Indulge in views of Cape Fear River and Battleship North Carolina from your balcony! Perfect for 2 but sleeps 4 with couch pull out.
Located above Wilmington’s Riverwalk, this 1BR Water Street Center condo commands an incredible downtown location. You’re at the heart of the Historic District -- just blocks from shopping, fine dining, and nightlife. 1 mile walk to the Live Oak Bank Pavilion at Riverfront Park.
This top-floor (9th floor), end-unit retreat has a private balcony overlooking Cape Fear River, Cape Fear Memorial Bridge, and Battleship North Carolina. You’re also just a 20-minute drive from Wrightsville Beach.
Make yourself at home in the living room, furnished with a queen-size sleeper sofa and an armchair. Living room and bedroom have flat-screen TV's with Roku.
Full kitchen - oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, (no dishwasher). Breakfast bar for two.
This single-level condo sleeps up to four guests between the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room.
The bedroom features a comfy queen bed and a 45” flat-screen TV. The bathroom is equipped with a spacious vanity and a tub/shower combination.
Step out onto your private balcony and take in views of Cape Fear River and Battleship North Carolina.
No parking on property - Free parking pass for one car is available after you check-in at city the parking deck 2 blocks away. $100 fee if pass is not in unit after departure.

We will have 2 wash, 2 hand, 3 bath towels and a floor mat for you in the bathroom with enough toiletries to get you started. If you are staying longer or more than 2 people we suggest bring anything extra you need with you. 4 Guests MAX!

We had an amazing stay at this property!!! You cannot get any closer to the water without jumping in!!! Completely unobstructed view of the USS North Carolina and probably the best view of the entire building since it was on the 9th floor. The property was perfect for me and my wife and ten year old daughter (she’s was on the fold out sofa bed) The property had everything we needed. The sunsets are breathtaking. Would highly recommend and stay again!!!

The view was great & it is very close to all the riverfront action. Parking was 1 block away, but worked fine. It has a fridge & stove which can help save $ on the food bill. There's some noise coming up from the street, but we used a white noise sound app & noise did not bother us. Only issue was the bed; pretty darn firm for our tastes. I'd stay again & take some foam pad for the bed.

Wonderful view of the river and river walk! Nice to be right downtown and can walk in the morning or evening and enjoy the downtown area. Accommodations were very clean and in line with the photos in writeup. I worried ahead about the codes and garage pass--would everything work smoothly? Yes! No problems at all with checkin, unloading, parking, etc. Great place to stay if you want to be downtown!

The host was fantastic! Traveling from PA to NC through Tropical Storm Debby was stressful, but our host maintained daily communication with weather updates several days prior to our arrival, which eased our minds. The condo was as described and in an excellent location! Walking distance to lots of great shops and pubs. Bed and pillows were very comfortable! Recommendation for at least 1 additional towel and toilet paper:)

This condo is at an excellent location with proximity to the convention center and all the fun in downtown Wilmington! The panoramic view out the back of the riverfront was wonderful, but even the view of downtown out the front door was amazing as well! I’ll definitely try to stay here again next time our conference comes around again!

We went to watch the fireworks display and this location was the best spot in downtown Wilmington to watch from. Close to all the great restaurants. Very clean and had all we needed for a relaxing place to watch fireworks away from all the crowd. I highly recommend this place. Communication with owner was spot on. We will stay again.

Excellent location. It was walking distance to downtown and many restaurants and shop. The off site parking was about 1.5 blocks away but convenient. The owner was immediately responsive to an small issue with the elevator but no problems or inconvience. Loved the view, the amenities. It was safe location and we had an awesome time.

Awesome location right on the river across from the USS NC Battleship with a balcony and great view from the 9th floor. Situated in a great spot to walk to anything within the downtown area and the Live Oak Pavillion. We will be planning to stay here the next time we visit Wilmington!

This rental is exactly as pictured and it's lovely! The bed was VERY comfortable - not "dipped" in the middle like some places we've stayed. Everything was really clean, switches were labeled, and there were easy-to-follow directions for door entry, internet, parking, etc. We only stayed one night so we didn't get to use the kitchen. The river views are so nice - being up on the 9th floor, we could see so far! Owner was great to communicate with - he sent an email before our trip that covered EVERYTHING! We'd love to stay here again next time we're in town!

Loved the location, great view and loved the balcony. The apartment was nothing fancy but clean and efficient. Could have used a stepstool to reach the kitchen cabinets, a full length mirror would have been nice, and maybe an over the door towel rack for extra towels. TV was a little complicated to work along with the Roku, very slow. All in all, for 2 people it was nice.

The property was exactly as described with amazing views of the waterfront and the USS Battleship. The location was perfect with many stores and restaurants within walking distance. This was my first time using Vrbo and I love it. My travel dates were April 30th-May 3rd not April 29th -May 2nd. My stay was everything I expected it to be, with a few nice surprises too.

We were attending a wedding that was a 7 minute walk away. Because we were in downtown Wilmington it was super convenient to get food, shop, and get anything we needed or forgot on our trip. The view is absolutely stunning. I could have sat in the living room all day looking down at the Cape Fear River.

Adorable condo with great view and location on River Way. Only negative is the parking, you have to park 2 blocks away which not very convenient, however the condo is great for a weekend getaway. Would highly recommend.

The condo was great!! Well cared for, decorated and prime location to all that is Wilmington. Instructions and communication with owners seamless. I accidentally booked a day short of our stay and we were surprised by the cleaning lady. Mike graciously figured out a way to add to our stay so it ended well. He went above and beyond!!! Recommend highly!

Stayed for long weekend to visit friends and old haunts from when we lived in Wilmington. Excellent location to walk around downtown historic area. Parking convenient and easy - really nice that there are PHEV/EV chargers in that garage that we could use. Highly recommended

We loved the property and loved the view, however, we left after staying Friday night due to the noise from a roof top bar one block behind and one block over from the building. At 8:30 lights disco lights were flashing, no problem but at 10:30 we were awakened until after 1:00 AM as the music blared, people screamed out the songs, horns blowing, engines revving. It was awful! We turned the heat on fan only and cranked up water noises on the phone as loud as we could to try to get some sleep. We decided to pass up Saturday nights stay along with VIP tix to a comedy show and head on home. Someone we met on the elevator said it was a common occurrence. I'm sure if you are staying during the week this wouldn't be a problem. It was nice and quiet during the daytime.

My wife and I stayed for an extended weekend at the end of January. Nice condo in downtown Wilmington. Right on the riverwalk with easy walks to all kinds of shops, bars, and restaurants. The unit was very clean, well stocked with kitchen and bath supplies, and in a fantastic location if one is interested in the downtown Wilmington scene. It's about 20 minutes to Wrightsville Beach (January traffic). The parking situation isn't the best, but it's not a burden if you know about it before booking. Our host Mike was very good in sending instructions and communicating with us. We plan on visiting again.
