The rental agency was very timely in their responses when we had questions. They were very easy to work with. I would recommend their properties. The unit is very close to town and has all one needs for a stay. I would recommend this property. A few things to keep in mind.....The tv stations could be updated and increased. The walls are thin and the children in the next unit could be heard running along with the bouncing balls. This was a real negative for us. That said, I would recommend the unit if tv isn't important and if noises don't bother you.

Great location and beautiful wonderful house. Great communication before and during the visit.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the condo. It was cozy and close to 3 lakes, hiking trails, national park, and walking distance to downtown Grand Lakes. There is a health clinic about 2 blocks from the condo. It was very quiet during our stay.

With having a family of 6 it is hard to travel... find a place big enough to accommodate all of us. It is a relief to find places to stay that have enough beds and room for a comfortable stay. This house was clean, nice, and overall a perfect house
Thank you

We had a wonderful time staying here during our Grand Lake vacation. The house was lovely and clean and worked great for our two kids (ages 7 and 4).
There was some construction happening in the neighborhood during our stay, but the owner reached out and let us know well before our stay and offered us the chance to cancel or change our reservation. One of the most considerate hosts I've ever stayed with!!!
We will definitely come back again!

We loved this place! Great size to have our group spread out after a long day on the trails. Loved sitting out on the porches in the evening. It was so so nice that necessities were provided…soap,TP, laundry detergent, Shampoo. It’s rare to rent a place that gives you more than a starter pack! Grand lake downtown was easy walking distance! No complaints at all!
Bonus was the “toys” in the garage
We were happy to find a cooler in the garage as well as folding chairs for concerts in town. Owner thought of everything!

This was our first visit to Colorado. We visited Denver and then came to Grand Lake. The condo was perfect for our family. We were very comfortable. Some of our group had to work part of the time. The Wi-Fi was great. There was always a quiet place for a meeting. We loved how close to the trails, RMNP and to the town of Grand Lake the condo is. We had an Absolutely great stay!

Excellent rental and location!
We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this rental. The condo was perfect and Grand Lake is the cutest town. Everyone was so nice. The proximity to the park entrance was ideal - where we saw so much wildlife along with the extraordinary mountains. We would visit Grand Lake again for so many reasons and be inclined to use the same rental. The space was perfect. Book it now!!

Everything was shiny and new...
The owners have gone the extra mile to make a visit here very nice. Easy to get to everything in town from this location.
It was refreshing to stay in a place that is as clean and kept up as this one. Ping pong was a bonus!

Updated and spacious place right in Grand Lake
I came up just for a few days to get out of Denver. The home was plenty big, even for a larger family. Everything was updated, clean, and easy to find or figure out how to use. I didn’t cook while I was there because the bbq at Sagebrush is too good to pass up, but the kitchen seemed well stocked. It was nice having a powder room on the main level. All baths were clean and updated. The living space was comfortable and the fireplace kept the house warm. There was a bit too much snow and wind to use the outdoor area and all the toys in the garage, but it would be a great spot for a summer stay.

Great Cozy Condo Perfect for a Snowy Getaway.
Our family of four booked this great little condo for a last minute, quick two-night stay. The area was perfect for our boys to explore and play in the snow, and the condo was quaint and cozy for playing board games and watching movies. The kitchen was well stocked, and everything we needed was readily available. Bedrooms were spacious, beds were very comfy, and having 2.5 bathrooms was great. We did experience some unavoidable logistical issues, but Melissa went above and beyond to make sure things were taken care of, and that we had everything we needed for a great stay. We enjoyed Grand Lake and look forward to staying here in the future!

Beautiful property
Brought my mother to see the mountains and lake and the property made the trip comfortable. It had everything we needed and then some. You can definitely tell the owner thought through every little detail to make sure their guests are comfortable! Communication was on point and I found myself wanting to stay longer!

Love this place
Even though the Park was closed to through traffic we still enjoyed our stay in Grand Lake. We were able to drive 10 miles into the park, hike to Adam's falls and shop downtown and we loved the Sagebrush restaurant. The condo is very clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable with real cotton sheets and bedding not microfiber flimsy. So many times we stay in VRBO rentals that are nice but the beds aren't comfortable. We slept better than anywhere else we've stayed in Colorado. Great TVs in living room and both bedrooms with many options to watch. We binged on season 4 of The Crown. Wonderful hosts and even my favorite Treseme shampoo and conditioner in the shower. I would highly recommend!
