We are close to Disneyland, Anaheim Convention Center, shopping, and much more attractions. We have added custom Disney artwork and there is a key less entry into our home which allows for added security.
About The Home:
We are located in a quiet neighborhood close to Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, 3 fabulous beaches, The Anaheim Convention Center, shopping, and many more attractions/stores. This home has been recently remodeled and looks beautiful. We have spared no expense to make this home a wonderful and magical place to stay. We have added custom Disney artwork and other Disney decor, princess dress-up clothes, Two (2) XBox Ones, Disney toys, etc. to extend the magic after you leave the park and to keep your little ones (and big ones) busy. Each bedroom has its own flat screen TV.
The backyard has two gazebos for extra shade with a conversation patio set for socializing, a beautifully remodeled sparkling swimming pool, relaxing hot tub to soak in, a pretty rock waterfall, a deep end jumping rock and a super fun rock waterslide for the kids.
We have a 2 car garage to park your vehicles in as well as 2 parking spaces in the driveway. There is a key less entry into our home which allows for added security and less hassle with keys.

Each bedroom has a flat screen TV and includes a fresh set of Cotton sheets and unbelievably comfortable down comforters with Duvet covers to melt into while you fall fast asleep!

A dresser, night stands, lamps, alarm clock, ceiling fans, flat screen TV loaded with Netflix and DisneyPlus, and cotton sheets/duvet covers that will make your stay very comfortable.
HUGE Kid's Bedroom:
Check out these bunk beds!!! We have three (3) twin-over-full sized bunk beds with a twin trundle under each. This is a great asset if you have a big family like we do and cousins that we love to vacation with. All of your Mickey and Friends toys, princess dress-up clothes, Two (2) 60" flat screen TV's with Xbox Ones and Netflix and DisneyPlus, etc. come stocked in this room to entertain all of your little (and big) Disneyland fans.
Additional Sleeping Accommodations: Two pack-and-plays.
Bathrooms - 3 Total:
We have two (2) bathrooms with a shower and one (1) bathroom with a tub to bathe the littlest guests. We provide bath towels, pool/beach towels, hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
Kitchen:
Sit down to a great home cooked meal at our dining table or bar seating in game room (just off of the kitchen) with additional bar seats in living room or outside on the backyard patio. Our new cupboards and soft-closing drawers include all that you might need to fix up a delicious meal for your family. Appliances include all stainless steel: dishwasher, fridge with filtered water, four burner gas stove, 4 slice toaster, Keurig (K-cups and regular) coffee maker combo, waffle iron, crock pot and an electric griddle. We have granite countertops, travertine tile flooring, and recessed lighting. The kitchen also includes pots, pans, mixing bowls, plates, dishes, silverware, a spice rack, cookie sheets and muffin tins.
Living Room:
As you enter our home you will be greeted by custom Disney artwork, beautiful hardwood floors, a gas fireplace to relax by, a flat screen TV loaded with Spectrum cable, Netflix and DisneyPlus, wireless internet, and comfy seating for all to enjoy.
Gameroom:
There is a game room off of the kitchen that has foosball, a TV area to watch TV or choose from hundreds of Retro Games to play on our retro gaming system, or play board games on the bar tables.
Backyard:
Get your barbecue on with our BBQ Grill, gazebo covered patio dining set and conversation area. You will be able to enjoy our backyard paradise. Swim in the large sparkling private pool, slide down the rock waterslide, jump off the deep end jumping rock, bask in the California sun or soak in the hot tub to relax and unwind while listening to the beautiful sounds of the rock waterfall.
Garage/Laundry:
We have a two car garage for your vehicles and two parking spaces in the driveway. We have a washer and dryer that await your dirty clothes. Laundry soap and dryer sheets are provided during your stay.

We’ve added everything you can think of (and probably things you haven’t). Our stay was great! This house is great for families with Children. There were 3 bunk beds in one room that all of the kids could stay in, That room alone could hold 7 kids, it has two large screen tv's with video games as well. There were 4 cutely decorated adult rooms. The pool was amazing as it was heated and it was lighted and had a water slide hooked onto it. The hot tub was so relaxing as well. There was a foos ball table too. 3 bathrooms as well. It was great for our Disney vacation as we only had to 10 min to Disneyland.

The size of the home was perfect for our family gathering of 11 people. Four bedrooms with king/queen beds and a big bunk room with triple bunks, along with 3 bathrooms. The house is close to many of the area attractions, grocery stores, etc. There was plenty of 'common space' and a well stocked kitchen. The pool/hot tub were very nice. Could have used a few more chairs on the patio or a bigger table given the number of people the house accommodates. A few inside chairs had legs that were loose, bolts needed tightening. We didn't realize until after we booked that there were time restrictions (noise ordinance) in the city of Anaheim on when the pool/backyard could be used so that was a negative for the location. We booked on short notice so it was too late to change our plans.

Everyone from the grandparents to the kids (ages 7 - 17) all enjoyed the property. The pool and spa were a huge highlight along with the close proximity to the Angels Stadium and Disney! The owners were highly responsive to any needs or questions we had!

This house was perfect for us we had a range of ages from 6 months to 65. It was nice and close to Disney which we loved. The back yard was perfect. Wish we would of had one more day to just enjoy the pool! They are super good about responding and getting you just what you need. We loved our stay.

Our family stayed for 8 nights overall it was a great vacation. Takes about 10 min by car to Disneyland.
The home needs abit of maintenance this is why the 3 star review owner is aware and mentioned to us they would look into it. pool is as shown in pictures, the grandkids had a great time.

This was a perfect place for our family get together for our 50th anniversary Disneyland trip. Plenty of bedrooms and great backyard with pool, hot tub, fire pit. Lots of toys and games for the kids. Only a mile to Disneyland and easy check-in and check-out. Would definitely stay here again!

We couldn’t have picked a more wonderful place to stay while enjoying our Disney experience with our kids. Three families stayed comfortably in this beautiful home. The pool and slide were main attractions for the kids and provided hours of fun. The property manager was lovely to work with. Responsive and accommodating. I couldn’t recommend this place more. Traveled with six boys(4-12) and five adults. The property is 10 min. from Disney parking. The house is perfect for kids , well laid out(not as big as it looks in the pictures). Everything from pool to WiFi worked . Had a small issue and manager Bonnie was right on point. Thanks for a great trip.

This house had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked, had lots of seating and even highchairs. The bedrooms were spacious with two night stands that had charging ports, comfy king size beds and a few pack n plays. The kids room was a hit with lots of room, games, 2 TVs and toys. The pool was beautiful. There were pool toys for the kids and lots of outdoor furniture to relax on. The strollers, beach chairs and beach toys were a plus as well. This was a wonderful place for our family to stay and relax.

Best place ever!!
Excellent house, everything we needed was available. The strollers were a lifesaver for the theme parks. They helped with the kids and a carrier for snacks and drinks. We had a beach day and the coolers, chairs and boogie boards were perfect!
The pool and everything else in the house was awesome.
Kids loved the bunk beds. Adults loved the king size beds!

Family oasis
State for four nights with the family ages ranging from four years old to 84. The pool in the location were amazing. House was super clean, which is very important to us, and Bonnie was easy to communicate with. Everyone had a fantastic time!

Magical memories!
We rented this property for a family time with our kids and grandkids (ages 2-9). This home was perfect for making memories… well stocked kitchen, great spaces for visiting and playing, comfortable beds, gorgeous yard and a stunning pool! It’s a short ride over to Disneyland and close to grocery stores and playgrounds.
The host was a good communicator and was very responsive to texts. We hope we have the opportunity to return!

Fun Family Retreat
Our adult daughter and 2 granddaughters, age 5 & 7 joined us on a trip to Disneyland, and we stayed for 4 nights at this enjoyable family home. It is very welcoming in terms of furniture and decor; I was not worried about the kids breaking or messing up anything so we could just relax and enjoy our time together. The house is set up in "zones" - bedrooms away from the hub of the home so they are quiet- and the beds were very comfortable; space to congregate together in the kitchen/dining/living room; a game room for those who don't want to watch movies, and a great kids room to spread out and play in; the dress up clothes were a hit! The outdoor area was magical. We spent hours there, in the pool, on the grass, in the gazebo, grilling...just enjoying our time together. The host was very receptive to questions prior to our arrival, and was quick to respond about a few minor things we addressed. The neighborhood was very quiet; we used Uber and Lyft daily to travel to and from Disneyland, and the drivers told us that this was one of their favorite neighborhoods to work in because of the safety, and ease of driving. If you want family-focused fun and comfort this is the house for you.

This was an amazing place to stay! The beds were comfortable and the house had everything that we needed. The kids absolutely loved their room with three bunkbeds, a couch and two TVs with two Xboxes!
The dining room table was big enough for us to all enjoy dinner together and we loved the extra bar seating in the living room.
Everyone’s favorite part of this house was the backyard! The pool, hot tub and slide are so fantastic and fun. Perfect for everyone. There are also tons of areas for outside seating where you can enjoy reading a book and sun tanning or relaxing in the shade.
We will undoubtedly be booking this house again for our next Disneyland trip. Thank you guys so much for everything and for all of your awesome communication. We couldn’t be happier with our stay!!!

Amazing Outdoor Space!
We just returned from a 4 night stay at this home. It was our first trip to California and to Disneyland, and it just happened to be 99+ degrees for the days we were there. This property was the perfect distance to Disney (7-9 minutes in the car to arrive in the parking lot) and we returned to the home mid-afternoon each day for a break, which was wonderful. Our kids, ranging in age from 4-14, loved the home. The bunk bedroom setup is one of the best I have ever seen and the gaming system was awesome. The Disneyland themed decor throughout the home is spot-on, but the shining gem of the stay was hands-down the outdoor space. The pool, slide, and spa were easy to operate and the perfect place for midday cooling off or afternoon relaxation. We were a little worried about the curfew and noise ordinance, but this was not an issue at all during our time there, and we were worn out before the 10PM curfew every night anyway! Going in and out to your car to get to the park and back is fine, by the way. The neighborhood felt safe and inviting. We would choose this home again if we return to the area and the only thing we needed more of was time to enjoy it!

Disney Friendcation 2022
We had 2 families consisting of 4 adults and 4 kids(2 7 year olds, 2 10 year olds). We loved this home. There is plenty of room for everyone. The 3 boys shared the room with bunk beds. This room will easily hold 12 kids if traveling with that large of a group. There were plenty of video games, foosball and a wonderful pool/hot tub to entertain during down time.
This house is located in a nice neighborhood and is close to Disneyland. You could probably walk to the park, but we chose to drive and park. It seemed to be worth the $30/day after you walk 10 miles through the parks and have exhausted kiddos at the end of the day.
Bonnie was an excellent property manager who promptly replied to any questions or concerns. We had one small problem while staying at the house and Bonnie immediately got to work on fixing it.
We do an annual trip to Disneyland and this house will definitely be on our list for a return trip in 2023.

Wonderful Disney Launch Pad
This property was perfect for our family trip to Disneyland and California Adventure. Our only regret: we didn't schedule enough down time to fully enjoy everything this house has to offer. The pool and hot tub in particular were excellent and a great way to rest our sore feet after hours walking in the parks.

Upscale property that has everything you need!
This home was magical! My children said it was epic! The decor was Disney themed, but not overly stated. A perfect mix of elegance and theming. The pool is over the top amazing and my children had so much fun! The location is close, the home is clean, and the amenities provided went above and beyond. I’m used to purchasing my own extras like paper towels, dish soap, trash bags, etc, but it was all there within the home for you. Communication with owner was easy and fast. We had a great stay and would choose this property again and again.

Great time!
The house was just as described, plenty of room for our group of 11! The kids loved having the Xboxes and tvs to play games on in the bedroom and all the space they had in there along with the 3 bunk beds so they could all spread out but still feel as if it were a slumber party. The adults liked the kitchen which had everything we needed for cooking. There’s a grill outside so you can barbecue if you want. Grocery stores are nearby and easy to get to so you can get needed supplies. The pool is fantastic, water crystal clear and very inviting. The kids loved the water slide and I could’ve stayed in the pool all day. Beaches are nearby, we explored laguna beach. There are boogie boards and things available in the garage if you wanted to use those. There are also strollers if needed. We went to Disneyland, which was nearby. You could easily Uber there, we drove. Due to the Anaheim noise ordinance (which has nothing to do with the owners) we were a little worried about getting back to the house late at night, but tried to be as quiet as possible. We had a wonderful time and the owners thought of everything! We would definitely book this house again. Thanks for the great stay!

Absolutely amazing stay We had. The host was right on with contacting us for any questions that we had. The house is just absolutely amazing every piece of it. The pool was where we stayed the most. The beds and the bedrooms were so comfortable and everything was so inviting. The pool was maintained the water looked so beautiful. This house has everything that you need to make it an epic adventure. This will be always our spot to come for every future get together. Just wanted to thank the host so much.

Absolutely Perfect!!
We booked this home for the space it had for the 13 of us. 7 adults and 6 kids. Each room was perfect & it was wonderful having the kids room a bit away from the adults so they didn’t wake us in the morning. LOL! The backyard was a perfect oasis & we all enjoyed the waterside! We took a drive to the beach one day and made multiple trips to the store which was so incredibly convenient! We cooked all our meals at home with the fully stocked kitchen. I would absolutely book this home again! Oh, and we even got to see the Disney fireworks from the backyard. Thank you for having a wonderful home to create a weekend of friend memories!

Wonderful home
This house was perfect for our family’s summer trip. It had everything - clean, well-appointed, comfortable beds, great restaurants/coffee shops nearby, and an amazing backyard to spend hours in. On top of all that, Bonnie was accommodating and a really great to work with. We hope to be back again soon!

Three families (7 adults + 3 kids) stayed in the house for 4 days and we thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Highlight of the house is the poll with the slide and kids room with bunk beds and Xbox. The house was very clean and spacious. Kids loved Disney theme. We spent most of our time in the pool and jacuzzi. Cant wait to go back!!!

Family Staycation
My family and I stayed at this property Memorial weekend. The home is exactly as pictured. The kids had so much fun with the pool, slide, and game room. There was plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. The owners thought of everything to make you feel at home. Plenty of towels, fully stocked kitchen, heated pool, and lots of activities for the kids. Wish we could have stayed longer, and we can’t wait to go back. Bonnie was a very gracious host and answered all questions quickly. It was a pleasure to stay here. Thank you for having us!

Terrific House near it all
Great house with plenty of space for all and laid out well so that fun rooms such as the food all are separated from sleeping areas. Kids bunk room with dual Xboxes was large and fun game room. Quiet street, but close to Disney and the convention center. Good parking. Close grocery stores for stocking up. Nice kitchen fully stocked. Would stay here again!
