Le calme et la qualité ds le meilleur emplacement

Une très belle déco. Équipement complet et en parfait état. On ne peut pas faire mieux placé. On n'a pas touché à la voiture pendant notre séjour. Nous avions quelque inquiétude relative au calme vu l'hyper centralité mais ce fut vite balayé. L'immeuble est très calme et aucun bruit extérieur. Entrée /sortie facile et autonome pratique.

un séjour court mais agréable !

L'emplacement est juste parfait, proche de la gare, en plein cœur des magasins et à quelques minutes à pieds du quartier Saint Leu ! La voiture est restée au parking! J'ai adoré la décoration du logement, une ambiance dépaysante créée avec goût et subtilité, mais c'est aussi un appartement pratique et fonctionnel ! Le café offert à été apprécié, ainsi que les serviettes de bains mises à disposition permettent d'alléger la valise.

Il faisait un peu froid dans l'appartement malgré le chauffage, mais je suis un peu frileuse alors peut être que c'était moi … Et c'est dommage que la brasserie où est proposé de commander le petit déjeuner était fermé ce dimanche. J'ai eu un peu mal au dos après la nuit … après chacun a une sensibilité différente alors peut être que d'autres diront que le lit était top mais moi je pense que le matelas est un peu fatigué.

Nice place but I do not recommend. not nice to end a stay feeling stressed

Collecting the key was easy as we just have to type a code that it is valid till you leave the property.

The entry code was not properly adjusted. It expired several hours before we were supposed to leave. We left early for breakfast and we couldn't access the property afterwards. We were locked outside with all our belongings inside the property. we finally managed to contact the owner after more than one hour and his main concern was about us leaving the property clean.

Almost perfect, amazingly beautiful place right in Amiens'center

The place is just amazing and decorated with taste. The location is right in the center of the city and except that you cannot arrive by car, it's perfect.

The bed was a bit too smooth for us and we had a pain at our backs at the end of the night, which is a pity because when we saw the place we wanted to come back for a longer stay. The toilets are really really small as well. If you have long legs, it's not easy to use them.

the bed was a bit too soft for our liking but that’s personal. the water of the shower didn’t flow away quickly so we took short showers, good for the environment :).

Very good

Very clean, very spacious and stylish flat situated right in the main square. Underground Indigo car park nearby. Easy check in. Bed very comfortable and a good number of towels. Would highly recommend the apartment to stay in.

Check in instructions were to ring the MAN doorbell but no such doorbell existed as far as we could find. Luckily someone was leaving the bulidng at the same time who kept the door open for us. Kitchen could have been better equipped given the quality and style of the rest of the apartment. eg there was only 1 wine glass.

Great location, spacious apartment, some cleanness can be improved. and communication can be improve

No breakfast, location was excellent as its in city centre. room was very spacious and nicely decorated, however, some book shelves were a bit dusty. and palm plant in the living room was dead with loads of white innocents. but bathroom and bedroom were clean and kitchen top as well.

It was very hard to find entrance and get the key, booking.com says, we can find access code on booking.com, however there is no information, and we had to contact host at last minute and it was hard to communicate due to language barrier. and it was hard to find the key box as well. in the apartment, no kettle to make tea and microwave could be useful as its self catering.

Amiens is delightful, and the apartment is rather special and very central.

Attractive, beautifully appointed, comfortable. Stunning, actually. Good location.

Nothing really. As there is no human contact at the apartment, these points are worth thinking about: The procedure for entering the apartment could have been clearer. The arrangement is, that guests are not told the key code until after the check-in time on the day of arrival - but we were not told about this arrangement! Unnecessary stress. The other issue is parking. Luckily, we stumbled upon an excellent nearby underground car park in the Place de l”Hotel de Ville, but this was quite by chance, after roaming round the town’s one way system, and it would have been nice to know in advance where to park.

Very good

Fantastic location near shops, bars & restaurants. Apartment is large & comfortable, lots of thought went into the decoration and the results are lovely. Wonderful to relax in when some downtime needed.

There is no iron, we had to buy an iron. There is no wardrobe or rack to hang up clothes once we did iron anything. Apartment keys are a bit difficult to locate.

Lovely stylish apartment.

The style of the apartment was amazing. Great location. Very clean.

It was very hot during the summer and the owner had left the blinds up before we arrived - I assume to provide light. It just made it really hot and it took a couple of days to cool it down. Minor thing. Oh, and it would have been great to have a kettle.

Great location and a spacious apartment.

Very spacious apartment in a fantastic location in the centre of the city. Bathroom and shower were very good and a separate toilet. Decor was cool, with some great artwork.

No air conditioning. Nowhere to hang any clothes. There were no bottles of water supplied as there should have been and disappointing range of sachets for the tea/coffee machine.

Average stay. Apartment was fine, but won’t be returning to Amiens, was not clean or felt safe

The apartment was clean and tidy and located over a couple of restaurants. Luckily, the waiter was able to assist in obtaining the keys from a lock located on the outside of one of the restaurants. You had to actually go through the tables to get to it.

I was asked for 20 euro per person per night as a room tax and to leave this with the keys on checking out. However, my booking with Booking.com clearly shows a tax of just 1.20 euro per person per night…..quite a difference so did not leave any payment! This feels like a scam attempt to get more money, glad I didn’t pay it. Could the owner please explain why this has occurred?

A nice apartment in the centre of Amiens. A few shortcomings prevent it from being 'great'

The host's hospitality, the location of the apartment and the interior decoration.

The kitchen's outfitting is meagre, the bare minimum. 4 an apartment that aspires to a certain standing the number of coffee capsules is an offending. There was not water or tee, not a kettle and all the other little things that make a place special and welcoming. From 9 o'clock in the morning the noise in the sleeping room is unbearable due to all the air conditioning system of the adjacent shops
