Overall, this accommodation met our expectations.
The accommodation is approximately 10 minutes walking distance from North Acton tube station (zone 2) and 7 minutes' walking distance from Acton Main Line station (zone 3). Buses stop is only a few steps away, but we didn't use them. There are two supermarkets at North Acton tube station, which are open until 11pm and midnight respectively, as well as an ATM. Overall, this accommodation met our expectations. It is a small basement flat with windows in all rooms. You can and should ventilate regularly and a lot (preferably with the flat door open) to keep the somewhat musty smell - which is to be expected in this location - as low as possible. On the other hand, it is relatively cheap by London standards. There is relatively much space for 3 people. The bedroom with comfortable double bed (only one big duvet, which is normal for England) has a window overlooking the meadow and trees behind the house, very nice. In the kitchen, all sockets can be switched off individually, as well as the extractor fan. There is a kettle, a dishwasher and two toasters, the gas cooker worked great. The living room is quite spacious with a dining table, TV (not used) and a sofa bed. My daughter slept quite well on the sofa bed, for which there is a separate mattress in the small chamber between the bedroom and bathroom. The contact with the "Pass the keys" team was very good and questions were answered promptly.
The toilet unfortunately has no toilet seat and no lid, this should be repaired. Also the non-functioning oven in the kitchen, but luckily we didn't need it. There could have been a bit more crockery. Only two glasses and three large plates are too few for 3 people. You have to wash up after every small meal. And for that little bit each time, it's not worth using the dishwasher.

Poor
We liked the bedroom and the kitchen was good.
There was no lights in the front room. The light switch wasn't fixed to the wall. The sofa bed didn't pull out and was broken. The bottom of the sofa fell off and badly bruised my foot! Ended up spending my 3 days sleeping on the floor. Also the TV didnt work, tried everything.

I would avoid this place.
The location was good, communication was good also.
A lot of things were broken or not working. Wifi was not working, we had to find the default password and router name on the device. The sofa, and some other furniture was broken. Which is not enough, after leaving the apartment we received a message that they want us to pay for the damage that we did not do. All of this smells like some improper management in best case, in worst case it might sound like some sort of scam.

Terrible experience
Shower strength
Ant infestation, foul smell, damp walls with mould and flaking paint, dirty, someone was in parking space, loud people above, not a proper mattress (foam), stained duvets.
