Die Lage des Hotels in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Path ist ausgezeichnet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich gewesen. Sehr ordentliches Zimmer und vernünftigem Bad.
Der Preis!

It was a very nice stay. Rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well designed (actual look is a little bit worse comparing to what can be seen on pictures but only a little bit). Beds, and pillows are quite nice (they look too soft in the beginning but, in the end, we slept very well). Air conditioning is very efficient. Water station in the lobby of the hotel is an excellent idea. The location of the hotel is perfect. It is much better to live in Jersey City than in Manhattan (not even mentioning other areas of New York). It is safer, cleaner, and you are getting much more for the same price than you can get in New York. Simultaneously, you can reach Manhattan swiftly using PATH trains (Grove Street station is just behind the corner). In addition, the hotel is located in the center of Jersey City what means, among others, that there is a wide variety of restaurants in the nearby (also for breakfast if you do not want to use hotel's canteen).
Air conditioning was very loud. It was impossible to use it overnight. Luckily, we did not need it so it has not spoiled our stay.
There were some serious problems with electrical installation in the room. Strictly speaking with sockets. Some of them did not work, Some of them were installed in the wrong way (you can feel electrostatical discharge!). Fortunately, in USA, voltage is 110V and not 220V...
We had a serious problem with check-in. We have informed the hotel that we would arrive at around 5PM. In the end we have arrived at 7PM (delayed flight) but our room was not ready. We had to wait for about 15 minutes. It does not seem bad but it really is when you are exhausted after 20-hours travel.

The Nespressos coffee provided daily and beds made well.
Pressure-selling the valet parking when it was the least convenient option and giving us bad or innacurate information about the parking. The person that we initially did the check in with was a huge turn off. When we checked out they tried to bill us 2 days of valet instead of one because the first person told us we had to take the car before noon which we did (took it out ar 11h am).

Really lovely place. Loved the security level. Great staff and wonderful frittata.
Not happy with a Nespresso machine. Would be happier with more written information for those of us who are not big on technology.

staff were courteous, filtered water stations came in handy, next to grove st path
very thin walls, breakfast food was not good and cost $35
for the same price, hyatt was superior. but for some reason the price today jumped from 230 to 600 so I switched. for all other cases, I’d just stick with hyatt

Canopy by Hilton, Jersey City is by far one of the best hotels I have stayed in a long time. Stayed for longer duration than most travelers ie 9 nights. On work/leisure Solo
Some key highlights of superb advantages:
1- PATH Station is just less than 5 mins walk
2- Sprove Market for food, Buffet meals on week days at reasonable prices with plenty of healthy options, greens is just at the same PATH station
3- Whole Foods large outlet is 10 mins walk
4- I booked with Breakfast option...has good choice of breads, eggs, oatmeal and add ins and fruits. May not be a big spread of choices, but what is available is excellent and healthy.
5- Canopy has a good Gym 24 hrs, with 2-3 Ellipticals and 3-4 treadmills and Weights
6- Canopy has a nice fire place sitting area near the restaurant/dining for those wanting to spend leisure time reading or meeting friends etc. Though I travelled solo, found many families with small kids, very family friendly hotel!
7- Manhattan by PATH to 33rd Street takes only 20-25 mins. so very convenient
- Rooms are large and spacious and modern design for baths, wardrobe etc for longer stay
8- Grove Street 5-6 mins walk has lot of Indian restaurant food options like Bricklane Curry, Amiya further bit other than Sprove Market and Whole Foods. In addition Mexican and other cuisine restaurants around
9- Very safe area around to walk mornings or evenings
10- Staff is excellent and courteous with good service, Check In was smooth
11- Room Service is done every day unless one can request not be done. That is unusual and surprisingly pleasant for American hotels where most are based on demand or request, not a given
12- Rooms have Coffee maker/tea bags, milk which is refreshed daily by room service.
Overall an excellent hotel with great experience and wonderful service and staff

Cleanliness. Great fragrance all over the facility
Nespresso coffee machine.
Staff/Soft beds
Right next to Path Train
Parking plaza is 10 steps away- used ParkWhiz and it cost me 22 for 24 hours on the app. Safe and had slots for EVs
100% coming back to stay. Great if you are visiting Manhattan
Size of the room is almost similar to ones in uptown Manhattan
Breakfast costs 35$ plus tax which I think is a bit high.
Don’t think there’s a pool if you want one.

Not much
Most things. Rooms weren’t serviced the whole stay, breakfast was poor and restricted in variety. Reception staff were dismissive and chamber staff couldn’t speak English.

Gluten Free food was limited for breakfast

The art district was cool, the hotel was interesting and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was really great! Seems like a good value for the area.
The parking situation was super confusing. They have a small entrance and no valet waiting at the front so cars were just parked taking up space and it was super difficult to get in. The room was generally dusty and there was visible debris on the floor.

The place is very clean like Rolando he served us our breakfast
None

The beds we’re comfortable and the waiters were friendly
The rest of the staff not friendly (made me uncomfortable during the stay)
Service
Too expensive for what they serve
100 usd per day deposit and even nothing to be taken from the mini bar
Cappuccino and espresso aren’t even included in the paid breakfast
No room service

Clean rooms
Parking is a mess. Valet Parking at $45 per day doesn't even have unlimited entry and exits. Parking should not even be mentioned as part of this hotel's infrastructure as they don't even own a single Parking lot.
8.0
very close to the train station and market store
not many restaurants around

Extremely clean and polite staff who were helpful and attentive to our needs
The air conditioning was either on full and noisy or completely off and couldn’t get it to run at low and slow
