stained carpet throughout the downstairs and up the stairs which holds a very unpleasant odor. The unit is rather dark and some of the lighting did not work. They are building a new ski lodge directly behind the unit so it will be ideal for folks looking for close access to the lodge. I wish we would have brought our own kayaks as the offerings at Mirror Lake weren't as described. They had one paddle boat which was missing a seat and only two adult kayaks. Three paddleboard but not a single oar that was long enough. Also, be prepared to cart your garbage 5 miles to the rental office. Linens and towels are provided however you must wash the towels before you leave. There is a lot to do in the area so fortunately our time in the condo was limited.
