We stayed here for my daughter's softball tournament along with 2 other families. The house was very well equipped and met all of our needs. I would definitely recommend this great space to anyone.

Perfect for what we needed.

The condo was very comfortable and in a great location. A short walk to two breweries and a quick drive into old town.

Very clean, easy check-in, good communication, nice north FoCo location.

The best about this place was the fireplace and comfy bed.

This is a great home close to all the charm that Ft. Collins has to offer. Relaxing place to kick your feet up after a day exploring the town.

We really enjoyed our stay and the home was lovely and spacious.

This home is highly recommended. It was very clean, well equipped and was in an excellent location... a very short drive to Old Town. Three bedrooms with 3 bathrooms was a plus!
Stacy was super to work with and very responsive. We would definitely stay again.

My family had a great stay recently. We had enough space for three adults and three kids under the age of 6. The house was close to the river area where the kayakers get in, which the kids loved. My only mild complaint is that the listing says that a travel crib is included but it was a separate fee to rent it. All in all we loved our time here and would definitely come back!

This was a beautiful and clean home. We enjoyed our visit. Thank you!

The property is an easy bike ride to the wonderful Poudre Trail or a modest walk downtown, so the location is perfect. The double garage accommodates a car and numerous bikes, or two cars. Street parking is also available. So for our biking purposes, five stars.
The unit itself was clean and well equipped, but with a few minor problems. The lighting (CFL?) was rather dim for our old eyes. The upstairs bedrooms were stuffy--overhead fans would have been nice. The long staircase (17 steps) could be a problem for people with limited mobility and small children.
Don't go to Fort Collins without trying the Rainbow Cafe, Youngs Cafe, and Blue Agave.

Location was accessible from different stops we did around town and appreciated the garage.

The property during our stay was amazing and everything my family needed. I will be renting again at the same location in the future. Thank you

My family had a great time at Stacy’s place. Plenty of space for six. Washer and dryer really came in handy between hikes, whitewater rafting, and horseback riding. Short walks and rides to breweries and downtown Fort Collins. This was our first trip west, and we will definitely be back. I cannot recommend the town and the rental enough.

Nice spacious house with comfortable beds and a bathroom for each bedroom. Stacy was easy to work with and responsive. The house needed some cleaning and the grill didn’t work but otherwise it was a nice place to be.

The property was as listed and everything that we needed was there. We bought food when we got to town but the kitchen is stocked with some of the basics and every spice imaginable.
This is a fun and funky neighborhood if you are in to modern or contemporary architecture in a new urbanism setting. It is only minutes form the river and miles of trails. It is a very short drive or a pleasant walk to downtown and so many good restaurants and brew pubs.
Will definitely be looking to come back.

Visit son who attends CSU
Positives: Very clean, convenient to my son’s apartment, great communication, pantry well-stocked, comfy beds.
Negatives: more of a nusaince, really. 6 of us stayed with only bath towel and one hand towel per person. No extra towels, no washcloths (there was even a sign posted that requested us to not use washcloths to remove makeup. Use provided face wipes!)and no mat to lay on the floor so that we dont slip on the tile floor after a bath/shower. Had to use hand towels so there was only one towel per two people. Also the garage door remote needed new batteries. Had to keep closing garage door and then go out front door. None of this is the worst thing in the world but I did call the first night to ask if we could get more towels and batteries. Was told they would drop off more towels and batteries but they never did.

Location Location
Location is great, clean, safe and quiet. The property is well kept up inside and out. Stacy was really good to work with. A couple issues did come up and Stacy was right on top of it.
The house itself is decorated very nicely. The beds were very comfortable. Nice to have a bathroom with each bedroom. The only thing missing upstairs was another tv for moms or kids not interested in sports watching. Lol
The small patio on the side of the end unit was perfect for sitting out on. The garage had 2 bikes, yard games and other thing to use during the stay.
Yes, we would rent this vacation home again.

I was in Fort Collins moving my niece into college at Colorado State. This place was perfect for trip - easy access to campus, clean, safe and the owners included a lot of extras to ensure a great time. There were bikes to ride and try out a nearby path and corn hole boards as they are professional corn hole players (they even included instructions for anyone new to the game to easily learn). The communication by the owners to check in and out, as well as the guestbook, made everything very easy and seamless.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The condo was accurately represented in the pictures provided. We did not find the train noise, as noted in other reviews, as bother and barely heard it at night. A few cleanliness items were a bit of a bother but minor overall. There were no paper towels, one of the barstools was broken, the lawn furniture was all turned over and a mess outside of the condo, there were spiders in the condo that kept coming out from under the gap where the baseboards met the floor and the garage had a strong alcohol and cigarette odor. When we arrived there were beer bottles and cans in the snowbank by the garbage can. The garbage (mostly beer cans) that did not fit in the receptacle was all left in bags in the garage, hence the smell. I think if those cleanliness issues were resolved this would be a 5 star stay. The beds were comfy and the manager did offer to come fix the barstool, however, it was not necessary for our stay.
