This five-bedroom, three-bath home in Glendale is the perfect location for an Arizona vacation! Just a stone's throw from the Glendale Heroes Regional Park and Grand Canal Greenway, this home offers a prime location with easy access to sporting venues, shopping, and dining.

This Montebello home offers five bedrooms and three bathrooms, perfect for families and friends. The home's split-level design features most of the sleeping quarters with a small loft on the upper floor and household living and dining areas on the main. The primary bedroom includes a flatscreen TV with cable, and an en suite full bath with a walk-in closet and jacuzzi tub. The primary bedroom also has access to a huge balcony perfect for sunbathing or reading. Down the hall is a guest bedroom with a queen size bed and a nightstand with a lamp. The other two bedrooms have two twin beds with a full, shared bathroom nearby. The fifth bedroom can be found on the main floor.

The kitchen, living room, family room, and dining room are all on the main level. The kitchen is fully-equipped for at-home meals with major appliances and all cookware and utensils. The dining room table seats six comfortably and the kitchen dining nook seats four. The living room offers plenty of cozy seating and a large, cable TV. Modern essentials include WiFi throughout, a private washer/dryer, and central AC.

The backyard offers outdoor living at its finest! Featuring a heated pool with a spa, covered patio, and private gas grill. Relax poolside while soaking up the sun with a good book and some great Arizona memories in this vacation home!

(A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

we traveled from Wichita Kansas. Grand-kids and son with me. Went to the Grand Canyon. Had a wonderful time at the verbo house. Very comfortable. Very clean. We had every thing we needed.

The property was in great condition including the furnishings. We had plenty of room, towels, dishes etc for 8 people. The back yard with the pool was also used alot and felt so great. We love the roominess of the home. Thank you!

We arrived at this rental home to find a nicely decorated home, most items supplied for the stay. When we went outside to check out the pool - the highlight of visiting a very warm state, we were disappointed to see a very dirty pool. I reached out immediately and was told Vacasa will reach out to local team and will update me .No one ever called back or text. The pool remained dirty, algae and palm tree branches falling in pool. We weren't able to swim. Hours went by, no communication. I reached out several more times and throughout Friday and Saturday, I could not get anyone, via text and phone, to assist us with a timeframe to clean the pool. We wound up cleaning leaves and skim the top, which skimming the top is what we would do anyway. I reached out again on Sunday as we were leaving Monday, Nothing but more empty lies and promises. We were told they don't control the local team and this isn't their usual way of conducting customer service. Wait!.This is exactly the service you get. The BBQ is old and needs the be replaced, the beds don't have mattress protectors, the furniture is decent and comfortable, the table in the kitchen, the benches are old and on the verse of breaking. The area of the property seems decent and we enjoyed ourselves because of the people and family we are. There are pigeons living in the front of the property. Their feces is dropping into the walkway and covering it. It is very upsetting to experience Zero customer service.Dont stay here!!!

We enjoyed our spring break in Glendale. The house was perfect for 3 families traveling together. The backyard was perfect for lounging or playing games. We enjoyed the corn hole set at the property. The guestbook at the house was full of great ideas for dining and day trips.

Pool was very good especiallly needed the heating the first few days. Bed rooms all good but 1 bath for 3 upstairs bedrooms was not the best but for guys it was workable. Kitchen was fully equipped. Nice TV’s but did wish there was 1 outside. Furnishings very comfortable.

While the house is overall very nice, and the cleanliness was four out of five stars, there were some issues with this house. The heated pool, which we paid extra for was a little complicated. You either had to have the heat on in the Jacuzzi or the heat on in the pool and it was complicated to switch back-and-forth, some of the mattresses were foam and not very comfortable to sleep on. We like to walk in the neighborhood in the morning and we didn’t feel unsafe, but this neighborhood was a little sketchy. When we had issues with the house, our communication with Vacasa. The property manager took quite a while to be resolved. They were always very polite and followed up, but it seemed as if the communication skills were not the best also, there was a huge pile of garbage left in the garage, which was not taken out on Thursdays as it supposed to be done since we arrived on Saturday we saw a ton of garbage upon our arrival. Overall, a very nice property but I think the management of it leaves a lot to be a desired.

enjoyed the area, the house fit us perfectly, The house was clean nice and exactly what we needed, unfortunately, asked to heat the pool & hot tub and paid for it and it was luke warm and not clean enough to use. We called numerous times to get it resolved and didn't get definitive answers, we were disappointed, as we booked for the pool and hot tub. would book again but hope the pool & hot tub would be ready for us to use.

Family booked this property for short stay to attend graduation at GCU. Overall, great stay. Bedrooms-good size and comfortable. More than enough space for family of 8 along with towels, toilet tissue, paper towels and stocked kitchen.-pots, pans, utensils, plates, glasses and cups, etc. Outdoor space was nice with pool, patio bar area and grill. The patio furniture could have used cleaning prior to our stay. Would definitely book again.

We had 9 adults range 34 to 70. Downstairs bedroom was a plus to avoid the stairs. It was a great time and very comfortable. Well stock kitchen for our meals. The grill needs repaired or replaced and a griddle would have been helpful. I left my Apple Watch in the bedding while packing and didn’t notice I left it behind. Tish had the office contact me to let me know. Very honest people and I appreciate it. Thank you so much for giving us great memories.

Location and ammenities were as advertised, EXCEPT.... NO coffee grinder Instructions on site regarding how to heat the pool did not include that you had to turn the gas on. We had to call the pool maintenance guy and would have liked to have used the hot tub before he showed up

The pictures don't don't do this home justice. It is so much more beautiful in person. Great walking paths right down the street. Everything you need is close by; Costco, Safeway, Sam's Club, Westgate, Top Golf, even a casino. The pool is perfect for relaxing and enjoying yourself. The beds are super comfortable and I've already booked my next trip back!
