The home on Big Thompson River was beautiful. It had everything we needed and was well stocked. The river is right in the backyard and we loved walking along the river to “Coffee on the Rocks” for breakfast. It is in a great location only minutes from downtown Estes Park. We enjoyed our “extreme” vacation very much! Thanks to Mrs. Barb Bortz for the use of her beautiful home on Big Thompson River!

We had a wonderful stay. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us. House was very well stocked with everything we needed for both toiletries and in the kitchen. Kitchen had plenty of cookware so we could make lunches and dinner. We didn’t have any infants but there was equipment for younger children. View was wonderful with the creek in the back where we spotted several elk. We would definitely rent again when we are in the area.

Arrived at property… the management let us arrive early. There was a pumpkin spice bread in the freeezer waiting for us delicious! The decor was just as a mountain home should be… beautiful! The fireplace made it all the more cozy to just relax sit back and enjoy looking out the window into the trees & stream. Very clean well stocked with every amenity could ask for. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

The stay at the condo was better than we could have ever imagined. With having two small children it’s hard to really plan things, but there was no need while staying here because everything is so close by and easily accessible. And the path along the river in the back with the deer, duck, and elk made it perfect. We will be coming back to stay here again!

We have rented numerous houses and this one was one of the best! It was clean; well stocked; and the furnishings were great. The house had a beautiful view from deck of woods with The Big Thompson River flowing by. It had a path out back too. Neighborhood was well maintained. The accommodations were excellent; beds comfy and it had a great lay-out. Loved our stay!

Very comfortable, quite neighborhood. Enjoyed the beautiful community. Would have appreciated Evolve sending the check in information several days in advance. I had to request the check in info. We were 3 days before our arrival before we received an email. Worried we had a problem.

Beautiful home and the location near the river is amazing and so relaxing. The house is very spacious and very clean. We have been to Estes Park multiple times and this has been the best rental for us so far. We will be renting again in the future. Also, Barb, the owner of the property, is a great host!

We couldn't have asked for anything more! The house was perfect for our family trip. The two grandparents took the master suite, while our adult daughter, her husband, and the two toddlers had the upstairs to themselves. Gorgeous home, stunning location, well-stocked, great amenities. The neighborhood is quiet, and the trail along the river is lovely. The yard was perfect for toddler sledding. And those beautiful starlit skies—we could have stayed for a month! The home is only five minutes from the entrance to RMNP and less than that into town. Barb was amazing to work with. I can't think of a single thing we would have changed. This will be our go-to choice for future stays!

We take an annual vacation to Colorado with some family members. We loved the house which came with bonus wildlife, a mother elk and her calf that provided hours of viewing enjoyment. While this home was smaller than our usual VRBO, we selected it because of the three king beds, a feature we wish more accommodations would offer. It was the perfect size for two couples and for two nights, another family with their two small children—we never felt over-crowded in the space. Love the convenient location — easy walk into Estes, and very close to RMNP.

We thoroughly enjoyed this condo. The backyard had a lovely creek, walking path and picnic table. We enjoyed watching several elk cross the creek. The condo itself was clean and just the right size.

The house was perfect for our ladies get-away! It was extremely clean, very comfortable and well-stocked. I can only speak for the bed I slept in but it was very comfortable and the ceiling fans in the room a nice plus. The location on the river was really nice. We enjoyed the house so much that we never left the entire weekend. We cooked up a storm in the well-stocked kitchen, played games and enjoyed movies in the TV room in the loft. No complaints what so ever. It was also very nice to be able to park in the garage. Communication was great.

I cannot recommend this place highly enough. It is exactly as advertised—and more. Our family consisted of two grandparents, two parents, and two children, and the space was ideal. The family of four took the upstairs, while the grandparents had the master suite, and it was perfect. Comfortable beds, fabulous amenities, and an exquisite location. The kids loved playing in the snowy backyard, and the adults enjoyed walking along the trail. Views of the mountains highlighted our days, and beautiful starry skies topped off our nights. Access to the home was simple, and the communication was unbeatable. We will book this place for all our future visits to Estes Park.

We stayed at this property with some friends in February. It was very clean, the kitchen was well-stocked with every kitchen/cooking utensil we needed and we were very close to downtown Estes and RMNP. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed watching the deer walk by throughout our stay. We highly recommend this property in Estes Park!

Our family of 2 parents and 2 adult children enjoyed Thanksgiving week at this lovely cabin/condo. So convenient to Rocky Mountain National Park and a very short drive to Estes Park town for shopping. Beautifully maintained and modern, very well stocked kitchen. Great space - 2 upstairs bedrooms with loft for gathering/watching tv; lots of space for dining and sitting downstairs too, with downstairs master. Beautiful location - Big Thompson River right off deck - peaceful to look at and hear. Great communication with owners. Absolutely no complaints - would stay again.
