I may have missed it in the description, but we did not realize there was no stove or oven. It was a major purpose of why we were there; not having to eat out

Faye, our host, was excellent. she checked in with us to make sure we were OK

very clean and comfortable.

long staircase to get to the room. too bad there isn’t more to do in Williamstown.

Pleasant

The door code was tricky. I called our host and she came immediately to explain the secret.

The bed wasn't as comfortable as we had hoped it would be. No tissues in the room. The stairs were a killer.

This will be recommended to my friends seeing the ark.

Perfect location, central to ark and museum and other places w went; within walking distance to several local restaurants; parking at the front door; kitchen had everything we needed; bathroom was beautiful.

Convenient and Cozy

The location was good and the king size bed was very comfortable. The host was responsive. Liked having a kitchen to cook meals.

We had no idea the building was under construction and the noise woke us up at 6:30am the first 3 days. The last two days a family with small children were in the adjacent unit. At night the running and loud voices kept us awake much later than we planned to stay up.

A great place to stay while visiting the Ark Encounter

The location to the Ark was great. Faye, the hostess was wonderful. Bed was comfortable. We had a little problem with the TV but they were there in 5 minutes to fix it. We would stay there again.

It would be nice to have a toaster or toaster oven.

An excellent location to see the local sites and Ark Encounter.

The location was excellent for our trip and parking was easy and convenient. The bed was comfortable and the shower awesome. Good communication with host and easy access to the property. Host responded promptly to questions. We slept well and felt very secure. Ice in the freezer on a hot day was a wonderful bonus!

We didn't realize there was no stove, but the microwave was sufficient. the couch in the sitting area was comfortable and cozy but could use some tables or places for drinks while watching TV. The TV remote stopped working and I was too tired to go get batteries. but that made more time for us to talk and play card games!

Disappointing

What breakfast? there was no breakfast!

There was hair in the shower and the towels were not clean. My husbands towel had a glob of chewing gum stuck to it with black hair in it. That grossed me out. the mugs in the kitchen cabinet were dirty! The bed was comfortable, but the coils in the mattress made a horrible noise when turning over.

Our host was extremely helpful. The apartment was clean, updated and quiet.
