Never my husband stay in a house with this so many problems! He went to Arizona for work in a construction of a restaurant under 115 degrees outside , on day one the air condition at the house broke and the house was unbearable to stay super hot, he contact management and they said they will fixed it the next day … well long story short they just put window units , because they were waiting on the “warranty” on the AC unit , they never fixed the AC in all the 15 days my husband has to stay in this little hell, the house was hot all the time , after long day at the heat working , non of them were able to relax enjoy the house that by the way was so expensive for the little they provide, my husband has to buy trash can bags, paper towels , toilet paper, dish washer soap and all the stuff a house suppose to provide. Overall . Stay out of this property !!

We were scheduled at this location but the a/c went out the night before oir trip. Casago was amazing and worked with us to give us several options. They ended up putting us at another amazing property that was just perfect. We had 8 people in our group, so finding another place to accommodate us was a challenge, I'm sure. Will use Casago to rent from again.

We had a very comfortable stay here while in town for a family reunion. Three small families were able to stay here easily together. The property was very well located for our purposes and was very clean.
Thank you for sharing your lovely space with us!

The Piute Palace was a perfect place for the 8 of us to relax and wind down after 3 days of Spring Training practice and games. Comfortable space and location that made it easy to come and go to stadiums and eateries. We would consider staying here again.

We came to AZ to see our Ravens beat the Cardinals! We also took the opportunity to visit family that recently relocated to AZ. This home was very relaxing and was a nice central point to every place we wanted to visit. Enjoyed the pool although i wish I'd decided to get it heated...the cool nights thus time of year had the water a little cold. Would definitely recommend this property to others

This home is spacious, clean, and well appropriated. It was a perfect home away from home for our family ( parents, grandparent, adult children and spouses) to come together and stay together under one roof for a week to celebrate our daughter’s graduation at Midwestern University. We enjoyed all the spaces to be together- backyard, swimming pool, outdoor dining, indoor dining, pool table area, as well as private spaces. Would definitely recommend to others and stay here again ourselves. Thank you.

The house was quite clean and the location was excellent for what we were going to do. Negatives for us were that the ice maker and water on the refrigerator did not work, and the some of the kitchen chairs felt unsafe as they were missing the crossbars.

Our family really enjoyed relaxing in the heated pool and watching the world cup while playing pool. The place is great and we would definitely rent again.

Swimming Pool- I know the pool could have been warmed (heated) but the cost in doing so was a little steep (@ $70 a day)
Beds - All guests complained about the beds saying they were too hard and felt like you were sleeping on a slab of concrete.

We really had a great time. House is big and clean, everything we needed was available at the house. Kids enjoyed the pool and the pool table and the house was very close to stores and restaurants.

The property was great, it allowed our family to all stay together in one place. We enjoyed the pool a lot, especially since it’s too cold to swim back home. We would stay again if we come back to Glendale.

I asked the manager to not withdraw the payment from the card I used for the initial payment and would make the final payment with a separate card. The second payment was taken from the first card and caused over $400 of bank fees for insufficient funds. I tried to communicate with the manager to get a reimbursement or something for the error that was made. I was told no we will not reimburse you. I sent email and communicated prior to the money being withdrawn that caused the issue not to take it from that card and that was ignored and caused the downstream issues. Other than that the house was great and the location was super.

The property was very clean. It has the amenities that we need the most like AC, washer/dryer, dishwasher, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, convenient bathroom. Although we didn't get to use the pool, it was nice to have. Casago was an amazing property manager. They promptly responded to our needs. Landscaping is nice. Location is great for daily walks to a nearby parks and along the dry riverbed. The people that you meet along the walk are very friendly.
Areas that need improvements are
1. Blinds are mostly problematic
2. Ceiling fan in the back yard cannot be turned off and seems to be corroding away
3. Ceiling fan in the formal dining is making annoying noise at medium and high speed so, we had to keep it at low speed all the time
4. Water pressure fluctuates to a point that only a trickle will flow at the kitchen or bathrooms.
5. Broken condensate line over the door leading to the trash bins from inside the garage is broken and dripping water.
Overall, a great place to stay and a great deal. I would stay at this same place or another place managed by Casago again.

Beautiful house with amazing amenities
We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The pool heat is worth the extra cost. We had fresh lemons and oranges everyday from the trees in the backyard and they were delicious! I do have a few recommendations. I think if you are going to have a group as big as ours we should've been provided with more trash bags and paper towels. We did end up purchasing more. Also, there's a fire pit in the backyard but no wood. Maybe a propane one would be better for your guests. We also found bean bags in the backyard for a cornhole game but never found the boards. I would definitely rent this property again. It's in a really nice neighborhood and there were lots of holiday decorations to see in the area at this time! Thanks for sharing your home with my family!

Great Place To Gather With Friends.
Plenty of space to spread out in a nicely updated interior. The outdoor space was great for hanging, watching football and lounging in the pool. The only reason I didn't give it 5-stars is that we paid to have the pool heated and it was not heated for the last half of our stay. This was disappointing because we had spent a lot of time in the pool when it was warm. The property managers did credit us for the time that the pool wasn't heated. Other than the pool issue, everything was as advertised.

Piute property
We had a great time at this property together. The open pool area made for a great hang out spot for everyone. The weather was near perfect during the week! We was able to make a small batch of fresh lemonade from the lemons outside - it was great!

Great rental
Good location, close to our relatives we were visiting. The pool was on the small side for how many people we had but still awesome. The kitchen seemed to have the essential items we needed as well. Perfect amount of space for the number of guests that stayed. Would definitely recommend :)

Beautiful vacation spot
The house inside is absolutely beautiful, there are major amounts of sheets and blankets provided. The beds are super comfortable. The shades in the master and rooms that have sun in the morning need improvement. The place fit our party of ten with no issues whatsoever. The sofa is super comfy! Outside the chaise lounge and chair are a little worn, but the table set is perfect for outside dinners. The mister didn’t seem to work and lights by the grill are burnt out. Trash was a issue; however, one call and that was quickly fixed. The pool was the highlight of the house, but the vacuum is very annoying (not sure that this could be avoided). The tv outside didn’t work. The area is UNREAL! Westgate, hiking, horse back riding and any food imaginable is within a half hour!

Great house for my family
Very comfortable and spacious house. Only a couple minor issues. The outside TV did not work and the trash bin was totally full when we arrived with 5 days until trash day. But I loved the house, the pool was awesome, and I would stay there again

Nice secure neighborhood, spacious house, nice pool area and backyard
The only thing we could complain about the house, is that there were only 4 wash cloth at the house when we arrived.
We ended up purchasing some more.
Overall we loved this house. Would recommend it in a heartbeat

Clean. Good Location. Needs some TLC.
Stayed for 5 days in March for Spring training with my wife, son (11), and in-laws. Plenty of room. We used 3 of the 4 upstairs bedrooms ( downatairs bedroom is a little cramped). Had some maintenance issues that didn't really impact us much, but added up. Vertical blinds in master didn't cover the entire window so we got direct sun at 6 AM in the morning. We manufactured our own temporary curtains using etra linens. Upstairs queen bedroom had horizontal blinds that didn't completely block street light. Nitpicky but still. All the mattresses seemed fairly new but were firm. Upstairs hall shower/tub did not work (shower mechanism only partially blocked the water so shower was only a trickle). We just used the other 2 showers in the house. Outdoor TV didn't power on. Also, the lighting is not great in the living areas with a hodgepodge of lightbulbs used in the fixtures. We replaced some burned out bulbs with some bulbs provided, but it was obvious no one had lived in the house for an extended period in its current arrangement otherwise more lamps or brighter fixtures would have been installed. All little problems, and we notified the management company of the maintenance issues so hopefully they will be fixed. Otherwise, the location is convenient to 101 and everything you need, but still quiet. Nice park (Carmel Park) is a couple of blocks away. Pool was heated and was fantastic. We enjoyed cornhole in the backyard grass and the pool table in the dining area. Kitchen had everything we needed and the grill worked as advertised. Management offered to fix shower and tv immediately, but we declined and asked them to do it on checkout day. We booked a month prior, and it was a great value.

We had a lot of fun at this house as a family group. POSITIVES:The kids had a great time in the heated pool! There was a small miscommunication about heating the pool, and they fixed it right away. We did have to pay the fee, plus tax, to heat the pool. We had life jackets for the littles. It was one of the best pools we’ve ever had at a VRBO!There is a lovely park within short walking distance. The house was quiet so kids could sleep while we played pool or cards. There is great hiking and golf nearby. The orange and lemon tree in the backyard were amazing.TO KNOW: There were a few things that needed updating. Some of the dining room and outdoor furniture was wobbly. The bathtubs didn’t plug, so we used a washcloth we bought to keep water in. If you like to hand wash dishes, bring dish soap and sponge. We do wish they had a broom. Bring your own beach towels for the pool! OVERALL: This was a clean, entertaining property for a COVID holiday retreat. Highly recommend for a multi-generational family stay.

Great house & lovely backyard and pool area.
We really enjoyed our stay in this clean, spacious, well-designed home. The place was as pictured and as described. The small waterfall area in the pool created a sound of peacefulness that really added to the charm of the backyard. Great house!
