It perfectly suited our needs! It was need and tidy with a great homey feel! We especially loved the very comfy beds!

We really enjoyed the house and was perfect for moving our son to college. The house was clean and neat. The location to downtown was easy walk and the community was nice. The only two slight negatives was the noise of the train and the extra pull out bed in the loft gets blasted with morning light so the teenager sleeping there was wakened early. We would stay again. Stacy was very communiative and helpful.

This was the perfect place for my daughter and friends! It was close to everything, and the perfect space! We travel to Colorado several times a year, and hope to book this condo again!

This condo worked out perfectly. It's really close to old town and easy access to everything else we wanted to do while we were there. Check-in was super easy and the condo was well stocked and very clean. Having use of the garage was the cherry on top. Thanks so much!! We had a great time!!

We had a wonderful stay in Fort Collins! The VRBO was a perfect fit, not far from many wonderful places to visit. The neighborhood was peaceful, quiet, and super friendly! Thank you for a wonderful place to hang out on our sister’s trip!

Just as advertised. Spacious, clean, modestly furnished but very comfortable, very close to town. Communication was excellent and entry process simple.
I like to cook and like most rentals Ive visted, the kitchen equipment is very basic.
Regardless, it was a very enjoyable stay. Would definitely stay again.

House was exactly as described in listing. Very spacious upstairs. Very good for 3-4 people. One of the few properties I saw with a table for 8 people, which we enjoyed for eating and playing games. I have family in Fort Collins so we used the spacious kitchen and large table for our Christmas gathering. This is also the first property I have rented which had a garage. Added bonus for a Fort Collins winter stay!

Would definitely stay there on our next visit.

Location was great and we walked to Old Town almost everyday.
One thing to be aware, mainly if you are planning a mult-day stay - there are no dressers. So unpacking is problematic. Otherwise it was great.
I worked remotely in the unit for the entire week and had no issues. Living room was comfortable to hang out in, kitchen had everything you needed, 2 car garage parking was awesome...
All in all - great trip.

The property was very nice and in a great location! Close to the Poudre bike trail and walking distance to downtown. The beds were very comfortable and the unit had plenty of room. We loved having the garage to park our car and store our bikes. There were a few minor things that we would have liked. A few more dish towels in the kitchen and some light cleaning supplies. Im kind of a clean freak! Also, there was a grill for our use but the propane tank was empty. Other than that we enjoyed our stay abd would stay again.

Spent a week here exploring Fort Collins for the Colorado Half Marathon. Location is great! Just across the railroad tracks from Old Town, less than half a mile from la Poudre River (walking paths, parks, etc), and New Belgium Brewing Company (just the closest of many in the area). The property was a great space - new build with ample space for work and play, new appliances, and comfortable beds. Communication was easy and zero surprises made it for an enjoyable stay. Definitely would stay here again.

Good experience. Nice property in convenient location.
Had just a few minor issues. Remote garage opener did not work and a few burnt out light bulbs, but otherwise very nice property!

This property was perfect for visiting the town I grew-up. The location was perfect and quiet. My parents, who have since moved from Fort Collins as well, stayed with us. We all enjoyed the location, the clean and beautiful interior, and the exterior was new and well kept. It was nice having a place to park our cars without any worries as well.
Stacey with Mountain Time was also wonderful in making us feel welcome and comfortable. She answered all of our questions very quickly.
Thank you for having us as your guests! We would definitely stay here again.

Clean and Convenient
The property was very clean and as shown in the listing. It was very roomy and exceeded our needs. It is in a nice quiet townhome community but is still very close to the downtown area of Ft. Collins with breweries and restaurants within walking distance. Also close to the river and walking/running//riding trails. Grocery store within a short drive. Stacy was very good with communications and checkin was a breeze.

family Time
The property worked great for us, we stayed so we could host some family members. The location near Old town was very convenient. The only issue was a noisy neighbor a couple of nights.

Comfortable Home away from Home
Decent location. Not too far from downtown. The neighborhood is still under a lot of construction, so there was some noise and the train is really close by too.
I would recommend to a friend. Next time, we might look for a place closer to campus, but that is just for our own convenience.
The kitchen was pretty well equipped. I would suggest a Keurig machine for coffee. The K-cups last a long time.
Nice having laundry in the unit and the 2-car garage.
The property manager Stacy and the maintenance guy Riley were a big help with the questions we had.

Close to Old Town, Clean and Comfortable
Great hidden gem near restaurants and shops in Old Town. The attached garage was an added benefit to close up the car - had moved my son into CSU, so didn’t want all his stuff in the car on the street overnight. The management is extremely responsive. We used the bikes and they helped us explore farther. It was unanimous that the beds are extremely comfortable. Will definitely try to stay here again.

Great Stay!
Really nice and clean townhome with a great floor plan for guests and entertaining. Open floor plan, huge island w/seating, big dining table, tv/sofa, and powder room, and two bedrooms upstairs with two full baths and a loft/desk/sofa area in between, washer & dryer, also had use of two car garage and bikes & helmets. The only reason we rated 4 instead of 5 stars is because some items weren't stocked (no kitchen or other trash cans were lined with bags and only found one bag in the house, no tissue boxes in any washrooms, a kitchen island pendant light bulb was burned out, no cutting board, no grater, no over the door rack or anything to hang clothes on in the laundry room, iron but no ironing board). I contacted Stacy about a couple of the items shortly after check in and she offered right away to send someone over with them but since we were going to the store anyway it was easier to pick them up ourselves. During our stay Stacy was quick to reply to any messages and I'm confident would have taken care of anything we needed right away. Over all none of the minor issues ended up detracting from our stay, but just noted and would have been nice for the price. Otherwise there were plenty of glasses, plates, cookware, utensils, etc., and there was coffee, sugar, creamer, honey, olive oil, spices, dishwasher/dish soap, & paper towels in the kitchen, and shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the bathrooms, which was all nice. Bed was comfortable. Frig and kitchen cabinets were clean and not cluttered up w/old stuff and used condiments. We'd stay again for sure!

Fort Collins weekend
Great place to stay! Close to New Belgium and Old Town. Very good communication with property manager and very clean. The kitchen is nice. We didn’t cook much on this visit—we opted to go to restaurants that FoCo has to offer— but it is a nice space for those that want to do so. The two bedrooms are very nice with comfy beds. Bathrooms were very clean. The open office area on the 2nd floor has a pull out couch, but the air conditioning in that space is very loud, so our daughter opted to sleep on the couch on the first floor instead. There is also a garage space for your car, which was very convenient. The unit offers bikes and a grill for people to use, which we didn’t use this time, but they were nice inclusions! We would definitely recommend!
