ABOUT THE CONDO
After an exhilarating day on the slopes, relax in the cozy living room. Settle in on the leather love seat and sleeper sofa to watch a movie on the 50” flat screen TV with Blu-ray player. Sliding glass doors lead out to the balcony, where you’ll have access to a gas grill, seating for two, and exceptional views.
Kids can do their own thing in the second living room on the lower level, which offers a 40” flat screen TV, DVD player, video game system, and a stash of board games.
The well-equipped kitchen has everything needed to prepare hot chocolate or put together full meals. Along with full-size appliances, you’ll find handy extras like a toaster, coffeemaker, and blender.
Gather for meals at the large eight-person dining table off the kitchen; there are also two seats at the kitchen bar.
With three large bedrooms, a sleeper sofa, and a futon, this three-story condo sleeps 10.
Wake up to the splendid views from the king-size bed in the primary bedroom. Located on the middle level, this room features a 50” flat-screen TV, reading chair, large closet, and private balcony. The en-suite bathroom offers double sinks and a tub/shower combination.
A queen-size bed on a log frame anchors the second bedroom, which also has a 32” flat screen TV, large window with a view, and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.
Down on the lower level, the third bedroom is connected to a second living room and offers a queen bed and full bath with tub/shower combination.
There is also a half bath on the main floor. And the entrance has a convenient bench for taking off wet gear, plus a closet for boot and coat storage.

Kitchen well stocked, comfortable, gas fireplace, wifi. It is near a free shuttle stop to Winter Park ski area. Be prepared for stairs, as beds are not on same level as kitchen/living room.

It was a beautiful place to stay. It was just as described, it was very cozy and spacious enough for everyone in our family to have a private space. I would highly recommend it for anyone wanting to enjoy the best of Winter Park and Fraser.

This condo was very combiner to town with access to shopping, bars and restaurants. It was also on the Lift shuttle run that brought you around town and to Winter Park Ski Resort. We used this a lot as we had a group of 10 that wanted to do different things at different times of the day and night. We were 40 minutes from the west side of Rocky Mountain National Park. We rented snow shoes at the local YMCA. The YMCA was a treasure as well. Many trails for snowshoeing and x-county skiing. We had our young adult children with us early 20’s so the condo having 2 living spaces was perfect for us! It was perfect for us. Enjoy!!

Great Views! Awesome set up for families with kids - plenty of toys, games and movies. Well stocked kitchen - only think we couldn't find were scissors and a small pot. Great location - easy access to Winterpark and Fraser. We would definitely recommend this place.

3 levels so lots of room to spread out. Basement with bed, bath, laundry and TV area with games. Middle level with 2 big bedrooms and attached baths. Top level with kitchen, dining, TV area and 1/2 bath. Clean, well maintained. Great place to hang out for the weekend.

Great Views! Awesome set up for families with kids - plenty of toys, games and movies. Well stocked kitchen - only think we couldn't find were scissors and a small pot. Great location - easy access to Winterpark and Fraser. We would definitely recommend this place.

3 levels so lots of room to spread out. Basement with bed, bath, laundry and TV area with games. Middle level with 2 big bedrooms and attached baths. Top level with kitchen, dining, TV area and 1/2 bath. Clean, well maintained. Great place to hang out for the weekend.

We did have a lot of trouble getting the key code for the door. I never got the email with the key code. We had to call vacasa multiple times.

This was a last-minute trip on our part and we were so pleased to find this property! True to the description, it was very roomy and had everything we needed! I would highly recommend this property for anyone visiting the Winter Park area, especially if you have a large group. While we don't have younger children, it is well equipped and has a great living area for a younger family downstairs while the adults can enjoy the quietness of upstairs. The kitchen is well-stocked and we enjoyed not having to eat out for every meal. The information guide was very thorough and had many good tips for an enjoyable stay. Thanks so much to the owners for opening up their wonderful space for us!

What a wonderful, spacious and very clean condo. I have stayed in Winter Park several times and this one was by far the best. We had 6 adults and there was so much room. The beds were super comfy with soft linens. Every thing you need is in the kitchen. I will definitely stay here again.
