About this house rental

A beautiful, peaceful home located in a wonderful part of Sedona, near hiking, meditation, shops, restaurants and activities.
Come with family, enjoy a retreat, or get some business work done.

The home is located on a nice street with several hikes nearby, within walking distance. There is a private patio to enjoy the desert days and the star filled nights.

There is a u-shape driveway and roadside parking in case you have several vehicles. Please be mindful of the neighboring tenant. The house has an apartment on the right side for a single tenant. There is a side driveway and completely different entrance and fenced yard for that person. Your patio, with grill and firepit, are on the opposite side of the home so that you have complete quiet and privacy.

We had a family reunion with our grown children for a few days while we hiked and saw the sights in Sedona. This was a comfortable, clean, older home. It had some quirks, along with a tenant who lives in an attached apartment, but that didn’t bother us at all! The home was large enough for us, and was great to come home to after hiking in the summer heat. There was an issue with the trash cans being already full before we could put out our trash, but when I contacted the manager, it was taken care of. We also had a power outage in the area for several hours one day, and I was in contact with the manager about it throughout. It was a very nice home, and we would stay here again if ever in the area.

Other than dirty floors that were discussed w the prop mgr it was perfect. Mgr was great esp when we discovered we left golf shoes after checking out. Would recommend to other family/ friends.

The property was perfect for our family of 7 adults and 1 infant. The location of the home was excellent...walking distance to some great hiking trails as well as to a great place to get coffee and donuts. The space was roomy. It offered a large dining table with plenty of seating for the family to have a great meal together and enough space to hang out and watch a movie in the living room after a long day of hiking. The washer and dryer were a big plus as well. We enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay there again.

This property was easy to access in a quiet neighborhood within minutes of Uptown Sedona. There are many restaurants and shops which are easily accessible as well as getting to the many hiking trails in Sedona. Additionally the home is only minutes from Safeway and Bashas grocery stores as well as CVS and Walgreens. Host(s) were quick to respond when we had a question. The home was comfortable and tastefully appointed. The beds were comfortable and there was ample supply of quality bath linens. There wasn’t anything we needed that wasn’t available. The home was welcoming and provided the feel of being at home. In fact, we found ourselves saying “going home” rather than “going to the rental” when returning at the end of the day. While we didn’t use the backyard it was equipped with a BBQ, table and seating. If you are seeking a comfortable and relaxing place to stay while you visit Sedona my friends and I would certainly recommend.

This house was perfect for our family stay for spring break. Wonderful location, great space with beautiful view of Thunder Mountain! To top it off, we saw a family of Javalinas on our first morning, so fantastic. Would definitely stay here again!

The home was well set up and in good order. However the designated outdoor area and furniture was dirty- we had to wash down furniture and sweep up leaves and debris. There wasn’t enough toilet tissue and Kleenex for 4 guests…no sugar for our coffee. We found the beds great but other furniture very uncomfortable. Kitchen was well appointed.

Donna recommended places to go to within walking distance, which we did and it was great! The location is wonderful, the house itself is spacious and lovely. The mattresses were comfortable and we had a phenomenal time.

This older home exceeded our group of five’s expectations. The kitchen was extremely well stocked making cooking enjoyable. We totally took advantage of the great hiking trails that are walking distance from the house. Weather was not on our side so there’s still more to explore in Sedona. We wouldn’t hesitate to return to this home.

This has nice privacy in all 4 bdrms. Patio is off to the side, the back yard is for the tenant in attached apartment. Nice driveway for multiple cars, plenty of cupboard space and sitting area. Would recommend to anyone.

This was a quick trip celebrating my 70th Bday and my son's 40th. There were 7 of us and we had a great time. Location was great and for a 4bedroom, 2 bath home it worked perfect

Great home. 4 bedrooms plus you can bring the pups. Trails 1.5 blocks away! Close to everything you need. Parking, well stocked with all your basic needs. Owners were lovely. Very good communication. Will stay again.

It was ok, dated, hall shower needs work. I do recommend window coverings on the picture window near the TV. It cast a shadow. We paid quite a bit for cleaning, but we’re asked to strip the bedding, clean and take out garbage cans etc. and check out by 10:00am.

This place was perfect for our group of 4, though it was big enough and provided sleeping arrangements for more than that. Perfect location, close to everything plus walking distance to the Peace Park and many trailheads. Management was easy to contact and work with. Would book again.

This property was great! Much larger than the pictures show. Awesome view of the mountains in the front yard. Backyard was large and a nice spot to BBQ. Living room was comfy and a big tv for relaxing after a long day on the trails. Thanks!

Plenty of space for the five of us, King bed was comfy and easy to share with two, and everyone else got their own room. Very short drive to town and hiking shuttle pick up spot (recommend taking the shuttle to popular hikes as the parking at trail heads is limited!).

The space exceeded our expectations. The beds were very comfortable with soft linens and plenty of pillows. The kitchen had everything we needed to relax and enjoy all our meals. And the location was convenient, quiet and beautiful. We will definitely pick this one again for our next stay.

We had such a great time at this property; it had everything we needed and enough space for everyone in our family. The location is super convenient and the back patio was fantastic for meal times. Our family stayed two nights in March. We liked that the home was close to shopping, restaurants and hiking trails. The house was clean, beds we’re comfortable and it was stocked with all kinds of little extra items that sometimes get overlooked or forgotten when packing for a family trip.

We had a great wedding weekend. Our family gathered in Sedona for my daughter’s wedding. Her in laws rented another house in the area and my daughter rented a cabin. The wedding took place in Crescent Moon Ranch. We definitely enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home with an amazing view. So close to the wedding site and grocery stores. It was a quiet, nice neighborhood and very accessible to our needs.

Check in/check out was easy. Property manager was prompt with communication. Neighborhood was clean, quiet and close to shopping/activities. Side deck area was a nice with ample seating and grill. Disappointed we couldn't use the back deck off the bedroom with the sliding door because that is for the tenant uses only. Overall it was a good experience.
