Our beach vacation house "California Dreamin" in the heart of Seacrest Beach, is perfectly located and loaded with southern charm. With a wraparound front porch, a back porch and three balconies, this house is designed for relaxation. A short walk will take you to the tropical swimming pool with lounge chairs galore. Hop on the complimentary shuttle and head straight to the beach entrance. Explore Seacrest Beach, Rosemary, and neighboring towns of Alys Beach, Seaside and Watercolor. The beach is only the beginning!
With four bedrooms and three bathrooms, our property comfortably sleeps 11 guests. Spacious rooms on three floors allow guests to discover a quiet place to relax and unwind. Our living area offers comfy sectional seating, a 55" HDTV, and access to the front wraparound porch with outdoor seating. The fully stocked kitchen provides everything you will need to whip up a meal for the family, and there is plenty of dining seating at the family farm table and kitchen breakfast bar.
A bunk room (with four twin beds) is located on the first floor a few steps from a full bathroom, and opens to the back porch. The second floor is home to a guest bedroom with a queen bed plus two twin beds (daybed + trundle), an adjoining full bathroom, and access to a balcony with outdoor seating. The master bedroom offers a king bed, generous closet space, and access to a balcony with seating. The master bathroom is steps away and features a soaking tub, a separate shower, and a double vanity. An additional bedroom/playroom is located on the third floor, and offers a full futon bed, a mini-refrigerator, a wet bar, and its own air conditioning unit. The roof top balcony is the perfect place to sit and enjoy an evening drink with friends. For your convenience, there is a full laundry room with a washer and dryer, an outdoor shower, and plenty of parking for the group. Tram service to the beach and wifi are both complimentary. Bicycles are available for rent at the entrance of the neighborhood.

We loved our stay at this house as a home base for our family beach trip. My husband and I traveled with our 3 little boys (ages 6 and under) as well as my mom. The adult bedrooms were fantastic with en suite bathrooms. The kid bunk room downstairs was convenient to avoid little feet going up and down the staircases and the family room fit us all very comfortably. The location was the very best part - as close as you can get to the Peddlers Pavilion with restaurants and shops and live music each night. We walked over most nights! There are also 2 tram stops at either of the block for convenient beach pickup. The kids made use of the streaming services available on the TV but spent most of our time out at the beach. The community pool was also fantastic and a quick 5 min walk with kids. Cons: Really limited on towels, which they do disclose in the listing. Literally 1 towel per person, so we did a lot of wash. We were OK with the 1 roll of paper towels and 1 roll TP per bathroom that was provided, we brought extra in case it was needed. We used the 1 dishwasher detergent pack and 1 laundry detergent pack pretty quickly but also planned ahead and packed our own.Also very little food supplies like salt/pepper, oil, etc. so we ended up buying a lot of basics.Also a few towel racks were hanging on by a thread and the bunk beds were a bit rickety so we kept our kids on the bottom bunks.

The community overall was not well-kept. We couldn't believe the enormous dumpster right at the entrance that was overflowing and was there during our entire stay. It could be such a great place. We have stayed in SeaCrest multiple times over the last decade. The house is a great location one block from the semi circle heart of SeaCrest. It has a great lawn in the back for throwing football or other sports. Two blocks from the Lagoon pool. Needs new mattress and pillows in master- not comfortable. Property was clean and no issues. Bring extra TP, trash bags, etc bc VERY limited (as in one each). Great overall stay!

Great house within walking distance to everything. We stay in Seacrest every year and this is another great house. A bit of wear and tear but fine overall. Quiet as well give the proximity to town center. The house backs up to a quiet green space and the front faces parking lot. Pictures are accurate as well. Everything is managed by the app and we really didn’t interact with the management company. We had 5 teens with us and there was plenty of space. Thanks for the great vacation!

Location was great but the house could have been more clean upon arrival. The bathrooms had a layer of film on the sinks which required a wipe down with Clorox wipe and the showers had lots of mold and film on them that took more than one wipe down to clean. Not enough towels or dishes for our group of 8 that stayed in the house. Could deal with the towels and dishes but was really disappointed in cleanliness of bathrooms

Amazing house in an awesome area! The bikes were unrideable, but that’s my only complaint. The park behind the house was perfect for the kids. Biking and walking distances to the beach and nearby towns was perfect. The HUGE pool was fun and large enough for us to have our personal space. I would recommend and stay again.

We booked our stay after canceling our 2020 trip due to the pandemic. At the time of booking the property, 97 Cobia Run E, had very high ratings. However, upon arrival we found several issues with the property. There were chips on the floor, some dried sauce/sticky orange liquid on the coffee table and the floors had obviously just been swept, not vacuumed or mopped. A metal bar on the bunk bed was broken and jagged, and therefore a possible hazard for one of our kids to cut themselves on. While looking at the broken bar, we noticed blood on the sheets of the bed with the broken rail and then found vomit in the other top bunk bed. The bed had been made with the vomit in the sheets covered by the comforter. I wish we could say that was the worst of the issues; however, the infestation of roaches proved to be far worse than any of the cleaning/bedding issues. The management company, Beach Blue Properties, was notified and they sent the cleaners back to try to solve some of the problems. The roaches continued to appear with Beach Blue sending two of their workers to spray OTC insecticide and clean up dead roaches the first two days. Finally on Tuesday, after our checkin on Saturday, a professional exterminator came and after pulling the refrigerator out, he informed us we would have to leave the house for at least 1.5 hours because he was going to have to use an aerosol chemical and not just bait. Normally at the beach being out of the house would not be an issue; however, we were also dealing with severe thunderstorms and heavy rain the first half of the week. After the spraying the roaches came out in force, as the exterminator had warned, and while it killed a lot of them, we continued to find dead and alive roaches in significant numbers each day of our stay. Beach Blue sent someone to vacuum up the roaches and provide single use utensils, cups and plates, as well as, new pots and pans since the exterminator recommended not using any of those items in the house due to chemical residue. With each call/communication with Beach Blue after that they became increasing less helpful and basically told us our options were to suck it up and stay or leave and get a refund. No other accommodations were offered. Our frustration and anger built with each passing day and roach we killed. In the end Beach Blue’s communication with us became very unprofessional, threatening to evict us claiming we were being combative which is their MO based on BBB complaints

Nice home, needs some extra touches
We have stayed in seacrest, this being our 4th time. We love this area more than words can say. Have never stayed in this home though. I feel like it could be cleaned better and need a extra touch of love with kitchen supplies and more linen. There was 7 of us in a 4 bedroom home. 3 bathrooms. 2 towels per bathroom isn’t quit enough but being on vaca constant washing wasn’t really in my list of to do’s. One roll of toilet paper per bathroom is kinda of cheap for as much as I paid for this home. We did find old cans of truely empty cans in our closest while looking for extra blankets , due to the chilly weather we had this week. There wasn’t any blankets to be found. I did call and ask but they said they would check. I ended up going to dollar store to get the kiddos some blankets. We did see a few roaches in the master bathroom. A few spiders too. I do like the layout of the home I just feel like it needs some love and attention.
I know we keep hearing about covid restrictions but I do believe blankets and extra linen isn’t a big deal. It should be all washed and replaced covid or no covid.

The house was clean but we did have a visit fromSeveral roaches in the kitchen sink. Beds are incredible and we both got great nights sleep every night. The blinds on the third floor were broken and the rental company had them replaced in a few days. The Smart TV is such a plus making Netflix and prime video easy to watch. Make sure you bring extra trash bags, dishwasher soap, washing machine soap and extra paper products with you. You will find no stored spices from other tenants. There are 6 bikes but they are old and should be replaced. All were too high for a 5’5” woman even with adjusting the sesrs down. There are bunch of cats roaming around so you will hear them screeching and fighting in the middle of the night. To get to the Seacrest Beach you will need to use the shuttle to bring your stuff. I was disappointed that NO BEACH chairs or BEACH TOWELS were supplied. It is in your rental agreement. Great house for a large family.

Nice escape
Convenient to the beach and the pool. Front overlooks a parking lot, but that was the only negative. COVID made the beach packed (everyone at Seacrest on the same small part of the beach, with “no trespassing” signs keeping you from walking up or down the beach). We went to nearby public beach access and snorkeling at St. Andrews State Park instead. Much more socially distanced, and friendlier people too.

Top notch! Came for a girls weekend beach trip and this place did not disappoint. Very roomy and clean. Lots of space for everyone. The pool is AMAZING and there is a cafe there that serves food and drinks. Loved the location. Literally steps away to food, shopping, coffee. The tram service is free and takes you straight to the beach (although we walked). Highly recommend and will definitely be back! Thank you for a wonderful, relaxing weekend!

I just spent spring break with my sister-in-law and all of our kids in this beautiful home. We could not of been more happy with it. It was very clean and the beds are very comfortable and the location was perfect. The sea crest community is also very nice and the pool is absolutely gorgeous definitely the best pool around! The house is literally within a two minute walk to coffee shops restaurants ice cream shops, etc. Also we really enjoyed biking around the area-the sky is the limit up and down Highway 30-A. The beach is absolutely gorgeous, easy to get to you by the community tram but we chose to walk most of the time because it really only took us about 5-10 minutes. We will definitely be back and would definitely stay in this unit again.
