About this villa rental
This villa is located 10 minutes far from the town of Alhaurín el Grande, in the province of Malaga, Andalucia.
It was a 1854 school, which has been recently renovated and turned into a farm. Therefore you are invited to let your imagination take a jump into the past since the architecture and decoration combination provides this holiday home with a picturesque balance between rustic and modern style. The house is characterised by high ceilings and thick walls, which are meant to regulate the temperature, keeping it fresh during summer and warm during winter.
As soon as you enter the house, you are welcomed by a spacious living room and a well-equipped independent kitchen. The six bedrooms are all on the same floor and divided into three apartments connected by an Andalusian patio. Every apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The three apartments are equipped with warm/cool air-con, located in the hallways that separate the bedrooms. The home is provided with four bathrooms, the other three with shower.
The average occupancy is four people/apartment. If less than four people want more than one apartment to be open, they will have to pay €125 extra per apartment.
This accommodation offers competitive prices according to the number of guests. This way, families with a few components won't have to pay the price for the whole accommodation.
In the outdoor area, you will find an enormous swimming pool and a spacious terrace from which you can enjoy breath-taking views over the Guadalhorce valley. The house has a paved access.

It's a amazing place to stay with a beautiful view out the back especially in the evening with all the lights from the swimming pool and the seating area nice clean and loads of space the pictures need to be updated because they don't do the place justice! But overall a really nice villa would definitely return.

We had a fantastic 7 days. The children loved the pool, we felt very welcome by Lucìa who showed us around. The kitchen is full equip and the new bbq is fantastic to cook on. The pool is salt water and was very clean and looked after.

Deze locatie heeft alles wat wij van belang vinden en meer.
- eigenaar goed bereikbaar via Whatsapp (engels), vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
- hele ruime locatie. Met 12 man hadden we meer dan genoeg ruimte om elkaar niet op de lip te zitten.
-slaapvertrekken op ruime afstand van het leef/buitengedeelte. Wanneer de kinderen naar bed zijn, kan je met de volwassenen gewoon lol maken zonder zachtjes te hoeven doen. Andersom in de ochtend konden de kids ravotten in en om het zwembad zonder zich druk te maken over uitslapers.
- de slaapvertrekken/appartementen zijn ook schoon en groot.
- het uitzicht is prachtig.
- het zwembad is groot. (Zout water)
- goede airconditioning in de appartementgedeeltes.
- de fotos op deze website zijn realistisch. What you see is what you get!
- de kust is op 0,5 uur rijden. De meeste bezienswaardigheden in de omgeving zijn 0,45 tot 1,15 uur rijden.
-auto is een must.
Ik kan het iedereen aanraden en zou er zo weer naar toe gaan. Andalusië is prachtig en dit huis ook.

In dieser Finca hat für uns alles perfekt gepasst:
Sehr gepflegter Außenbereich mit einem grandiosen Salzwasser Pool, Lounge und Essbereich.
Ein wunderbarer Blick ins Tal und auf die Berge.
Zu erwähnen ist auch diese wunderbare Ruhe.
Der Innerbereich ist im traditionellen Stil eingerichtet. Ausreichender Platz auch für mehrere Personen in der Küche zu agieren. Ein sehr großer Industriekühlschrank , perfekt um für mehrere Personen die Getränke und Lebensmittel unter zu bringen.
Die Apartments gehen vom Patio aus und bieten somit viel Privatsphäre.
Die Apartments haben gute Betten und eine sehr gute Klimaanlage.
Besonders erwähnen möchte ich unsere Ansprechpartnerin Lucia. Sie ist außergewöhnlich freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Lieben Dank noch einmal dafür. Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt!
Alles in allem für uns die PERFEKTE FINCA.
Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder.

Enough space for 3 families ( each 2+2), seperate sleeping apartments for each + common room, kitchen. Easy access from/to Malaga. In winter heating was a bit challenging, however - fireplace in common room is somehow romatic... (in sleeping areas standart heaters available).

Perfect family getaway
We are a family of 8, including 2 young children and this house was absolutely perfect for us. First of all, the photos don’t do justice to the amount of space we had, which was more than adequate for a group of our size and would comfortably house many more with ease. The kitchen is really well equipped, the living room also (with a smart TV including Netflix and Amazon Prime access, great bonus) and the individual apartments all centred around a beautiful open courtyard - each containing a shower room and 2 good sized bedrooms - were perfect for us. Last but by no means least, the outdoor space is fantastic. The pool is clean and spacious, plenty of seating space for outdoor dining or relaxing and also plenty of sunbeds. The panoramic views are to die for and the outdoor lighting of an evening really gives a great setting to wind down the day. Nearby supermarket roughly 1km down the road towards Coin is well stocked and into Coin itself (around 3km) is a Lidl and Aldi. Plenty of restaurants and a wonderful ice cream parlour as you enter Coin, plus a McDonalds to keep the children happy! Finally, Dory (our host) could not have been more helpful. Responded very quickly to the only minor need we had during our stay and was extremely polite and attentive. All in all, 5 stars and a guarantee that we will be returning at some point soon. Thanks! :)

De inventaris (met name het servies en bestek in de keuken) en de badkamers zijn wat gedateerd en er zou e.e.a. kunnen worden verbeterd. Echter het zijn details want het huis is verder geweldig! We waren met 10 volwassen mensen en een baby en hadden lekker de ruimte. Bedden zijn een beetje kort voor lange Hollanders en wat harder dan we zijn gewend. De hele grote koelkast was erg fijn met zoveel mensen en de geweldige BBQ hebben we dagelijks kunnen gebruiken. Top Supermarkt op 5 minuten rijden. Al met al een heerlijke vakantie in een heerlijk huis. Echt waarde voor het geld!!

We came as a family and found the villa worked really well. The three bedroom "apartments" gave us full flexibility and the young grandchildren settled down in them very easily. The Terrace and pool are a great outdoor lifestyle. The kitchen is well fitted out although you may have to hunt a bit for some of the pots and crockery. Don't miss the paella pan in the corner unit! The place was very clean when we arrived and we were given a full guide to the accommodation, the laundry room and the facilities generally. The pool was cleaned mid week and the gardener came to mow the lawn. This really is a superb holiday home with carrefour only 3-4 km away. Within half an hour drive you have the lovely beaches near Torremelinos with a choice of restaurants. Particularly recommend La Palapa Beach Jazba for good food and value for money. Will definitely come back here again.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit viel Privatsphäre, einer wunderschöne Umgebung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants/Tapasbars sind in der nähen Umgebung, und nicht weit von Malaga Stadt entfernt. Der Ausblick im Außenbereich auch am Pool und dem Essbereich ist einfach einmalig. Hier kann man sich sehr gut erholen und entspannen. Ich kann die Hacienda auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Über den Innenhof gelangt man dann in den Wohnraum, Küche und den Außenbereich, der sehr großzügig gestaltet ist. Der Pool ist herrlich, der Blick auf das Tal wunderschön. Die Lage ist perfekt, um viele schöne Städte in der Umgebung zu erreichen. Auch Malaga ist nur eine halbe Autostunde entfernt.

Maison superbe ( en particulier le patio) et totalement dimensionnée pour 12 personnes. Nous étions 4 adultes et 7 enfants, nous ne nous mômes pas marché sur les pieds ! L'environnement est très calme, la literie est bonne, le repos a été parfait. Nous avons également pu visiter Grenade, Cordoue et Ronda, en faisant pas mal de route certes mais c'est faisable à la journée. Bref, un excellent séjour dans cette maison dont nous garderons un très bon souvenir (en particulier les enfants avec la piscine !).
