Our condo is located on the Fourth floor of Seapointe Village's - Acclaimed South Beach Building & has spectacular views of the ocean from the balcony. Enjoy the sound of the waves with 1200+ square feet of living space, this Completely Renovated two bedroom unit comfortably accommodates a family.
South Beach Building is ocean front building with easy access to Ocean front pool, kid's pool as well as playgrounds (tennis/basketball courts/swings/fire pit etc..) are easily accessible.
Seapointe Village is a family and couple-oriented OCEAN FRONT RESORT situated on a PRIVATE BEACH in Wildwood Crest/Diamond Beach, New Jersey just across the bridge from Victorian CAPE MAY. Seapointe Village is an exclusive, gated community set on 17 acres of beautifully landscaped and maintained ocean front property with a privately owned beach. 24 hour security is provided and Seapointe Village offers many features to make you feel like you are vacationing at a resort including 4 pools, 6 hot tubs, toddler pools, children's playground, tennis courts, basketball court, a health and fitness center and a Beach Grill that also provides service to the pool areas. In addition to the hot tubs near each pool, there are also BBQ grills for your use. The beach is just steps away from the building as you follow the wooden path through the dunes to the sandy beach.
Each pool is a unique setting with some kiddie and toddler areas, quiet places for adults and attractive features including a waterfall at the large beach side pool. All pool facilities are open from May-October.
Seapointe Village is just minutes from the Wildwood Boardwalk, the Convention Center and many water activities. Just south of Seapointe Village is the bridge leading to Historic Cape May.
In the Living Room, sliding doors lead to the balcony where you can enjoy the ocean while sipping your morning coffee or afternoon cocktails or just sit and enjoy a book. The sofa converts to a queen-size sleeper. And the flat screen TV with many cable channels is a great place for the family to gather.
Updated Kitchen has QUARTZ counter top with stainless steel Appliances and modern cabinets.
The Dining Room seats 5 people and the eat-in kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal for your family unless you prefer to avoid the kitchen and visit any of the many restaurants in the surrounding area.
The Master Bedroom has a spacious King-Size bed. A spacious master bath with a marble top vanity and luxurious glass door standing shower is located within the Master Suite. There is a private sliding door leading to the harbor/inland view balcony. This room has its own 35" flat screen TV with many cable channels.
The second bedroom has twin beds and has its own 50" flat screen TV setup with Roku as well as Xfinity channels. The second bathroom is right outside the bedroom which has marble vanity top with Tub Shower with Subway tiles.
Linens and towels are provided. The condo has its own laundry room with a large Energy Efficient washer and dryer.

We had a great time staying in Seapointe Village. The unit was very spacious, clean, and well laid out, and the broader property and amenities (e.g. beach access, multiple pools, water slide, playground, etc) were perfect for our kids (4yr old and 2yr old).
In addition, everything about renting from and interacting with Andy was easy.

This was a great place for our family vacation (kids 8, 5, 2). The condo was clean and up to date. We had plenty of room for our family of 5. The overall facilities and pools were perfect for the kids and the entire property was clean and well kept.

We absolutely loved Seapointe Village and this condo. The grounds of the resort are beautiful and well maintained. We enjoyed the beautiful private beach, pools, playground and spending time at the fire pits in the evening. The condo was clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. Checkin process and communication was good and easy. Our only regret was not having booked a full week. We absolutely would come back and stay longer next time!

The resort is fantastic, the building location is great and provided easy access to the beach. The apartment is modern, spacious and comfortably furnished. Although the kitchen and bathrooms appear to be clean there were several hygienic concerns. The kitchen utensils (left in the drawers) were noticably dirty, the spatula had grease still on jt. The towels in the linen closet were shoveled, unfolded, and appeared to have stains on them. We weren't sure if the sheets left behind were clean, and when we went to do the laundry we found the washer filled with mold, and we didn't feel it was safe to use.

Lovely space and generously sized for our group of four. Seapointe Village is also wonderful. However, some items I considered essential were missing, but others might not. No can opener, no kitchen towel, and no nightstand lights for the primary bedroom, although we found two upon leaving that were tucked way back in the second bedroom closet. The kitchen supplies are fine for reheating food and a bit more, but I would have brought my own knives as the two were very dull. Overall, comfortable and enjoyable.

Our family stayed at this property for a week and loved it. We have two young kids (4 and 6) and the "kids" room was perfect for them. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The overall building was well maintained and the grounds are beautiful. Between easy access to the beach & multiple pools and the beautiful condo you really can't beat this! We will definitely be back!

Great stay at this property. The condo and building were clean and offered a very comfortable stay. The gated community feel and private beach were amazing and the pool being so close was perfect for a disabled family member. Highly recommend.

This is our second year in this exact unit and third year on the property. Seapoint Village is the perfect property for families or for those who want to be away from the crowds but not too far to make a quick trip to be in the heart of Wildwood. The property has multiple pools, is very well maintained and has a great private beach with a grill (snack bar) on the beach. The unit is newly renovated and clean. I would definitely recommend this until for small families. We hope to be back again next year!

Updated and spacious unit
Unit is updated and clean. We were pleased with the appearance and recent updates in the unit. Beds were comfy and nice. We brought our own sheets so we didn't have to do laundry the morning we left. Did plenty of other laundry there and the washer and dryer worked well. Kitchen was bright, functional, and nice. We ate breakfast, lunch, and a couple of dinners in the condo. Enjoyed eating on the spacious balcony as well. Look forward to staying again.

Wonderful Rental
This rental property was great! The condo is newly renovated and very well kept/clean. The condo is centrally placed, with a quick walk to the different pools, as well as the private beach. With a quick car ride, you can be on the Wildwood boardwalk, or in the middle of Cape May. You will not regret renting this condo. You will want to make this rental an annual tradition! You can't go wrong.

Great location, facilities and condo
We love Seapoint Village and Diamond Beach. The facilities are family friendly and have so many options for pools. This unit felt like it was brand new. Very clean, remodeled with new appliances and furnishings and linens feel updated. I highly recommend this location and specifically this until for those visiting Wildwood Crest!

Condo was in excellent condition. Great location. Pools were great and the beach was beautiful. Condo was clean and bright.
AC worked great! We brought our own sheets and towels to avoid having to do laundry and the beds were comfortable.

This condo is great! Spacious, spotless and fully stocked with everything you need. The Sea Pointe Village property is beautifully maintained…the landscaping and flowers are gorgeous and the pool is very nice. Andy was easy to deal with and was quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic rental for vacation!
We absolutely loved our stay in this condo. It was immaculate and so well kept. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was available from a well stocked kitchen to linens/towels to amenities in bathrooms and washer dryer etc. It was also decorated beautifully. Seapointe village felt like a resort with a beautiful private beach and all the different pools, things to do and amenities- We had a wonderful time. Condo was also very close to the beach and pool which was a plus. Highly recommend and we would love to rent again next summer.

Great family vacation!
We love staying in this condo. It is super clean and has more than enough space for four people. Also has the best beach in NJ, in our opinion. This was our second year and we plan on many more in the future. The host is very nice and easily reachable. Thank you!

Beautiful place in a fantastic location
Seapointe Village is a great place with lots to do, including indoor and outdoor pools, basketball and tennis courts, fire pits. This unit is beautifully decorated and in a good location within the community. Short walking distance to the beach and clear view of the ocean from the balcony. Definitely recommend this place for a Jersey shore vacation. Owner is very responsive and helpful.

Beautiful recently updated condo. Short distance to beach and pools. Plenty to do for all ages. Haven’t been to Wildwood Crest in years and was pleasantly surprised at all the investments in the area. Quick ride to Cape May as well. Will definitely go again!

The condo was recently renovated and priced much higher then other compatible properties in the same location. Unfortunately the high price didn't come with good customer service. The owner nickles and dimes, we were faced with a long list of items that would result in additional fees, i. e. for using owner's hand towel or leaving cup in a dishwasher. After paying much higher cleaning fee we were also asked to leave a tip in the envelope left on top of the counter top even though there were no additional cleaning services provided after check in.The contractor who did renovation cut many corners, doors in laundry room and front closet were not closing. They used a cheap improper hardware to install curtain rods which started to fall off the wall. I took the picture of the rod during our stay but unfortunately due to wifi issues with my phone the picture didn't go thru that day. The owner tried to make this issue between the tenants even after we sent the pictures of the cheap improper hardware that was used by their previous contractor. This is a safety matter that should have been addressed by the owner, instead to our surprise we received an invoice for $40 that owner claims they spent to replace the small plastic screw hopefully with proper hardware this time! We are disputing this fee and considering taking matter to the court as it is a safety issue that should be taken care by the owner at the first place.
