Good location, easy to get to the coast.
Had a musty stale smell so property could have done with an airing before.
Would also be good to have some tea/coffee for guests.

Lovely cottage in an ideal location, very quiet but perfectly placed to visit the Broads
A very minor thing, but the TV continually lost signal meaning you couldn't watch live TV at all.

Great location, comfortable
WiFi would have been nice as network was poor, however we managed.

Cosy and tranquil with a beautiful garden and log fire: I could see myself staying here again!
Nothing not to like - I couldn’t find a bread knife! 🤗

traditional
if really picky - the shower (I hate electric showers)

Cosy cottage, comfy sofa and beds and very well equipped. Wished we could have stayed longer

The cottage is lovely, a real chocolate box cottage as can be seen from the pictures. I'd planned to take some aerial photos as well, but the weather was far too windy for that. The rooms are cosy and perfectly fine for a few days away, but the kitchen is extremely small but fully functional with toaster, kettle, oven and hob - even a washing machine tucked in there.
There is a real fire for you to light, and there was one log and sticks and some black stuff to burn - I believe years ago men with horses and canaries went underground to dig it out.
The garden is a brilliant size, especially for our small dog - she loved it and it's fully enclosed, however the fence didn't look very high to next door and they have a dog, so maybe if your dog has long legs be aware if their dog is outside.
There's a toilet, hand basin and reasonable sized shower in the cottage, I'm 6' tall and a tad fat and I fitted in easily. Beware though the toilet is too close to the wall and especially the chrome towel radiator! - you only make the mistake of catching that once I can tell you.
There's a large table for you to eat you monday night pub takeaway Pizza at, they are 9" pizzas but very filling.
Ah yes, the pub is approximately 30 seconds away and their food is lovely and reasonably priced, friendly dogs are welcome - we reserved a table to be sure we got one. Left very full after the treacle sponge and custard pudding..
Would I return?
That's a difficult one to answer, because we NEVER return to any cottage we stay at - and only because there are so many to visit we want to go to as many as possible, BUT if we did return to any then YES - we would come back to this one.
I guess you've trawled through the above things we did like, but there are a few we didn't.
They aren't huge things by any means, but could be looked at in the hope others in the future don't have the same issues.
1. I think the chimney may need to be swept, the cottage smelled overpoweringly of smoke and it played havok with my throat so much so I was sat with the back door open at 2am struggling to breathe.
2. The bedroom windows are screwed shut and being able to open them would have cleared the smoke smell and no doubt got rid of issue 1. Lots of condensation on the glass in the morning due to no ventilation - we left the kitchen window open the second and third nights, and as my missus left the dishes for me to do and intruder would have crippled themselves climbing over them.
3. The garden is a brilliant asset to the cottage, it's a shame a previous occupant failed to collect their wilderbeasts bottom offerings, no dog could have left that i'm sure. If you have small kids that want to play in the garden - have a good scout around first - obviously this is down to guests and not the cottage itself, per se.
4. I've mentioned the towel radiator, I'll mention it again for good measure.
5. The shower is large enough for a man of generous proportion, the water quantity and velocity coming out the shower could be better - maybe a pressurised system ? - no idea but a small electric shower isn't great, but is functional to stop you stinking.
5. I think a security light for the car space would be a bonus - it is very dark.

Cosy cottage. Utilities all working well. Kept very clean. Friendly owners. Red wine and flowers left for my partners birthday.
Living room and kitchen felt old fashioned. Tea and coffee items on arrival would have been nice

Like the area and the pub
Have good rest
