L appartamento avrebbe bisogno di alcune migliorie per quanto riguarda la doccia, la macchinetta del caffè e gli spifferi delle porte/finestre. Consiglierei anche di mettere il box chiavi vicino all ingresso

La grandeur d’appartement- énorme. Les plafonds sont de 3-4 mètres. J’étais surprise en bien.

La 2 eme télévision- dans la chambre à coucher n’avait pas de connexion, pas de télévision. Dommage

Good location

I'm confused about this place. You have a big apartment of your own, but I felt unsafe because there is an unlocked door opening to the terrace in the kitchen area. We didn't have any problems, but I was restless at night. The building is architecturally beautiful, but I wish the furnishings could be refurbished a bit (beds, curtains, room locks, door windows, bathroom). The sheets and the room in general were clean. We never met the host, we just texted. We got the key from a lock box up ahead and it was fine.

The place was not cleaned well. I requested a paid parking spot in advance which was not arranged. Breakfast was poor.

Served it's purpose for a night!

Spacious, would definitely suit a bigger party than 2. Location was perfect! Espresso machine with coffee provided.

Just needed a bit of maintenance, attention to detail, a few things need fixing. It could be an amazing place to stay.

Do not go!!!

The location is great, close by the airport and right in the historic center of town. The apartment is very spacious.

This is a AirB&B. Communication with the owner. although we stated a time of arrival the owner of the apartment wasn´t there and was not contactable. after a while we he opened the door for us but was very inpatient as he had to be elsewhere. we didn´t get a proper check in and needed to send a picture of our passports by WhatsApp. We were restricted in noise and were instructed several times to close the door as he already has enough problems with the neighbours. the floors were dirty and a heavy wardrobe door fell on my toddler due to lack of maintenance. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment but to reach one bedroom, you have to walk through the first one. This is very inconvenient and had we known before, we would not have booked this place. the luxurious breakfast, as it was advertised on Booking.com consisted of some dry crackers, jam, Nutella and some pre packed croissants from a supermarket. there was no milk or juice to drink. To no surprise this ´breakfast´ was below any expectations. As it was national holiday the price was very inflated but even the normal price if not worth going here. It was my worst stay I booked through booking.com.

Short stay but bad experience

good location, lots of space

unclean - leftover rubbish, unmade bed, sheets did not fit the mattress. Had to wait 15 minutes to get into the apartment and then needed to get the cleaner to come when we checked in. shower was dirty and kettle didn’t work properly.

I would definitely recommend as a cheap stay and go again.

the property is in a great location, the gentleman who answers the phone speaks very good English and is very helpful. The lady who does check in is very happy, enthusiastic and smiley. The balconies are beautiful and there’s 4! The place is very spacious & very beautifully authentic to Italy. Short walk to the train station, short walk to the harbour. Most of the property was very clean.

It was very noisy at night you could hear everything outside so made it difficult to sleep, I had some sound cancelling earphones so used them to get a good nights sleep. The back door doesn’t lock (where the cleaning stuff is) but we assumed that it is safe to be like this and it didn’t make us feel uncomfortable. My bed linen was dirty (make up marks on my pillow) some hairs on bedding. The shower did not appear very clean it had black mould on the doors etc and was very difficult to open and close doors, it was also broke the shower head kept falling down so I had to crouch to shower but don’t let this put you off I’d stay there again, based on price it is amazing price wise

Location is great, 5 min walk to get to the station, you can walk around and you find nice restaurants, coffee etc etc.

It is noisy because it is very transited outside, normal because it is the center and people are enjoying having fun walking. Bring earplugs and will not be an issue.

A very big apartment. Dont know that I would call it a B&B but moreso an apartment you can rent. Very lovely host that even picked us up when we struggled with parking! Walking distance to everything in Brindisi

Had some issues with the AC and all the cutlery and plates etc in the kitchen were dirty. Wouldnt really say it had breakfast included as it was a few pieces of 'italian bread' and some jam and pre-packaged pastries.

Bad

There is no breakfast. It's not a Bed and Breakfast but an apartment. Beds are terrible, not clean, no air conditioning. The kitchen equipment is very poor, plastic glasses, bad smell. Shower doors not closing well and dirty. The most horrible thing was that the door of the apartment was not closing. We had to push and pull for 20-30 minutes. The owner doesn't want to make the key.

Description full of lies and inaccuracies!!!

It was spacious - but empty and poorly planned. The bedroom was the hottest room closest to noisy roads. The toilet on the other end. I really recommend you read this before booking ! This host is a liar. We stayed at his place in 08.2021. I booked it because it was located in city center and it had AC, WiFi and breakfast. Unfortunately when we arrived we learned that only the location is accurate, however as we later discovered it was also bad. At the beginning host was helpful and easy to contact. Now I cannot resist the feeling that it was only to cover up the lies in description. When he showed us the place I noticed that all the windows were wide open, there were two fans and no AC. I asked host about it and he replied, that he had to uninstall it due to regulations in city center. However on the building next door there are at least 5-6 AC units. Additionally in whole place there are no marks after removing the unit, and believe me the place was not recently renovated as in some places plaster is falling of the ceiling. Additionally all windows and doors are not airtight so I don’t see how the AC would ever worked there. Also later I read previous reviews and people were describing same situation at least one year before and to this day in description of the place host claims that AC is working. Second problem was with the WiFi- the network was working but there was absolutely no internet. I contacted the host about this issue and he said he will fix it soon, but he never did, so in the end there was no internet during the whole stay. Next was the bed. In description two big beds for two persons each. In reality one dirty sofa in hallway and two small one person beds standing next to each other. What is even worse is that these beds had two different mattresses one much thicker than the other so you couldn’t really lie in the middle. Also they were really old and collapsed in the middle section so you wake up with backache.

But sleeping in this place was nearly impossible due to loud noises: - no AC - the host provided two really loud fans - Windows which were not airtight and all the noise form the street was really really loud (even louder than the fans). So we were awaken by every passing motorbike or truck. The roads around the apartment are uneven so the cars makes even more noise. And I am not a person that sleeps lightly. Also the whole place is in poor condition especially the toilet. Shower cabin barely opens and closes and is full of mold which is really disgusting. WC flush hardly. At the end it’s also worth noting that the breakfast was really small. For two adults we had 7 euro to spend in cafe that was located 450 meters from the apartment. First day we ordered one espresso and two croissant each and we had to pay additional 5 euro. I really recommend you to book anything else if you don’t want to be disappointed and angry during your vacation. This host is a liar and you should not trust his description. I already contacted Booking.com about it.

Disappointing

There is NO breakfast ! For breakfast you have to go for 0.5 km to take it and 5€ for couple so 10€ for 4 persons - one coffee or cappuccino, one croissant and one water bottle. Crazy, it is Not Breakfast included!

Beds are terrible, not clean, no air conditioning. The kitchen equipment is very poor, plastic glasses, bad smell. Shower doors not closing well, not clean.
