We were scammed - ‘Karen’ was uncontactable

Sadly we did not stay here as we appear to have been victim’s of a scam - there was no access, no lock box, no comms the day we arrived so we had to book into the Holiday Inn which was fab

A spacious comfortable apartment with great facilities for my two night stay. Could easily stay longer. Loved the bath.

Don't book its a scam. Avoid at all cost.

Unable to enter the apartment as we were never given the code for the lock box. Emailed several times during the day and called the number but no response whatsoever. The boys called at the apartment and there was no one on site and still no answer on the phone number. Had to book accommodation elsewhere for the night. Refusing to give a refund and booking.com say its up to them to issue it. It seems you have no protection for your booking with booking.com with fraudsters like this. Just a wall of silence.

Outstanding apartment

The apartment was of a high standard. Communication with the host was exceptional and directions to enter the apartment spot on. Easy walk into the city. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

The flat was very spacious and everything we needed. Steve was a very responsive host. The location was excellent.

Some of the pillows need replacing. The beds had no protector covers and as a result one mattress was stained.

This was a nice place and we would rent it again.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. We were close enough to walk to the shopping center and have dinner. The instructions for finding the keys and entering the apartment were helpful. The limited access parking area was nice.

The apartment was up three short flights of stairs with no elevator. We managed, but this might be a problem for people with limited physical abilities and significant luggage.

Superb

Clean modern apartment with all the facilities required. Everything worked without any issue. Steve was very helpful when we arrived 3hours earlier than anticipated due to planning changes. Walking distance to the harbour museum and others, all in all the sort of property we always hope to get with value and standards

Lovely wee flat

Spacious , decorated nicely had everything you'd need. We only stayed one night but was comfortable enough had a decent sleep. Block of flats is quiet and secure. Dog friendly .owner quick to communicate and clear instructions given for arrival .

Cleanliness was good overall but just a few bits need attention to detail. Would not deter us staying again so not really a complaint as such but to be noted . I think I left more mess on the pillow case which the owner was good about. Thanks again

Good location, functional, clean for overnight stop.

Use of whole appartment makes life so much easier when travelling with a dog. There was a good Chinese takeaway/restaurant nearby (about 7 mins walk, not the ones in Crown Street) and an Indian takeaway/restaurant right by the carpark. There was also a small a park nearby for giving the dog a walk. Appartment had plates, glasses cutlery etc. There was some tea, coffee and sugar and a convenience store up the road for milk, wine etc

The key safe was difficult to get closed.

Great Central flat

Great communication from Steve leading up to our stay. Flat very close to the centre, stations and theatre. All within walking distance. Quiet. Spotlessly clean. Good heating easily controlled. Roomy sitting area. 2 spaciious bedrooms. Good pressure from the shower in the ensuite. Fully equipped kitchen. Everything we needed and more. Enjoyed our curry as recommended. Great place to stay. Would recommend and stay again. Thanks Steve.

The flat was lovely and immaculate close to city centre. Couldn't fault it at all. The host was very helpful and gave lots of information. Had a lovely weekend there and would highly recommend this apartment.

it was spacious and comfortable. Indian restaurant nearby was superb.

the block of flats weren’t the best. everything felt a bit worn and old

Would certainly book again

Location was excellent, especially with the parking. Apartment was great, plenty space, we didn't cook but looked to have everything required.

The only issue was using the barrier fob to open on the way out, then run back in to lock up the key.
