Breakfast was great, large variety eggs, meats, fruits and pastries. The staff was nice and helpful. Lights in the hall are on motion sensor so you didn’t have light coming under your door ( gap ) all night. They have blackout curtains so you can sleep in.
I didn’t care for the mattress ( memory foam ) but my friend loved it. Had to request the to be opened and it was hot and no A/C on, I guess for power conservation.

Thanks to the staff at the front desk we had a good stay. Perfect place with our car to-get the ferry
Not close to any shops, restaurants or places to go.

Staff were amazing. Antonio from restaurant, and also a chef who was serving. Damiano from reception too, amazing. They are all very nice and pleasant, and were ready to help with any question or request
Hotel is very outdated and in the middle of nowhere. It takes good 20 minutes walk to downtown. Quite expensive for what it has to offer. No airconditioning in room, but if you open the windows, mosquitos will eat you alive. Hotel Really need to be restaureted, it seems like stucked in 90s.

breakfast was Ok, but not very special, like the croissants were industrial, not fresh from a bakery, fruits were not of good quality, the rest was Ok.
The quality of the food was not excellent, it was Ok. For example the chicken one night was not very tasty at all. There are not many options in terms of vegetables at all. Heavy on meat and pork.

Perfect place if you’re taking the ferry to Greece or Albania
Breakfast is basic

Good location if you are taking the ferry boat from Brindisi. Safe parking space. The room has a reasonably good standard - no thrills.
It seemed pointless to have a member of staff fill your plate from the breakfast buffet instead of doing it yourself. Certainly there was not benefit from a hygiene / COVID-19 perspective to do this. The first room we were given had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. We mentioned this to the reception and we were immediately offered another room.
5.0
Clean and comfortable room. Lovely restaurant staff.
The hotel desperately needs a swimming pool, after all there is not much to do in the middle of an industrial estate.
The restaurant meal was dull, breakfast was okay but not interesting. The place lacks character.
If I was catching the ferry again I would stay in town and get a taxi or bus to the port.

Have to admit I wasn't expecting much for a port hotel but we were pleasantly surprised. The decor is quite 90's looking but it was all maintained very well and it was clean and comfortable. The rooms were a very good size and had a very comfy bed and was very clean. Breakfast was good and the staff very friendly and helpful. The only thing I would say was the location is not great if you want to go out in the town of Brindisi. The hotel is located in a bit of a ghost town of the port and warehouses so you definitely need a taxi to get to the town but if you want a hotel to access the ferry going to Greece, it is a perfect location. We stayed with our two dogs and they were very sweet with the pets.
For our purposes it was all great - nothing else was needed.

quiet room
restaurant had very limited range and was overpriced

Good location good breakfast
We had two rooms one was booked with interconnecting rooms as there were twins, this never happened but did put one single bed in there. Woke up to find ants in the room on the forth floor.
Second room air conditioning didn’t work they tried to fix but room was very warm. Broken window and that got fixed.
6.0
The size of rooms, the quality of facilities and the quiet.
The location of the hotel away from the CBD without a complimentary shuttle at given times caused inconvenience.

10.0
Very friendly staff and a highly professional general manager. Everything is good value for money. The location is top no. 1 if someone like us wants to catch the ferry to Greece.
Ample secure car parking.
7.0
Very close to ferry port.
In the middle of nowhere. No air conditioning which, at this price is not acceptable.

Four star hotel is not accepted that breakfast is only 2 hours, from 7:00-9:00!
In the room , the conditioner doesn't work, there's no water in the minibar! Minibar is empty! In other room freezer don’t work… I was reserved two rooms…
