BOTH BEDROOMS GULF FRONT!
Our vacation rental sleeps 8 in beds, with a king-size bed in the master bedroom, 2 queen size beds in the second bedroom and a queen size hide-a-bed in the living area. Living room has a cable TV with DVD player. Both bedrooms also have cable TVs.
The dining table seats 6, and is separated from the kitchen by a breakfast bar. The kitchen includes all stainless steel major appliances including microwave and dishwasher, also included dishes, cutlery, etc. and a Washer/Dryer in the utility area.
Long Beach is located on sugar white beaches in the heart of Panama City Beach. The resort is gated with 24 hour on site security. It is near family entertainment, golf, restaurants, shopping, and more. From your balcony you will enjoy an extraordinary oceanfront view with breathtaking sunsets, accessible from the living area and both bedrooms (see floor plan below).
Lounge and swim at any of our three pools with hot tubs, including a 6500 square foot lagoon pool with island water falls. There is also an on-site rental facility for jet-ski and para-sail activities.
Parking fee is $20.00+tax, per stay, per vehicle, which is included in the reservation.

This was our family beach vacation, we go every year. We always look forward to it!! I have to say the condo in itself was in major need of an update. If you stay here you will want to stay in tower 3, as it’s right by the lagoon pool. We stayed in tower 1 & had to walk all the way through the breeze way to get to the lagoon pool. It was a long walk, also not every tower had beach access, Thankfully ours did!! We came in a low season, so we didn’t have any issues with elevator wait time or anything. I also have to mention, the condo itself the key pad wasn’t necessary.. you did not need it. It would always open. We didn’t have an issues with anything getting taken due to this, the GM said this can happen because the sand.. also the condo didn’t get as cool as it should. The lighting
In the bathroom was super crappy, as me & my sister had a tough time getting ready because it was so dark in there. We also had a vent hanging in the queen bedroom side. The lounge chairs were also mostly broken. They needed major upgrading. For it to be resort, it’s definitely on the older side. We also had a very hard time getting in contact with the rental agent, it took about 4 days past the due date of the rest of the deposit being paid. They would not answer the chat through VBRO, or email.. I finally heard back through them through a completely different number. They also double charged us, it took about 2 weeks to get that money back as well.i will say we LOVED the location though!

We stayed for 2 weeks for our annual family vacation. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect! Close to pretty much everything. The condo was perfect for our family and very comfortable. Communication with the owners / management was very easy. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful condo 😊

Property was ready and clean when we arrived. The location is close to everything including great restaurants, water park, race track and many shops. I like this location it doesn’t seem as crowded in this area. I would definitely come back and stay here again.

It was nice to relax to the sound of the ocean. We stayed over the 4th of July. You could see the fireworks from the balcony.
The issue we had did not have anything to do with the resort, it had to do with unruly people lighting trash cans on the beach on fire, as well as one of the grassy areas outside of the resort. They were also shooting Roman candles at the police who were trying to do their jobs. We were up all night two nights because of their unruly behavior: police on megaphones, lights flashing in the bedroom windows, people chanting and being unruly at 1 and 2 in the morning. All of these people were on the beach.

The unit was absolutely wonderful
. Beautiful layout and furnishings. We had a major issue with resort elevators. Thank goodness we were only on the 4th floor and were able to use the stairway. Two days both elevators were down most of the time. Then one was only repaired and was able to be used thd rest of our trip.

Nice place, great view, floor and furniture were filthy. Furniture is stained and needs cleaning, and don’t think the floor was ever mopped inside - the black feet told the story. Otherwise it was nice and as pictured/described.

The view from this condo is amazing. The beach access is great. The condo itself had a very strange smell to it. We even had to go to Walmart to buy a candle. The floors were so dirty it turned our socks and feet black. Food was found in the pullout bed and kitchen drawers. Several banged up walls. Seems this place could use a renovation.

We did have an issue with the cleanliness of the property. However, I did reach out and they had someone out the next morning. Communication was great and we loved the condo and resort.

Enjoyed our stay! Location was great easy walk to gas station, gift stores along with couple places to eat. Elevators where quick no wait time. Parking was great for our oversized truck! Only down fall was floors and couches could use a little extra TLC. Kitchen was efficient had to buy some storage bowls would
Suggest bring some if you keep leftovers. On a personal note could use some deeper bowls for cereal or soups as they where really shallow. Over all our stay was great the views from the Condo was great and gonna pass this location to other family members. Would stay here again! Beach was not over populated in front of the building!

The owners need to be aware that the cleaning service contract needs to be reviewed. Floors so sandy as soon as we arrived that we had to buy a broom. Sand was also on the dining room chairs. Then walking in bare feet for a few hours on the living room/bed room tile floor, the bottom on our feet were completely black. The shower curtain rod was solid rust in one of the bath rooms. We had to wipe down the kitchen countertops because they were so sticky...most of the steak knives had rust on them, the plates, forks and spoons had dried food on them. Cooking pans are completely worn out. Everything sticks to them even with cooking spray. Not sure why there is a cleaning fee. Location is good. Enjoyed the views, the beach, restaurants, etc. But, the lack of upkeep....will keep us from returning....we have stayed at many condos in the past and this one is at the bottom. Sorry, but if I owned the condo...I would want to know what my guests think.

We enjoyed our stay. The furniture was a little tired, but everything was clean. We liked parking next the building and not having to park in ramp across the road. Perfect access to the beach with lots of places to eat and explore in the area. We would stay there again.

Overall our condo was great. The only issues we had were the sheets on the two bed room were too small for the mattresses. We had to keep putting the sheets back on. Condo is in a great loaction and we enjoyed the amenities available on the property, however, the cleanliness of this condo was a big disappointment.Rugs were filthy, walls were dirty - looked like someone with dirty feet had laid on the bed and put their feet all over them, we covered the couches with the sheets to use on the couch bed, lamps broken/light bulbs blown, shower curtain in bathroom had black stains like it was molded. This condo needs a very good deep cleaning!

The location is good. easy to get to beach. door to guest br made noise(saw where this was mentioned in previous reviews) needs to be fixed. Door knob on guest bathroom loose. Mold on shower curtain liner(we just took it down and threw it away) The sliding door was almost impossible to open!!! (this was mentioned on previous reviews) need some attention. the dishwasher did not work!!!! but we made do! nice to have washer and dryer. over all we had a great time. we will stay at longbeach again but maybe not this unit.

Not Acceptable
When spending lots of hard earned money on a week beachfront getaway you are wanting a clean comfortable condo. This condo had multiple issues including mildew in bathtub, broken plugs, lights, and a dishwasher that did not function. After calling for assistance all week they did not return any messages or fix the issue. Why messages are not returned I do not understand, but I guess they do not need to since payment had been already received. This is unacceptable especially when we had to wash dishes all week around baseball games and beach time.

We stayed here for 7 days. The only good thing about this unit was that it was located on the beach and the pool was nice. The dishwasher was broken (I emailed the company and they said they would send someone to fix it, but never did). The sheets they left on the beds did not fit so the fitted sheets would come off and we woke up sleeping on the mattress. I wouldn't expect to cook any meals here because the kitchen barely had any pans that were worth cooking in. The guest bedroom door was broken and made a loud noise every time you opened/closed it. The couch smelled like mildew. Clearly, you can tell that this condo hasn't been maintained properly- the towel hooks in the bathroom were all broken and there was mildew around the bathtub. The dresser drawer in the guest bedroom was broken so it was sticking out and not useable. If you are a group of college kids wanting to go to the beach, I would recommend this unit- My family will not be renting this one again.
