We really enjoyed our stay! The condo has incredible views and is so close to Frisco, Keystone, and Breckenridge. We had to adjust our dates slightly and the host was very accommodating. The building is a little dated but well kept. I would recommended for sure!!!

This property was great for a group of 4. Plenty of space for hanging out, cooking and eating. The property was clean and the kitchen was well-stocked. As other reviews mention, it is right on the highway so there is some noise but still a great view of the lake.

Comfortable condo with great views of the lake and back range. A few minor issues the first day but owner was incredibly prompt at responding and everything was resolved. Enjoyed our stay!

Family ski trip to keystone and this condo was exactly what we were hoping for! The location was perfect and the layout worked very well our family of four.

You can’t beat the location if you have a group and want to stay close to the lake/amphitheater. It was a bit cramped so please beware there is only 1 big bed and the rest of the beds are bunks in another room. All in all a very pleasant stay and reasonably priced. Great walking paths just across the street as well!

The unit was great except for 2 things: the beds in the guest room are not comfortable and the balcony is right next to a busy noisy highway. All else was great - fully stocked kitchen, all linens fresh & clean, upgraded, master bed very comfortable, location close to restaurants but not right on top of them.

We stayed with our 2 teenage daughters. Great view of the lake and mountains from our deck and living room. Place was very clean and updated, very cozy. The only wish would have been safer access to the lake, had to cross a very busy highway. But the view of the sunset at the lake was breathtaking and worth the risk. The highway noise was fairly loud if doors were open, but the condo was pretty sound proof. And we did not notice the highway noise unless a big truck drive through. We did not hear our neighbors above or below us at all. Great location with quick access to the lake, Dillon, Silverthorne, the Dam road to Frisco and to Keystone.

We enjoyed our stay at this property very much. Views from the deck were beautiful and location was perfect! Only downside was highway noise. Communication with property manager was great when we needed it!

The area was very nice with lots of things to see and do. The apartment had clearly been renovated but some work needs to be done to it. The screen door on one side wouldn't close. There were games included but all of them were missing pieces, but the Xbox was a nice touch. The biggest issue was lack of cooling. Despite the temperature being set in the 60's it wouldn't get below 74/75 degrees inside. This made it very hot at night and hard to sleep. With some cooling this would be a nice place.

Pleasant 2 bedroom condo with 2 full baths. Well equipped kitchen. Push button gas fireplace. Deck overlooks Lake Dillon but highway 6 is in between, so significant road noise level when on the deck., but not noticeable inside. Detached garage. Easy check-in, responsive owner. Close to Keystone ski area, just outside the towns of Dillon and Silverthorne. We had a party of four, but you could cram more in with the bunk room if you were so inclined. Heated pool and hot tub available at the clubhouse which is a couple minute drive up the hill.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We are a family of 5 and the condo was spacious, clean and had all the amenities we needed. The bedrooms were large and the kids really enjoyed the bunk beds and separate bathroom. The kitchen and living room layout was perfect for cooking and visiting with family. Lastly, the view of Dillon Resevoir was a bonus! It was great to look out the patio and see the water and mountains! I definitely recommend this property.

The mail bedroom plumbing was not working properly and every time you used it you had to plunge the toilet. Not what you expect on a vacation. Also, with assurances of cleanliness and covid precautions we expected it to be cleaner than it was. You could write your name in the dust in places. Odd dirt swept into corners, nail polish on tub and a disgusting brown stain on shower curtain. We stayed our three nights but it wasn’t pleasant. The potential is there but it needs to be cared for better.

We loved the condo! The layout was great and it had everything we needed. The view was great. The only thing disappointing was the highway noise kept us from using the balcony. We couldn’t hold a conversation out there. It would have been a nice place to have happy hour.

We’ve stayed in the area for the past three years and this is by far, our favorite place. So much so that we’ll be back. Everything you need is provided. Comfortable, cozy yet spacious, comfortable beds, for a family of 5 with 3 teenage boys, we loved it. Thank you Lou!

We stayed here after a day of skiing Keystone. The place was very clean and newly renovated. The master bed was super comfortable. Great view of the lake! Close to the slopes and to Dillon for dining.

What a great property and location. This was a perfect location to get to the three ski resorts we visited. It was also a great place to enjoy the spring sun setting over the lake and relaxing at the end of the day. The steam shower was a great bonus too!

The unit was very nice, clean and the property owner communicated very well. Location is very good. The road is very noisy if you are outside on the deck, inside it is not a problem at all. During winter, which is when we stayed, this was obviously not an issue. The Fire place did not work, but the property owner sorted us out for that, happy with the end result. Not sure about the unit sleeping 12, we did not have that many, but I don't think this is 100% accurate, max would be 10 people. I also think the way the fee structure is on this property for a two night stay it added an extra 3rd of the price to the end charge, so consider that when booking and the rate advertised.
