The inside of this spacious cabin was wonderful. There are a few maintenance issues that need to be addressed but overall it is an excellent cabin. Beware of the late checkin time and the early checkout time. Feels like you are paying for a day you dont get.

The cabin was absolutely beautiful!!
We had an issue with it not being cleaned when we arrived for check in; I called immediately, apparently the person that took the contract never showed up. They offered to relocate us which we declined sobth we they helped address the issue the way we asked, immediately.
One of the showers on the bottom floor didn't drain well and the AC in the main bedroom wasn't blowing cold air BUT... Our family are the people that will make the best of any situation so we didn't let any thing ruin our time there! We soaked in every bit of beauty the cabin has to offer!
We would stay again.

They never sent my directions or code and after we reserved the cabin believing check in time to be 4pm they sent it with a check in at 6pm. I tried reaching them for 3 days and the day of departure I get a hold of someone saying oops we must ot have your email to send welcome package and code.
We get there and there are mouse turds in all the drawers and what few cheap pans they had there. We bought a frying pan and pot so we could even cook.
The upstairs bedroom door wouldn't stay shut so we pushed luggage against it .
The are several broken stairs and are dangerous.
The worst part is they left us with no running water for the whole last day. It was still off when we left at 7am next morning. Nobody could shower for last day. Couldn't flush toilets. We called and they sent a guy after 11am that morning and he went in crawl space said it was fixed. Off again 40 minutes later. We cleaned again but they never sent anyone back. I asked for refund of last day and cleaning fee and said sorry you can have 100 dollars towards next stay. Are you kidding me.

Our stay was fine once the cabin was cleaned the day AFTER we arrived. Had to spend the first night at a motel because it was filthy. Nice location between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Lots of things that need fixing or restocked, unfortunately the entire trip was a bit tainted bythe 1st 24 hrs.
