The house is a good layout for a family. The couch and beds were all really comfortable. There are a few good games for kids. However the rooms were all really dark, even with the blinds all open. Except the kids/bunk bed room which was blazing with light at bed time. The shades are pretty good at blocking the light and the kids slept great!
My one big complaint is how poorly the kitchen was stocked. There was one tiny cutting board, a large pot, and two old pans. The cups/plates/etc are good; it’s just hard to cook anything properly. We did a lot of grilling which was great! The toaster and k-cup coffee maker worked great for breakfast.
It’s close enough to town to walk and it’s a nice place for a family!

We enjoyed our stay in Grand Lake and the location was great for us. Close enough we could walk to fish, to the boardwalk, or to the little grocery store. Beds and living room furniture we’re comfortable and the kids enjoyed the ping pong table.

The place was clean, comfortable and close to everything we wanted to experience. 3 min to RMNP and walk to charming, western-style downtown Grand Lake.

After looking at several condo listings in the Grand Lake area, I made my final decision on this condo because the photos showed the couch and love seat reclined. After a long drive to the condo, we were all a little sore and looking forward to the comfy reclining couch and loveseat. We were very disappointed to find the couch and loveseat were not the same as pictured on VRBO and Evolve, and did not recline. However, the accomodations were adequate, the kitchen was nicely stocked, and we did enjoy the ping-pong table in the garage. Photos need to be updated.

My husband and I, along with our two teenage daughters stayed in this lovely condo during our stay at Grand Lake. The condo was spacious, clean, quiet, and had all the amenities we needed. We even got to enjoy the ping pong table a couple of times. The location is convenient to town and the Rocky Mountain National Park Entrance. We will definitely stay here again next time we come back to Grand Lake.

Property was clean and the location was great. Comfortable for Dad and sons golf/fishing trip.

I looked at several listings before deciding on this one. The main reason I chose to book this condo is because it showed a reclining sofa and loveseat in the photos. My husband has some back problems, and this was important to me that he be comfortable during the trip. It was very disappointing to arrive and find furniture that did not recline. However, the accomodations were adequate. The kitchen was nicely stocked. We did enjoy using the ping pong table in the garage a couple of times. There was a very heavy and hot comforter on the king bed that was not appropriate for the weather, luckily I carry a light-weight cotton quilt in my vehicle. The cleanliness was just ok, I would recommend bringing sanitizing wipes with you. They did provide plenty of toilet paper and paper towels for our visit. We were only provided with one of the paid trash bags, all the check-in instructions said there would be 2, but we made the 1 work and we could've bought more if needed. There were roofers working on the condo while we were there, might have been nice to have been informed of this, but they were respectful and neat. Grand Lake is a beautiful area, would definitely visit the area again.

Reunion of Friends
Two college roommates and I reunited and stayed 3 nights in Grand Lake. We had amazing weather and did tons of exploring, hiking, and kayaking. The condo was perfectly located for our needs, and was just the right size to accommodate us for relaxing, cooking, and sleeping. Our only wish was that there was a coffee pot there instead of a Keurig machine. Other than that...just perfect!!

Absolutely wonderful stay
We had no trouble finding the townhouse. Management was very responsive with questions at all times. Home had everything we needed for our stay and our kids loved just stepping outside into the snow. Great location for what we were looking for. We really enjoyed our stay!!

Pros and Cons
Close to lake, but unable to walk along lake, due to fenced private properties. Would be a very nice place to stay, if a few minor handyman and housekeeping issues were resolved.
Pros - Nice spacious unit. Ping pong table in garage was nice. Close driving distance to downtown. Comfortable beds. Updated kitchen.
Cons -
- Arrived after dark. Difficult to find place. No visible house / unit number. No lights on. Extremely dark and difficult to use the keypad. Flashlight was needed. Keypad seemed to be loose and we had to hold it with one hand while punching in the numbers with another.
- Surface area of unit appeared clean, but overall not. In need of a deep clean. Living room carpet had stains. Bathroom shower had orange soap build up and mold in corners and edges. Bathroom light fixtures had a heavy coat of dust. Gross amount of dirt and dust under the beds (which we discovered when looking for tv remote). Baseboards had heavy dust buildup.
- Could only find one TV remote for the 2 TVs upstairs.
- Screen/storm door to upstairs balcony broken, not opening properly.

Nice home, not spotless, but not too dirty. Would stay again, and clean myself first. Close to everything, Also, VERY cold when you first get there, as they have the heat down to 45 in the entire house, so may want to stop by, turn heat on, and go grab a drink or food while the house warms up!

Perfect location for our vacation, just one downfall.
Booking was easy, check-in happened without a hitch, location was prime for our planned activities. The property was clean and welcoming. Ample amenities and a well-equipped kitchen, which was perfect for our family. There was only one downfall, every time we tried to enjoy the outside patio or balcony a very opinionated, outspoken, loud women was going on and on about watering the grass and parking spaces, drainage issues and one person balcony color being different than another and HOA things. It was beyond annoying. We finally would just go inside. I could tell you her life story. For your sake, I hope she isn’t there during your stay. If she is I recommend staying inside!!
