Great location

Excellent location, 5 min drive to airport and close to many amenities. Service station and bakery across the road. Stunning view, right on the beach. Apartments well set out, with most things you need, dishwasher, full size fridge and bar fridge, washing machine and dryer. Kayaks available to use. Peaceful spot hidden from the road. Swimmable beach at all tides.

Both apartments need air-conditioning, one bedroom apt has it in the bedroom. 2 bedroom has none at all.

The Perfect Beachfront apartment!!

It's been well over a month now since staying at the Panama Beachfront apartments, and I dream about it every day!! Everything to location, facilities, and hosts exceeded our expectations! From breakfast and fresh coconuts in the fridge on arrival, to the car delivered to our door! So glad we decided to stay here, it was perfect for our family of 5. Would definitely recommend and hope to visit again soon!!

Beautiful, clean and nice place to stay.

Host was so lovely and set us up so nicely, so welcoming. The view was just stunning and the apartment was clean and beautiful. The beach in front is nice to swim in just bring water shoes and the kayaks were fun too.

The pillows and bed is a bit on the harder side, but we made it work

Spacious accommodation, a seafront apartment with incredible views in a great convienent location.

Great location close to town and right in the beach. Breathtaking views across the ocean from the apartment with a sheltered lagoon to swim in. Convenance of a shop across the road and space to park a car. Plenty of space to make you own food if you wish too.

Only thing to note is the neighbouring Roosters seem to be nocturnal so bring ear plugs if your a light sleeper.

Superb

Awesome place, just by the beach and it provides everything you need. Reef shoes, snorkel gear, kayaks, even beach towels.

I'll add stairs from the deck to the beach and that will make it even better!

A really relaxing, fun and friendly place to vacation in. Would definitely think of going again.

Jenna was extremely helpful. Made our stay really comfortable. The House was wonderful, fabulous location and views. Loved the huge deck area, and since we had both flats we enjoyed the whole house tremendously.

Not a biggie, but would be nice to have portable fans in the bedrooms, in the 2 bedroom flat. It does get a bit stuffy in the afternoons.

Exceptional

Cannot say enough, awesome accommodation. Two couples and loved how we had identically size rooms and own bathrooms. The view is so pretty and very private, good swimming. Janna the Host is great, bacon and eggs etc in the fridge for us when we arrived complete with beer from the Rarotanga Brewery. We hired a car and scooters off Janna as well. Will definatley be coming back to stay here. Highly recommend. Thanks Janna.

That we didn't have longer. Nothing to dislike here.

Paradise on the beach - loved our stay!

Location - super close to everything Lots of space for the family to stretch out with two bathrooms and a big outdoor space w/ backyard leading to the beach. Nice and modern - great facilities

Very teeny bin and only one in the house but we used the outdoor ones but would have been nice to have larger in kitchen and small ones in each bathroom.

We enjoyed our stay it is a lovely apartment lots of space lovely deck area and very modern

Maybe the linen we were there for 6 bites and didn’t have any clean linen Also I didn’t think the linen we did have was up to standard meaning the laundering process no little bins in bathrooms no complimentary soap or shampoo for our arrival sorry there was 1 small soap also outside there seem to be a stench coming from some sepage maybe from the brewery it was running down the steps on the left side of the house

They set us up with some breakfast items for our arrival, which was really nice of them. It has all been very easy and incredibly pleasant. Sad to leave so soon, but we’ll be back!

Superb

Modern apartment with good quality fittings and finishings. Hosts were very helpful and attentive to needs - even thinking ahead to what we might need due to a late arrival. The location (location location!) That view! Coffee with feet on the deck facing east for sunrise. Scotch with feet on the deck facing west for sunset. Nothing is very far away in Rarotonga but it was extra nice to have the main shops a short drive to the CBD and fun places a short drive in the other direction. Really a perfect place for a chilled break and be self sufficient.

No fault of the apartment or the hosts but the roosters in Rarotonga are loud!
