Stay in this Gulf Shores Townhouse and enjoy the privacy a townhouse has to offer. This bright, sunny, nicely decorated two bedroom and two and one-half bathroom town home, with two levels, is sure to instill beach vacation spirit. It also offers easy access to popular resort attractions you are certain to enjoy. Relax on the comfortable furniture in the living area, where you will find a TV, DVD/VCR player. In the kitchen are all the cooking tools you need for making a variety of meals, and close by is a table with six chairs. A small table and chairs on the balcony facilitates fresh air dining while you enjoy the scenery. Your master bedroom suite offers a king-size bed, a television and DVD player, and balcony access, and a private on suite. The guest bedroom provides a queen size bed, and a set of triple bunks and a semi-private bathroom. The half-bath is conveniently located in the downstairs living area. This town home also offers a washer and dryer for your convenience. Covered parking, and internet access. There is not an elevator located on the property. FREE WIFI. Gulf Shores Townhomes #11 is located at 723 West Beach Blvd. approximately half a mile west of Hwy 59.

We really enjoy our stay, We loved the fact that we could leave the beach chairs/ pool toys in the garage and not have to bring them back in the room… We did have 2 vehicles there and wasn’t aware that it only came with one parking pass until we got our check in information and had to $60 for the 2nd parking pass, I feel this needs to be online when making the reservation

This property was fabulous- a hidden gem! Some of the things we loved about this property: carport directly under and private entrance made everything so easy, literally steps to the pool and beach, beautifully decorated, kitchen very well equipped, washer and dryer were excellent. Going to the beach was a breeze and so close. Pool was great and never too crowded, even when there were double red flags at the beach. We walked to dinner every night and didn't have to fight parking at restaurants.
Our one complaint would be the king bed- you couldn't sit or roll over without it making loud noises or feeling like it would break in two.

Rental was newly updated with a casual, beachy decor. Everything was in working order and clean when we arrived. A view of the beach from every room accept bathrooms was a bonus! Construction was being done on some of the other units but it was not bothersome to us. Exterior was not a good indicator of how special everything actually was.

The location of this condo is perfect! It’s on the beach close enough to walk back and forth for needs so you don’t need to haul everything to your beach spot. This also sits directly next to the pool area so you can sit on either deck and still not feel too far away from your group. There’s a hose at the condo to wash your feet and beach belongings - super convenient! The master is very spacious and the second bedroom, although not as spacious, has a ton of sleeping space with the triple bunk and queen size bed. There is plenty of closet space to store items and several hangers throughout the upstairs spaces to dry suits and towels. Very well thought out! The kitchen is very small (two adults max in the space) but it has anything needed to cook through the week. We had 8 adult(ish) in our group and we were all able to hang out together in the living room and dining area. The living room has a pullout couch which is also another awesome sleeping space. I was impressed overall with the space and how easily 8 adults coexisted in this condo for a week. I would definitely recommend staying here and would stay again in the future!

They have thought of everything you will need to enjoy your stay and there is a hook or shelf in all of the right places. The easy access to the beach and parking right under your condo can’t be beat. We look forward to our vacation to Gulfside every year and would definitely book #11 again on a future stay.

I’m losing count of how many years we’ve stayed in GST 11! I think this was year 15? Same week every year! I love the improvements that have been made recently. The whole complex is a treasure that I hope stays FOREVER! The only negatives were the dead electrical outlets in the bathrooms and other spots and the slow drains in the bathtubs, but I’m confident those issues will be resolved quickly or work-arounds suggested. Sunset Properties was great!!

We brought our granddaughters to the beach for the 4th of July and the townhome we rented was wonderful. It had everything we needed and was in a great location. It was close to some really great restaurants and just a short walk to the beach. The pool was well maintained and someone came out to service it every day. The staff checked on us to see if we had everything we needed and answered any questions promptly. We will definitely be coming back.

Perfect location for a family vacation. The townhouse was so close to the beach, it made it easy to walk and carry all of our bags, chairs and umbrellas down to the beach. We loved the garage with water hose for cleaning off our beach chairs every day! This was one of my favorite beach vacations and we are already planning another trip! The property manager quickly responded to any questions by text with great customer service.

This is a perfect place to stay for a beach vacation. Property is well maintained, nice pool area, grass courtyard area for frisbee or football, and private/ covered 2 car parking for each condo. The condo was nicely decorated with plenty of room for our family if 7. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean and tidy. The stacked washer/ dryer was nice to have for quick loads of laundry. Easy access to the beach was also a plus. As stated in the arrival instructions, just remember to bring all personal care items with you. This condo has no extras of those items. Each bathroom had a small packaged hand soap disk, but nothing more. For the kitchen, you may even need dish soap and everyday items like seasonings, foil, trash bags, etc. as ours did not have that. Overall, nice place in a great location. I would stay here again

Awesome Labor Day getaway
Super clean and very comfortable!! Loved the townhome setup and the entire complex was very nice. Furnishings and beds were very comfortable!! We liked having the 2 little balconies, but the doors are difficult to open and close. Loved the key coded front door, so nice not having to keep up with keys. Very roomy living spaces also!

We’ve stayed at GST 11 for 12 years (we think!) now! It has really become our Home Away from Home. We come the same time every year and meet up with several other long-time GST visitors. It’s become a big Beach Family Reunion.
GST 11 is an awesome unit. It’s always clean and comfortable. I know what’s there because we’ve stayed there so much. It has everything you need. It fits 5 very comfortably - adults and teens. I can see more being comfortable if everyone gets along really well.
You can’t beat the pool and courtyard area! It fits our large group and then some. The beach is steps away and close enough you can go back and forth without much hassle.
I hope Gulfside Townhomes continues to be the best kept secret on West Beach. You can’t beat it’s simplicity in these days and times!
If there was anything I could change, it would be the mattress in the master bedroom. It’s a little too firm for me, but I adjust after a couple of days.

We enjoyed our stay. It was very peaceful despite the tropical storm. I had minor issues and maintenance appeared the same day, and he was so very nice. The property appeared to have some small updates based on the pictures and being in person. There is nothing negative to be said. I rented to accommodate my family of 7 and it ended up just being 3 of us coming down. It would have comfortably accommodated all 7.
