A beautiful, spacious home! 5000+ square foot private, gated home with apartment and 3 car garage attached. Sleeps 10 with TV’s, (5 private bedrooms) 5 1/2 baths, 2 furnished laundry rooms, 2 complete furnished kitchens. Family room and dining room that seats 10, game area seats 6, kitchen island seats 4. Home is fully and comfortably furnished, complete with Wi-Fi, dish satellite system, & whole house generator. Rescue horse and donkeys (pets) enjoy being petted by the guests.

What a wonderful stay! Rebecca, our host, was gracious and welcoming. Her accommodations were amazing. The property is located in a beautiful area and is a country estate. The 5 bedroom/5 bath house was perfect for our group of 10. All the rooms, bathrooms, and living areas were exceptionally clean. As with most get-togethers, we tend to gather in the kitchen, which was ideal. It was spacious and extremely well equipped. All of us had a great time and we can certainly recommend this property!

We had an amazing time staying on the farm! Absolutely beautiful! The owners even leave you carrots and apples to feed the horses and donkeys AND wood for the solo stove outside!! They thought of everything! ❤️

Everything about this property is absolutely first rate and impressive. If you are wavering between this property and another, stay here! You will not be disappointed at all. The home and property are beautiful with many sitting areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, patios even a pasture out back with donkeys, which we fed carrots & apples every day!
Communication was beyond excellent, both before and during our stay. Questions were answered almost immediately with every effort made to accommodate us. Our host went above and beyond. We really appreciate all the efforts, attention and special touches to help us celebrate and make the weekend memorable. These memories will be with us forever.

We have stayed in several larger VRBOs and this is an exceptional place and host. There were eight in our party and we had plenty of room to spread out but many areas for gathering as well. Especially enjoyed the outside fire pit and the donkeys were fun to interact with. The host was the most responsive and helpful of any place we have stayed

The property and grounds were beautiful. The property contact was responsive and very helpful. We had 4 couples on the trip and had lots of room to gather in the evenings. Bedrooms were very nice. Property owner supplies apples to feed the donkeys and horse, which was a treat. Would recommend this location for a big group or family event.

Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect. The home is as advertised with all the amenities you would expect. Stayed at the property for a week with four other couples using it as a base camp for motorcycle riding in the area.
Everything was great… Plenty of room and parking for vehicles, trailers, and motorcycles.
Easy to get to various attractions in middle KY.
Home was spotless and comfortable for all with each bed room having its own bathroom.
Property owner/manager was very helpful and made themselves available checking on us via email throughout our stay.

From Florida to KY for a college graduation, this house was PERFECT for the whole family. Nicely equipped with all the amenities, plenty of privacy but also plenty of gathering space. The view is breathtaking! Our family celebrated a great accomplishment and we were able to do it all together under one roof comfortably. Beautiful memories made & we WILL return again for sure!

Rebecca and the house our amazing. It felt like the family was in a Hallmark movie location. The house was spacious and easily fit 6 adults and 4 kids. The location is beautiful and the horse and donkeys are a great bonus.

Fantastic property nestled among the horse farms of Kentucky! The house has everything for a weekend get away with friends or family - plenty of room for 8 friends on our annual golf trip. We loved this house so much! It was better than the pictures and was very clean. The beds were comfortable, and it was well laid out. It was an easy enough drive to the Kentucky Horse Park for us. The donkeys were so fun too! We would love to stay again!

Perfect for large family gatherings
We had out of state family members and some KY locals. The house was perfect for large family gatherings. Comfortable and safe even for little kids. Huge yard with the rescue donkeys were a big hit with everyone. Well appointed large kitchen with easy serving from central island. Easy to care for wood floors and lots of bathrooms and. Comfortable beds. Rebecca the owner was so helpful and never intrusive. We loved the blackberry jam she gave us!! We will definitely rent here again for next family gathering in Lexington. Beautiful surrounding farms, roads and lanes to explore.

Where to even begin!?! From the beautiful home on a breathtaking property, to the amenities, proximity to shopping, dinning and SO much bourbon and let’s not forget the rescue donkeys, horses and barn kitties!! Our host Rebecca was responsive, kind, helpful and welcoming.

Beautiful horse country
We had a wonderful thanksgiving celebration. The little ones loved feeding the donkeys and the horse. The house is in the middle of horse country and close to the bourbon trail.
The property was beautiful and the house was spacious with nice furnishings and well stocked. The only negative for us was having to laundry the towels before leaving after paying a cleaning fee, but it wouldn’t stop us from returning again.

Bourbon Trail with Friends
This house is amazing. Each bedroom has its own bath. The kitchen has all the pots and pans you need to prepare a wonderful meal. The horse and donkeys love a little attention and carrots and apples. Great place to gather and plan the next day’s activities. Owner is wonderful and very responsive .

Better Than Advertised
All 8 of us, were really amazed at this beautiful property! So well-appointed and the grounds expansive too. All of the rooms furnished beautifully and practically any utensils, hotel-type toiletries and accessories you may need were there. Had some communications with both owners who were great to deal with, from providing local suggestions to delivering additional supplies. The horse, donkeys and cats were great to have around. Only 10 minutes to the local Costco, and other shopping. If doing some of the Bourbon Trail, you can easily go as far west as Frankfort with an easy 1 hour drive.

Idyllic
Wow. What a stay! Our group came for the bourbon trail and had an amazing time at this location. Having coffee on the patio and watching the red sunrises and hearing the crickets chirping while horses and donkeys graze in the pasture is something we will remember for a long time. Beautiful.

Great Time Away
A group of friends traveled to Lexington for the Railbird music festival and some bourbon tasting and we were very lucky to find this wonderful property. The house was very clean and exactly as pictured. It had everything you needed and more. We actually got stuck in Louisville the evening we were to check in and didn't get to the house until late and it was already full of snacks and drinks. We were very surprised and thankful. The host was very attentive and the accommodations were perfect. Can't wait to come back next year.

Was a fabulous home for a mini family reunion!
Adult family members met from four different states to participate in Horsey Hundred bike ride and loved staying together in beautiful home and setting. Very comfortable home just as described in listing. Kitchen fully stocked with pans, dishes, glassware, etc. Had outdoor fire one evening, played cards at dining room table, ate on outdoor patio, plenty of parking, enjoyed donkeys and horse. Definitely stay again if in the area!

What a FANTASTIC vacation!!!!!
This property is phenomenal! Spotless and beautiful throughout. Becky is super sweet and supplied so many things from toilet paper to snacks, which most home owners don’t, to make our trip outstanding. She even supplies firewood. Mini donkeys and a horse to feed and pet added to the vacation too. We’ve rented a lot of vacation homes over the years, but this one in the BEST ever!! Hope to return in the near future!

The best VRBO location ever... Rebecca was an absolutely joy to work with before and during our stay. The house was clean, orderly and had plenty of amenities to support our stay. All questions where answered as soon as I text Rebecca and there were only a few. Rebecca was very attentive to any needs we had and was always in the background and out of our way during our stay. We will definitely return in the future.
