Breakfast was poor, lots of packet food, no fresh food or much choice . Cheap options
4.0
Location was too far from the city centre.
The ceiling in the room had flaking paint . Maybe from a leak coming from the room above. The shower was very difficult to operate due to the on tap being very difficult to open . Finally managed to get it open after using two hands.

We had a comfortable weekend.
With free parking we could travel to city centre by local bus.
The continental style breakfast was good also.
Anfield was in walking distance

great location and facilities

Room was great considering the price paid. comfortable size room comfortable bed and great shower which is all I wanted.
Parking could be a challenge as I squeezed into the last spot and hardly off street parking.
Convenient location for an early ferry departure the next morning, but not sure I will do that again.
Dodgy area (it felt like it to me but this was my first trip into Liverpool). Reception is done at the bar by a very disinterested lady. Carpeting in the hallway downstairs outside the rooms was wet from a leak but didn't affect the room and was mentioned and apologized for which was appreciated.

The hotel was beautiful, such a wonderful looking building inside and out. The room looked amazing and it was clean tidy. The beds were comfortable and the room was warm. You couldn’t hear anything from outside so aided our sleep. The staff were very helpful. We would definitely stay again.
The windows didn’t open

Close to bus stops - so could get in & out of central Liverpool quickly
No kettle, though teabags provided

Beautiful building,, nice decor and really friendly and helpful staff.
Needs some general maintenance and improvement in areas like the bathroom.

Good location, not much parking. Basic continental breakfast
More choice at breakfast and cafetière or teapot instead of just a cup brought to us.

Location was great - really close to the city centre. Free parking available which was helpful, and the staff were really friendly and helpful (we needed to check in late, so were great at sorting check in over the phone and having the night staff let us in and show us to our room)

Location was good, walk to Sandhills station then 6 mins into Central. Parking out front for free was great. Room was value for money, bed was comfy, tv was huge.
The fact there was no window was advertised and is fine but there was no fan at all or anyway to cool the room or move the air. Towels didn’t dry and the room wasn’t serviced at all throughout the 3 night stay.

Staff was very friendly and professional
Room was decorated to a good standard but it had faults such as damp in the room or what appears to be. No bin in the room on arrival but that was resolved. No bath as advertised in images for family room . In addition, it just seems that it wants to give apperance of 4 star but it isnt. In addition, the hotel parking is insuffucient just kerb area outside hotel and location is undesirable and appears a bit unsafe .

The location is near to Liverpool city centre
Overpriced. No bin bags or tissues provided.

Couldn't fault the staff, super helpful and friendly. and loved the location of the hotel, free parking and we walking into central Liverpool. Was slightly disappointed with the rooms, started with a "basement room" (budget) which was lovely and cool with large bed but had a broken toilet, so got upgraded into another room which seemed small, smaller bed and rather toasty, also had a stubborn shower that we thought we would break if we tugged any harder but a member of staff came and helped and said it usually very stiff. Think we got unlucky with the rooms but the staff were super lovely. couldn't complain much because the price was rather reasonable. with a bit of TLC on the rooms would've been 5/5.
With a security deposit takes about 2 weeks to clear from bank account.

It was located very close to a bus stop which made it very easy to get into the city.
It was nice and quiet at night.
Nice standard of room, decor was pleasant.
Limited breakfast.

Stunning inside, lacked basic bedroom furniture, bed good and comfortable.
External features atrocious belying the inside. A haven for druggies. Car parking extremely limited although widely advertised as ‘free parking’, assuming there were plenty of spaces.

The location was good, nearby tourist attractions.
No lift to climb upto 3 floors with luggage. The place was congested, with very less parking space. The room was an attic room, small with very less space for two.
